So to make the story short, I wrote a message through their website, 2 minutes after I got a call from Boris, he explained all the process clearly and gave me a quote for two TV's installation,prices were very good much cheaper then Best Buy, I asked if they can do it on the same day and when I got home from work they where at my door!Job was done in about 1 hour, both of my televisions look great! Boris and crew can highly recommended to me, and for a a reason - they were excellent. Under a time crunch they worked me into an already packed schedule made the entire process seamless. Boris gave a window of time when they would arrive and they were not only early, but called 30 minutes ahead of time allowing me to get home from the office and prep everything needed at home. My mounting situation was a bit out of the ordinary but they took everything in stride, came up with a solution, and implemented that solution extremely quickly. These guys are the epitome of professionalism. They worked quickly and efficiently, without cutting corners or sacrificing attention to detail. The asked me questions every step of the way to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. They also made sure the worksite was clean after they finished up. Even further, I was experiencing some issues with connecting my receiver to my tv the following day. (Completely unforeseeable and not due to anything they did) They returned within a day or two to fix the problem and I haven't experienced any issues since. Boris is the best! He has come to our house twice and mounted 3 TVs. Every time we email/text/phone him, he responds within 1 hour (I think one time it was 30 mins.) and one time, we messaged him on Sunday and he got back to us right away. He's always on time and has everything in his car, so he gets it all done in the first trip no matter what TV you have. The 2nd time he came over, he installed a 50" with soundbar in an hour, and then checked on how our other TV was doing. Seriously on the phone Boris explained to me all the small details and , gave me lots of recommendations and next day they came to my home , very clean, they had a booties on and gloves! THEY ARE THE BEST ! This is a GREAT company, I called them at 4:30pm just before closing and they came right out without hesitation. I tried mounting the TV myself with no success. Alex and his partner just finished up and I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. The installation proved somewhat challenging because of where my cable wiring is located. Alex tried several options until he found one that worked. He even brought his own TV mounting kit (which was $30 cheaper than the one I had purchased) and told me to return the more expensive one. Now I only regret that i did not call them earlier....To sum up, I needed to hand up a large flat screen tv on a full motion mount and do the wiring. These guys are affordable, efficient and very thorough. They were able to mount my 65" plasma above my fireplace on a brick wall and it looks amazing. Boris did a great job mounting my 65inch tv above my fireplace. He checked for the studs and was able to mount the tv much quicker than expected. I bought an extra long arm mount from Amazon which he helped put together and mount. I made an appoint a few days ahead of time.
