Finally today they delivered a mangled package to the wrong address. Alex Davila gave me a reasonable quote and kept track of the temperature to be assured of a good outcome (the product had a requirement of a minimum of 50 degree weather for proper installation.) He came out once we had a week of fair weather and installed the product for me. I was so impressed with his care and precision. The result is absolutely perfect and was done in far less time than I anticipated. I would hire Alex and First Impression Graphics for any future job within their scope. I appreciate that they take real pride in their work and are professional and courteous. It's on my commute home and the last thing anyone wants to do when you're already tired and hungry after a long day is deal with any hassle or inconvenience, These guys make sure that is never the case! Every single time I stop in (and I stop in quite a bit!) its always quick friendly service. Matan is great, he's helped me out many times with shipping my items. Today I went in and was helped by Caleb. He's the employee that inspired me to write this review. What a nice guy! Can't imagine working at UPS being a super fun job, but you wouldn't know that by the way his demeanor. Caleb seems genuinely happy to be there and help customers, even when there's a big line and he's super busy. I will continue to use this location even after I move because you truly can't beat a team of really awesome people making a quick little errand enjoyable.

There was a gentleman in front of me for 15 minutes attempting to print something off of that kiosk. So, I had to wait. No assistance was offered by the staff to help the gentleman. Meanwhile, they did not offer to simply enter my information and print the label at their register. That easily could have been done. I got tired of waiting and I just walked out. Three employees were in the store, by the way. I went to the store on Rand Road in Deer Park where it was a very quick, a pleasant experience, and they did everything I needed them to do. Cliffsnnotes version: If customer service is important to you go elsewhere. Full version: I dropped off my family bible March 27, 2024. The A&H personnel were polite and friendly. The person who would be replacing the family bible's cover was about to have surgery and they clearly indicated it would be in June 2024 when it would be ready for pickup. I called the listed number for A&H late May or early June and was transferred to an answering machine. I clearly left my name and phone number. I never received a call back. So today, June 13, 2024, I had some time and had hoped to pick up the bible. Allegedly A&H is open at 7 AM M-F. I left a second message at roughly 8-something AM. After a half hour or so I tried calling around four times. No answer. Perhaps another half-hour while walking I would estimate I called at least another 40 times...finally someone answered. No the bible was not ready. It should be ready for pickup next Thursday June 20. I "pray" A&H's craftsmanship refurbishing the family bible is better than it's communication with it's customers.
