Oreo cookie cheesecake desert close up - Yummy!
    Deborah O.

LOVED IT!!!! I'd heard good things about this new restaurant and was anxious to try it. I ordered from the drive-thru w my doggies in my backseat. The exterior was so pristine and clean! Kind of unusual here. The building design was very attractive and unique for Albuquerque. I ordered the Chicken Wrap w ranch dipping sauce and the Oreo cookie w cheesecake and whip cream in the Mason jar. Good choices for my first visit. Plus my really nice server brought my doggies a dish of their Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream. I had to try it and it was DELISH!!! Service was really nice, courteous, and fast. My wrap was nice and warm plus the chicken was crispy. The dessert was awesome and I was able to save some for later bc of the cool Mason jar concept! I'll be back and will go inside next time. I'm looking forward to trying other menu items and more of the dipping sauces.

Sauces galore! I always get chicken and my husband gets the wing chicken combo!

Every single time we come we've never had an issue! We only come in to dine, we also never come in on the weekends. I love love love the rewards system. So easy to build points and get dollars towards next meals! The staff is always friendly and very quick even when it's super busy in there! Someone is always hustling to clean and try and keep up with the dining room. We've had about everything on the menu minus the desert jars! Which we definitely should. We probably stop in at least 3 or 4 times a month!

This is laughable. There's literally almost NO chicken. Those 3 little things towards the top of the pictures are supposed to be chicken "Tenders." They're more like barely oversized nuggets. For $9, no thanks. No ketchup for the fries and there was 1 napkin in the bag which was greasy from the fries being on it. There's a reason I do not ever eat fast food anymore and this is it. Portions are horrible and prices are way to high for what you get.

We ordered online and picked it up in store. I love that they have so many different sauces to choose from. And different sides to pick from. The chicken was not very juicy. I wish it was juicier. The service was fine. I may come back again. The parking lot is a nightmare...

I had Slim Chickens for the first time a couple weeks ago. Me and my sister split a meal. Thankfully there was not a long line to get through the drive-through so we got in right away. This is the best chicken I have ever had. We got the chicken tenders which are 100% hand breaded with honey mustard and ranch sauce. They have 10 different sauces on their menu. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The fries were hot and crispy, and the Texas toast was criunchy and delicious! All the food was delicious! I highly recommend Slim Chickens. I plan on going back soon.

Great experience! This was my first time. I placed an order online, went in to pick it up, and they have little cubbies for to go orders. Food was great and plentiful (love the sauces). The parfaits are to die for. I got the cayenne ranch sandwich and my husband got the tenders. Even plain, they were both well seasoned and tasted delicious. My husband said he prefers it over Cane's and Nashville hot chicken. I would definitely go again. Staff was extremely friendly, fast, and helpful. The only negative I have is the parking is atrocious, although that's not their fault.

Fried pickles extremely salty and overcooked

I am eating here for the first time right now, I did a to go order and took it home. We ordered the chipotle ranch sandwich, tender meal, and fried pickles. We were super excited, upon first notice we saw the chicken sandwich was small compared to other chicken joints. The tenders were not very crispy and slightly cold. I saw the sign said "made to order" but it tastes like it's been sitting around for an hour. I also found a hair mixed in the batter of the tender. Yes there are many sauces but all weren't that good except the chipotle ranch. Unfortunately the fried pickles were extremely salty and overcooked/dry. Don't think we'll be back. About $30 too much for the food. Actually it is worse than KFC.

Wanted to try this place. Chicken looked good unfortunately there was a long black hair in the chicken so we didn't even taste it

It was extremely busy and loud. I didn't wait in line to order, but it took them 50 minutes to prepare our salads. The service wasn't very friendly or helpful at first. I'm hoping it was because they were so busy. We had to leave 10 minutes after getting our salads so I had to take most of it home which was disappointing. On a good note, the salads were amazing. They were the best salads I've ever tasted which I why I'm giving three stars instead of less. My mom ordered the 505 Cobb and they forgot her chicken which was frustrating after waiting for nearly an hour. However, they did make up for it by making her extra chicken! And their chicken was absolutely delicious!! I ordered Persephone's Lunch which was outstanding. I added chicken to it which made it nearly $20 for a bowl salad. The seating is open and you order and sit down wherever you can find. The seating is hard on your backside and uncomfortable, especially when waiting for so long. The salads and fresh ingredients are delectable. If I ever return, it will be a to go order that is put in very early. Cheers!

Although they do sell coffee, soda, water and sports drinks. By the way, you arent permitted to bring your own spirits in either. A bit disappointed with that because I just won't drink soda with a fine cigar...its just wrong in every way. So I decided on a medium roast coffee, because they were out of a dark roast, which was made from a Pod and not freshly brewed. The lounge does have a humidor with a variety of cigars. And not that they had a poor or a small selection, but lets just say that I was happy I brought my own. The gentleman who greeted us ( Raul) gave us the run down of the lounge, was polite, informative and professional. Although I wish we had known or was informed of this, but we unknowingly entered an open doored area that was apparently only for its "members" and was asked to exit the area. No big deal. Although my daughter is of the legal age of 21, unfortunately like many businesses in Albuquerque, they wouldn't accept my daughter's vertical drivers license. And I understand NM has their own laws on vertical vs horizontal DL's, but to not accept a US Passport was a bit too much. And trust me, I do understand I was in New Mexico. I maintained my bearing, professionalism and discipline. As a law enforcement officer in a state where the laws are much stricker when it comes to the sale of tobacco and alcohol products or services to a minor, trust me I understand completely.... but to say they don't honor her United States passport? Well, that really sort of put a damper on the nights experience. Okay...maybe its just what I may be accustomed to, but I want to enjoy my Padrons in comfort and with a feshly prepared adult beverage and not be nudged or climbed on by the residents bulldogs. If my review seems a bit harsh...Its not meant to be,but I'm built different and I believe in being honest for criticism for future growth of a business or establishment. I do wish this establishment luck in its future endeavors because its does have potential.

Staff were walking around constantly, dusting and rearranging chairs to make sure everything looked nice for guests. Our server was wonderful, quickly bringing a little plate of bread with a garlicky tomato bruschetta spread and a bit of olive oil. I think the restaurant should swap for a nicer EVOO, but the complimentary bread was a nice tide-me-over while we looked over the menu. My only other note: cleanliness of the dinnerware. He found a food bit dried on his fork and requested a new one, but then (the exterior of) his wine glass was smudged with something crusty, too... Not the server's fault by any means, but definitely something we hope the restaurant will pay closer attention to in the future. I got chicken Parmesan, and he got the traditional gnocchi. The server was kind to accommodate my request for Alfredo on the pasta side, and we were both super impressed by the house made tomato sauce. My chicken was perfectly cooked, and the pasta wasn't overcooked - which was a marked difference from M'Tucci's (and other Italian-American restaurants we've tried in the ABQ area). We agreed that we want to return to Joe's because it was a quick, easy, affordable, and super satisfying meal. Thanks, Joe's Pasta House! See you again soon.
