Instead of doing a bad review for the other location I'm going to leave a good one for this one. I live right in the middle from the Montgomery location and the Wyoming location. Every once in awhile I have to go to the Wyoming location and everything about that place makes the Montgomery location so much more worth driving to. The workers are friendlier, the service is faster and even the food taste better! The Montgomery Chick-fil-A is like a whole different restaurant than the Wyoming location. Chick-Fil-A makes me abandon all of my moral values, kind of like a married man going to a strip joint on the sly. Chick-Fil-A rules! They set the standard for service at fast food restaurants. Extremely friendly and courteous. I forgot my wallet once when I hit the drive thru. They said "no problem" and gave me my order anyways. They said to just come back some time and buy their food again. Very cool! Way to keep a customer. This is by far the best fast food restaurant and just never seems to disappoint! I came here for dinner while on travel and they weren't super crowded. The cashier was very friendly and I barely had time to grab napkins and my food was already coming out. I LOVE their waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce.........such a heavenly combination. I also had chicken nuggets which were hot and tasty. I really love how they take customer service so seriously. They have people walking around to clear your trays and refill your beverage and do it all with a smile. I always leave that place in a good mood. The best fast food service that I've ever gotten. Who would have known. I actually didn't read the reviews before I came in, because I remembered from long ago that I loved their waffle/crisscross style fries, and I wanted to eat them again. I walked here, so I didn't care about the drive-thru, but there was a line stretched around the building. Once inside, I noticed a lot of people standing around, first thought that came to mind was that I would have to wait, but I was soon called to the counter by one of the workers, she was very friendly and took my order, asked me for my name, and then I sat down in the far back corner near the play area door. Another worker came to me and brought me my order, with a huge smile. The food was good, and the best part was the fries, which I was craving in the first place. I haven't been to a place where any fast food worker smiled and welcomed everyone. Then another guy came over and asked me if I wanted a refill and took my cup. Just had an extremely pleasant experience. Yesterday I went to Chik-fil-a and they accidentally forgot my fries, I called to let them know! So the manager got on the phone and said the next time I go back, I would receive a free meal. I go in today, and bam!! I got my free meal, no questions asked. Went by this mornig for some breakfast. I got a sausage breakfast burrito and my sister got the chicken minis. The chicken minis were cute and tasty, but definitely mini, those things were bite sized. The breakfast burrito was one of the worst things I have ever tasted. By far the worst breakfast burrito I have ever had. The eggs and cheese were bland, the tortilla was soggy. There were sautéed peppers and onions in it. And a lot of them. They were soggy, vild, and absolutely disgusting. I asked for salsa with it. It came in this huge square shaped packet that was very difficult to use. The salsa was SO BAD that I forced my sister to try some so I wasn't alone in my misery. I understand this is a big chain, but come on! They've done it right! This new Chick-fil-A opened up within the last few weeks, and it's impressive. The owners finally bought a lagre enough piece of land and hired enough friendly faces to make this Chick-fil-A shine. The parking lot is large enough that the long drive-thru lane interferes less with the regular traffic than any other Chick-fil-A I've been to (in ABQ or Denver). All the cash registers are run at lunch time, and the rest of the staff is just hovering to clean tables as soon as they are empty. Kudos to the manager on duty this week: she was right in there with the staff cleaning up and getting refills for customers. Food is hot and pretty fast (there is still a wait for a few minutes, but it's not a big deal.) The only shortcoming I saw was that the restaurant needs more seating to handle the business, but that's a problem every restaurant would like to have. This place really knows how to do customer service. When I pulled in there were probably over 20 cars in the drive thru, the line was out almost to Montgomery. I got my food and was out of the parking lot in less than 10min. This place can serve 20-30 customers faster than most places can serve 3 people. Stopped here on a long drive from Amarillo TX to Las Vegas NV. Now, this establishment refuses to do business in my current state of residency, NV. I do remember eating here in California, but WOW. I love this place. We were there at a VERY busy time, lunch time on a Friday. The parking lot was INSANE so we parked near a grocery store and walked. For all the people, you would never know they were so busy. They had a greeter at the door, every cash register was open, and your food was delivered to you literally before you left the line. The dining room was clean, the supplies were well stocked and the food was fantastic. I got the just the original sandwhich on a bun with pickles and fries. Great stuff! read more

I love chick fil a, and this new franchise has great service and tasty food as always. My only complaint is that their chicken salad sandwich is not up to standard; it always has large chunks of chicken lurking instead of the usual nicely chopped stuff, and it just doesn't taste quite right. I've tried it a few times now, hoping things would improve, but no dice. If I want a CS sandwich I'll go to the one on Paseo. Otherwise, I'm a happy customer. read more

There is so much that I love about chick fil a, including great food and plenty of healthy options, but I just can't get over how much I love their culture. They create such a unique culture of care for customers - from the moment I am greeted to the moment I leave, the kindness, courtesy, and attentiveness is still surprising! I love the rare occasions that an order is fulfilled wrong, because they go way above and beyond to correct it. I.e I ordered a salad and they forgot the chicken - when I let them know the manager gave me a huge bowl of freshly grilled chicken, way more that it was supposed to come with. When the small side fry that I ordered didn't come with my tray, they brought out a medium fry and a gift card "for the inconvenience" - I'll be "inconvenienced " any day for this kind of service! read more
