When we toured various houses, she pointed out various red flags in addition to things done well. Many of the things she mentioned were things that we wouldn't have noticed if we weren't looking for them (i.e. signs of a leaking skylight, uneven driveway (tilting back to the house resulting in draining issues and potential flooding down the road, etc.). It saved us a lot of headaches, expenses, and time not putting in an offer and having inspections come back with these red flags or heaven forbid it passes inspection, but causes problems later down the road! She is very experienced and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them in the best homes they can afford. I would recommend (and have) to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. I'll be sad when we're ready to sell our house not only because we love our home, but because she'll likely be retired by then! He was helpful in the overall process from listing to managing the offers. The process was difficult as the first buyer was not approved for a loan and we had to relist. He was on top of things the entire process and gave good advice during the negotiations. After four months, we were able to close with a second buyer just as winter was hitting.
