Called Boris on Saturday he called back within an hour and schedule appointment for Monday. Boris was hanging a 50 inch newer TV and sound bar onto brick. I highly recommend the full motion mount that they offer. Boris did a great job, we will be having him back to hang our other TV soon. On a side note, if you are having him attach the sound bar to the TV make sure you have the mount we tossed ours and luckily Best Buy right down the street had one. It was $300 out the door for the Hanging of the TV onto Brick, attaching the sound bar and rewiring of the TV, cable box etc. that included the Mount, which I'm sure you could find cheaper and have that ahead of time. *update* The first time I used these guys, I opted to just hang the TV, no concealed wiring. While the set looked good, I was having second thoughts about no wiring. I called to have them hang a second set, and asked if they could hide the wires from the first job. No problem! They hung the 2nd set and had the wires hidden in the wall from the 1st set in under an hour! Highly recommend them! Original review below. I was mounting my television to the wall, then all of a sudden I realized I was in for a bigger project than I imagined. Metal studs meant the job was gonna be more than I bargained for. I started looking around 9am, and these were the first people I contacted. I used their online request system, and got a response around 1130. I told them the situation, and they told me they could handle it no problem. I asked when we could get started, and they offered to come by the same afternoon. They confirmed my information, and said they would come by around 330. They called maybe 15 minutes before the appointment to let me know they would be on their way. They came up and got to work in no time. They had everything taken care of in about an hour, cleaned up everything, plugged in all of the cables again, and I was totally impressed. These guys are awesome, can't recommend them enough. I had a tricky mounting situation above a fire place, through porcelain tile, centered in a cutout with my outlets positioned essentially right where the mount needed to be. The guys were right on time and brought a few mount options which I ended up buying from them for a super reasonable price. After about 5 minutes of drilling per hole (with a diamond bit and a lot of sweat) they got the TV mounted perfectly centered. Their price was lower than Best Buy or any other guys I found but I have a lot more faith in their expertise than the Geek Squad or Abt who both wanted $100+ more for the same job. Scheduled for Boris's team to come on a Saturday and they arrived on time. They mounted my heavy plasma to my fireplace using my mount and mounted my tv with no problem. They had cautioned that my Comcast DVR may not last long on the Velcro mounts they placed on the back of the tv, but Alex said a year was probably adequate. The box fell off the tv and shattered less than 24 hours later. I was thankful that Comcast was forgiving and didn't charge me but they came back out a week later and put my cable box up behind my tv in a jerry-rigged cradle because it's "too heavy and hot" to mount. Given how many people have Comcast DVR's, I figured this would be a problem they were actively trying to solve. Boris was very good about the problem and getting the team back out to correct the issue. It wasn't a perfect solution but t will work. I was pretty pissed it fell and not happy that the solution was to hide the box as it is, but they did do a great job mounting the tv physically into the fireplace. They did leave a bit of a mess on my fireplace to clean up. Pros: fair price, great mounting of actual tv, on time for appointment, sent team back to fix on a Friday night Cons: didn't do it 100% right the first time, posed problems only after the box had fallen, told me they would charge me more to run wires in wall because "box couldn't be mounted" read more
