I have never seen the hype around Chick-fil-A. After all it isn't hard to make a chicken sandwich. I have eaten there a couple of times. Well today is Veterans Day and as a Veteran I went there to get a free chicken sandwich. I also ordered a meal to bring home to my wife. The meal was a little over $10 for a deluxe chicken sandwich meal. I received my soda and a bag. I didn't bother to look in the bag until I got home. Needless to say all that was in the bag was my free sandwich. No fries or the deluxe sandwich. I guess I paid $10 for a medium soda. No reason to ever go back. read more

I thought the whole point of the mobile app was add efficiency, but for multiple mornings in a row, I've watched 2-3 cars that I was not even in the line yet, come through the normal drive through and get their food before me. Got lunch here yesterday my complaint was did it get made ahead of time and sit under the heat lamp? Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the bun was hardened and dry the chicken was not a bit juicy and tender like normal. My fries were overdone too, and my Coke was loaded with a full cup of ice and hardly any soda. What is this "serve the dry crap & rip off day" to work the line. Poorly managed Chick Fil a. Which has become a norm. Over staffed but under performs. I've seen as many as 20 people on staff with 4 working and the rest talking. At any given time 4-8 will be standing and talking with 1 person taking orders. I have had missing food and wrong orders multiple times. Along with people I've heard having the same issue while inside eating talking about how they didn't get what they ordered. Then when you go for a refill the girls will always try and serve whatever guy they like first. Ignoring women and older guys. Parking like is small and tricky but not bad for a chick fil a. Like most chick fil a now they require people to park far out leaving the close parking restricted. I've watched older people and ladies with kids have to walk all the way across a busy parking lot while they have 11 parking spots agaisnt the building blocked for mobile. Come here if you want to wait forever, only to be giving your order to someone in training, realize on your receipt that the order is wrong, be asked to move to pick up spot A, then B, then to the parking space in front of the store, only to find out your order is still wrong! As someone who managed at other restaurants, that kind of talk is so damaging. Those employees are just as important as the front. I'm appalled she hasn't been reprimanded. Chick-fil-a, you need to improve your cleanliness in the play area. The fingerprints on all of the windows in the play area, and glass door, were gross and appalling! I am not talking a little bit... Yesterday morning I drove north from Dallas and I was craving Chick-Fil-A something fierce. I was sad when I realized I wasn't going to pass another one until Sherman, until I started seeing signs for a CFA in Anna. To my very pleasant surprise a CFA had popped up off Hwy 75! Their grand opening was April 16. CFA rarely disappoints & this visit was no exception. The food was excellent per usual, and I noticed this location implemented ways to keep the line moving quickly while still following COVID-19 precautions (like having a separate condiment station between placing your order/paying & getting up to the window). I forgot to ask for CFA sauce (my go-to) at the station & was relieved when they still had sauces to offer at the window. I literally just pulled out of this Chick-fil-A drive-thru. There are 2 lanes, with one moving considerably faster than the other. Of course I was in the slow one. Food was coming out very slow, thus the line moved slow. I was waiting for almost 15 minutes! With letting one lane move faster, they let 4 cars that came after me get ahead of me. By the time I finally got to the window to get my order, they didn't have it ready. I had to wait for that too. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A that I have EVER been to.
