Went here on 12/30/22 and ordered at the drive thru 3-4 piece Chicken Strip meals. Received the order and we didn't get fries. Told the person at the window and she said we were wrong! My niece went inside waited in line during lunch rush. She told the counter person our order was incorrect. She responded in a snarky voice if it came with fries it would say so!!! My niece said okay came outside and told us. We got home and did the math and realized we were charged for meals like we had thought. Plus my drink was a regular Coke not diet. As a Diabetic I could not drink this. So we were overcharged did not get our full order and it was not accurate. We called to talk with someone and was hung up on twice! For fast food, this place hit the spot. (I rarely say that about chicken). I tried the chicken salad. It was fresh and tasty. Afterwards we let the girls run around in the multi-age appropriate (1-5) indoor play structure. I liked that the structure was enclosed in it's own space and that no food or drinks were allowed in. There wasn't much seating, but it was perfect for a quick treat. On the rare occasion I agree to eat, or even crave a quick chicken meal, we'll stop here. read more

Have to brag on a young man named Angelo. We stopped for some soup, then decided we wanted to split some waffle fries too. Angelo happened to come clean our table. My hubby asked if he could get an order of fries and could he pay from the table. We didn't know if he could take the money for us. We think he misunderstood, maybe thought we didn't have money, not sure. He said 'No, it's fine.' This location is awesome. The Manager, Marie, is wonderful. The food is always good and the service is great. This time we had placed our order inside to go. When we got back to work our dressings were missing from our order. Marie and me had been in contact about catering and when I called for our catering I let her know our dressings were missing and that I'd have to go back. Marie insisted that I not do that and had an awesome employee, Chuck, bring our dressings. It isn't a big deal but they made sure everything was great. I really love chick filas spicy chicken and cheese bagel. I like it mostly because it has pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar. Having said that, this store never makes the sandwich right. Chick-fil-A is really a dedicated member of our community. They host Family Nights every Tuesday and other events such as All Pro Dad's Day breakfasts. I have seen this location go out of their way to support the local schools, churches, and other community groups. This year they helped with my son's Jog-a-Thon at school, and have sponsored numerous mission trip fundraisers, health fairs, and community group events. They even offer free meals to all on-duty police officers. The restaurant chain has always offered excellent food, but this summer they are expanding the menu to include new and improved healthy options. The Char-grilled Chicken and Fruit Salad is so tasty with the new Berry Balsamic dressing, and their new Chick-n-Strips are almost three times bigger than they used to be. The Chicken Salad Sandwich now comes on wheat-berry bread and has a much better flavor with bigger chunks of chicken in it. I love the food and atmosphere and will always be a big fan! read more
