You know this year I've found myself a frequent flyer here. At this point I'm practically a fixture there. From the smooth cruise down to the window to clean and neat lobby down to the lovely array of traffic cones as you barrel down the drive thru. (Trust me I have seen it all.) This place is wonderful. I have to say the staff is really cool. They do a stellar job. It's like flying first class with top of the line flight attendants. Lot of wonderful people there that are so nice. I recommend the spicy chicken breakfast burrito paired with the creamy salsa. It'll blow your mind with deliciousness. Of course you can't go wrong with the mighty chicky nuggies. Those bad boys will send you to moon when you pair it with the honey bbq sauce. 10 outta 10 for sure. The honey bbq sauce even goes great with the waffle fries! If they sold it in the store I'd keep that sauce stocked 24/7 in my fridge cuz that sauce slaps! Id put it on anything! Let's not forget the salad wraps. Oh man paired with the avocado ranch. The food is always great! I LOVE their Chicken Nuggets! My absolute fave drink is the Frosted Lemonade which is similar to an Orange Julius but with lemon. I often get the Grilled Chicken sandwich w their own sauce. They have several great dinner salads w lots of salad dressing choices. The service is always very Polite and friendly. If it's not up to par - they'll give you a coupon for the next time you come back. I typically go thru the Drive-in which works best for me. I'm off the mindset that you really just can't go wring with Chick-Fila. And this location further solidifies that opinion. I've visited twice and both times I've had fantastic customer service. The food was, of course, delicious and delivered in a timely manner. But what where they really went above and beyond was that I had an employee come by and check on me several times during my visit. He made sure I had everything I needed, that my drink was full and in general made sure I enjoyed my visit. There is a reason that Chik-fil-a is known for their friendly demeanor and fresh food. This location is no exception. Everything is fresh and fast yet always made correctly. As someone who eats Keto, the grilled chicken nuggets are a huge hit for me! They may look odd but they are so full of flavor! Same with the buffalo sauce! It is super yummy and healthy! I love that this location does a lot of community events too. It makes it a fun place for kids and families to go. They have movie nights as well as arts and crafts and theme nights. Always a good experience. I don't think I have ever had a bad Chick-fil-A experience. Employees were superb. Friendly, helpful and courteous. While dining in the restaurant we were checked on twice. Condiments were neatly organized and well stocked. They even had Purell wet wipes, which I was thankful for since I'm messy with the yummy Polynesian sauce. Bathrooms were spotless and the parking lot was easy to navigate even though it was shared with many other businesses. I went to this chick fil a and mobile ordered. I chose the curbside option where a team leader originally took my food to the wrong car. By the time I got my food it was cold. For the fries I somehow got not so much waffle as much as I got all the end of the potato. My chicken in the sandwich also seemed extremely compared to my past orders and looks as if a chunk of it is missing. Definitely would not recommend this Chick-fil-A and it's worth it to take the extra drive to Wyoming or Paseo. I have been living in Sin City for some time. As I explore new places in Albuquerque I stumbled across the infamous Chick Fil A. Now it's not that I have never eaten a one these holy chicken sandwiches in about 10 years. I am pretty sure there may have been some changes since then. First of all, if you come to this location during the lunch hour you will find that parking is limited. I had to park over by the Ross. After parking and making my trek to the front door I was pleasantly greeted madness. There were so many people in the restaurant. It was ok because every register had a person behind it. As I approached the counter I was greeted with a smile. I asked the girl if it was always this busy. She said a bus came so at the time it was unusual. After I made the order the girl would say, "It's my pleasure." I thought that was kind of odd. The food was great. They sure have the whole chicken thing down. The waffle cut fries were amazing too. A little fresher than fast food, I guess. I ordered meal number 4 which is spicy chicken sandwhich deluxe with waffle fries substitution. I went on a weekday lunchtime (12:20noon). The line in the drive thru was loonng. There was only one line to the drive thru window. Instead of talking to the the voice box/mic to give your order, they had 2 employees walking to the car in line to get the customers'orders and put it in a tablet, then take your card and swipe it in a device attached to their belt. It was pretty cool. I saw the car ahead of me pay cash in the window. The SPICY CHICKEN DELUXE SANDWHICH was good, tasted fresh and tasted and looked like a real chicken breast, lightly breaded. I would have prefered it to be a little spicier though and the buns more toasted. I ate the chicken, spared the buns. The WAFFLE FRIES was lukewarm, unsalted, and needed a little more time in the frier to get that lightly crunchy exterior. I was disappointed. It's national cow appreciation Day!! Everyone came in their best cow attire. This is one of my favorite locations. Staff is super friendly and very efficient. For as busy as they were today, they still work super fast and hard to make sure your order is done correctly. It is a very happy place to be. They always have some kind of fun deal or event going on at their store. What place can you go and the entire staff is dressed as cows. Love it!!! Great fun for the kids. They always have staff and store manager checking on you to see if you need anything from a drink refill to extra ketchup. What place do you know of that provides place mats for kids. Tasted like they were hours old, and were dry like they were sitting under the warmer all day. My sandwhich was okay, didn't have the juicy warm taste I'm used to. My fries were cold. Instead of doing a bad review for the other location I'm going to leave a good one for this one. I live right in the middle from the Montgomery location and the Wyoming location. Every once in awhile I have to go to the Wyoming location and everything about that place makes the Montgomery location so much more worth driving to.
