He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. He bought it and called Paul's Winnetka TV to install it. Paul showed up (masked of course) a few days later and told us we didn't need the pricey Eero and he could make our wifi oh so much better, especially in the rooms where it wasn't working as well (mostly my daughter's corner room upstairs and my husband's office in the basement).
