After parking the car, I found a vacant booth near the restroom. All of the employees here were very nice and friendly. Although they had instead given me a spicy breaded chicken sandwich, it wasn't a big enough of a mistake for me to send it back. This location has the fastest service of anywhere around this area. The food is great as you would expect and though the location is a little inconvenient being in front of a Walmart, it is the one I always go to. It is clean the employees are friendly and it's just good food read more

Ordered Togo at the counter inside. Waited 45 min+ before the meal was done and when I started checking the contents the staff yelled at me at the counter stating everything was fine and that they needed to help other guests. When I got home half my meal was missing. Called the store and they said their store policy is no refunds for missing items only to come in and get a replacement. I drove 30 minutes to get home in Townsend and they expect me to drive back at 9pm for 2 chicken sandwiches they absolutely can not refund. "Their system does not allow it". I will never eat at this location again after how the staff act and how bad the service generally is. read more

I unfortunately have to come here because I work at the airport and there's no other Chik fil a I can go to within my hour lunch break. Every single time I've come here, like clockwork, they don't put the right sauces or right number of sauces every time. It's so petty to say, but I've been to Chik fil a's in every state from Florida to Washington state and now here and this is the ONLY one I've ever seen that looks like it's poorly managed. The workers are somewhat urgent but me having to dig though the bag every single time I come here sucks. Being that I'm a manager of a customer service business that values urgency, I can tell this is probably a staffing and management issue. I even ask them to please double check, they refuse to and say it's correct, then I leave the line and it's incorrect EVERYTIME At this point it's been at least 5 times since I started coming to lunch here a month ago. Then their drive through is so damn slow during busy times. My hour lunch break is 30 minutes over now and I still haven't gotten through. Takes me 2 minutes to get here. I wrote this whole review in line and still am in line. Nobody is outside grabbing orders like most locations and the weather is beautiful, 75 degrees outside, so the excuse the manager gave on the review before mine is BS. This has to again be, the worst Chik fil a in the country. Food is also mid, my fries have never been up to par near the quality of any other store ever. Also update; still in line and probably 8 cars left in front of me, moved 2 spots in the last 10 minutes, currently have 20 minutes left of my lunch break sitting here... final update, got my food after 45 minutes, forgot the ketchup even though the girl on microphone told me she got it, and the fries were actually cold as hell. Actually first time I've had horrendous fries, usually they're like, a tiny tiny bit warm. Not this time. Nice. This is quite literally the slowest drive through service I've ever experienced in my life. This isn't a one off review. I'm not someone trying to get my points up on Google Maps for being a good reviewer and "local guide". This is honest, straight from the horse's mouth fact. I write this review as I sit in the drive through. I just want to order some food. I've been here for 10 minutes, and I've moved up two spots in line. This is the case every single time I come here. I don't know why I continue to return to this God-forsaken establishment and put myself in line, because truly, it is this way every time I visit. I must be a glutton for punishment. Yelp wants me to talk about the ambiance, and I'll give that a 5/5 stars, since I've been able to achieve a semblance of a high from the exhaust fumes I've been breathing in for the past 15 minutes. I ordered a 12 count chicken nugget meal and a 4 count chicken tender meal. Everything was great until when we got home, we noticed that they only gave us one chicken fil a sauce each. That would be one sauce for a total of 4 chicken tenders and a full fries. Maybe I should just go to the store to buy the big bottle of chick fil a sauce. I really don't want to be the person to put their car in park at the drive thru and search through the bag to make sure everything is there. First time ever having an employee talk so hateful--my husband called inside while waiting at Curbside to ask about our order--he had messed up on the app and put mobile pickup instead of curbside. Most venues know the customer is right etiquette but not this person. She decides to be argumentative and reprimand my husband. This Chick-Fil-A does not meet their corporate standards. I always wait at least 15 min longer than other CfA's in the area and rarely do they get my order right. I'm at curbside now and have been here for 50 min, yes FIFTY minutes waiting on a small breakfast order. It's not that busy. I don't know what the problem is, but it's not unusual to wait that long for an order here. The workers are not trained very well and many times come off as rude and that they don't want to be there. This Chick-fil-A has let me down too many times, so I am going to the location at the mall. I always order through the app and park in one of their pick up spots. One of the last times I ordered. I was sitting in a spot and I was waiting 10 minutes or so. On my app it said that my food was ready and it was on the way to my car. I waited and wait, and no one came to bring my food to my car. My husband was with me and he ended up walking in the store and our food had been sitting there for a good 10 minutes and the worker said they were waiting to bring our food out with another customer that was waiting for food too. Our food was getting cold the whole time. The last time I went, I ordered 10 count chicken minis. When I got home, I opened the 10 count chicken minis and they were smushed into the box and the breading was falling apart. It was a hot mess. It definitely wasn't Chick-fil-A standard. read more

Over the past year we have watched the customer service go downhill very fast. Once again tonight we didn't get the food we ordered. I would guess 10 times in the past year our order has been wrong or they leave things out. When we use the app or drive thru. At one time this location was amazing and I'd rate it a 10 now more like 1 on customer service and a 5 on cleanness and a 6 on food quality we have sent in complaints to the owner and managers and you get no where bad news is if you drive down the road he owns both of them. This location is always busy and the drive-thru is always full. Decided to go inside to order my food, and the line was impressive. They only had one person manning the cash register inside, everyone else seemed quite busy keeping the drive thru moving along. Most of the tables were not clean, so I had to find a napkin and clean it off myself. If I came here again, I would probably just use the drive thru and get my food to go. Southern people love Chick-fil-A. Not just like it, LOVE it. Being from New England, where this chain doesn't exist, I finally got a chance to try it at the Alcoa, TN location after leaving the Knoxville airport. So many people had told me what to try and what extra sauces to add but I went with the classic chicken sandwich, the spicy chicken sandwich, and some waffle fries with the Chick-fil-A sauce. While the chicken was hot, juicy, and perfectly cooked on a fresh bun, it wasn't as Earth-shattering as people described. The restaurant was clean and the employees very friendly and helpful, all of which are very important in fast food. Chick-fil-A is better than many other chains, but I'm still waiting to be blown away. read more

Wonderful place. The employees really do care by keeping the tables clean and helping those that need it. I seen two things today that just made my day. One was a elderly group of ladies that had ordered soups. Apparently they had just ran out of one type of soup but the young man that took their order was not aware of that. He made it a point to come out to their table to apologize and gave them back their money. He then offered to purchase anything from the menu that they wanted. I don't know if they took up the offer but there was hugging that took place. Another awesome thing was a mother and her small child. She of course had her hands completely full with her's and her child's items. When their food was ready they not only brought the items out for her but went back to get them their condiments and napkins. Then stood and "played" with her child while the mother prepped the child's food. You could tell she was frazzled and needed the extra help and was very grateful of the assistance. Both times were from young men employees that didn't have to do what they did. It also occurred during lunch time. We need more of this in our everyday life. Giving back doesn't take much at all and sometimes all it takes is a smile. read more

This is the best Chick-fil-A I've been too. It's very popular like many Chick-fil-A locations, but they manage the busyness really well. Just yesterday during the super busy lunch time they had TWO people outside taking orders/credit cards for drive through customers, another taking cash, and a fourth standing outside the drivethru window taking your order from the window, checking it and handing it to you. When you look at it it seems like overkill, but when you realize that it took less than 5 minutes to order and get our food, it's amazing. Other locations have car lines around the block and 15+ minutes during crush times is not unheard of. Clearly the people that run this location are doing all the right things. To go through the drive through, it's a little weird...you have to drive around the building, and in the course of ordering and picking up and leaving, you drive around again. That's a small nit considering how fast everything goes, even when they don't have helpers outside. Food quality is excellent, as expected, and after 20+ visits they have yet to mangle an order. And the people there are incredibly nice and polite. read more

We LOVE Chick-fil-A, but this one is terrible. They don't listen, I tried ordering my iced coffee with half the normal amount of vanilla flavoring (normal amount is too sweet and without is too plain for me), but it was much sweeter than if I'd just ordered it with the normal amount. When we went again the other day, our daughter was asleep in the back and they had people doing the outside orders so my husband stuck his head way out and let her know so she didn't have to talk loudly. She continued to yell anyways and I ordered iced coffee (plain this time, because of the mixup the time before) and when we got to the window we double checked and they were making it vanilla. They poured it out to redo, but sighed very loudly and rolled their eyes about it.
