The instructor Eva was very knowledgeable and pretty funny at times. She really cares and wants all of the students to do well. I would highly recommend taking the course here vs a community college. I did very well on my exams and feel confident that I will do well on the state board exam. For starters, they have a fantastic online resource called the Service Application Manual. This exhaustive resource contains a wealth of knowledge as it pertains to servicing. From HVAC to Ice Machines and even Pneumatics, its all covered. They also offer specific training manuals for an additional fee. For those of us in major metropolitan areas (Like Chicago), there are local chapters that hold monthly educational meetings between the fall and spring seasons.
