If i could give more than 5 stars, i would. I very often say the following words: "i love chick-fil-a!" But when i say i love chick-fil-a people think i mean that i like it, but they are so very wrong. I love it beyond comparison to anything in this world. Love is an understatement, it is just the closest word i can find to describe how i feel about this establishment. Its more than love, its obsession. I would genuinely marry chick fil a fries. The employees are BEYOND nice and treat you as if you are royalty. But most importantly, the food. The food is exquisite. Heavenly, even. My breakfast sandwich did not have egg on it. I called to raise issue and Jose the store manager told me that I can only get compensated in the morning hours. Cold fries and cold chicken sandwich... service was slow and rude!!! The dining room was disgusting. We went to the front counter to informed them that there was not a single clean seat in the entire restaurant. There was either food all over the table or under the table... when we left, they had only managed to clean half of the dining room. All the tables closest to us they left dirty, which I felt was intentional!!! They were not busy and only had us and two other people dinning in.. as the girls started to clean the dining room. One asked "what tables were dirty", and responded at her and said "all of them" she gave me the most nastiest disgusting look I've ever received in my life!! I have never had this type of experience at a Chick-fil-A Ever I will never return to this one!!! The manager, never once came out to the dining room to check after them, and never even bothered to apologize to us.. poor employees run good businesses into the ground and this place is a prime example. They don't care and it shows!!! They stated that the delivery drivers are the ones that typically clean the dining room. Every single delivery car was there when we pulled into the parking lot... these pictures don't reflect a quarter of how bad it was.. it was hard to even eat because there was ketchup. This team is legitimately the dream team. Today we brought a group of 18 middle schoolers in and we called ahead but either way they were all ready to support us. The team was incredibly positive and happy, and they hustled. They got everybody the right meal quickly and they did such as a good job with packaging and organizing. They didn't complain even though we were loud and they were kind to everybody. The food was all made correctly and tasted fresh and delicious. Standard CFA restaurant with the same high fast food quality as almost all other CFAs. The interior was clean and staff friendly. Food service took a bit longer than usual for a CFA, even though there was almost no one inside. The drive thru was packed as always. So unfortunately I live closer to this Chick Fil A than the Merrimon location. This location consistently delivers poor experience. My milkshake came with no straw and was sticky all over the side, my toppings were missing. My chicken was dry and burnt. That has never happened to me at a Chick Fil A before. The order also took longer than usual to come out. This location keeps all their sauces and condiments in the back. Really frustrating especially when things are often forgotten in orders. I recommend taking the extra ten minutes to drive to Merrimon. This is the last time I will come to this location. Shame I live so close to it. read more

I had a mobile order dine in after a 12 hr shift and I waited and waited and then went to the counter and waited over 10 mins before I got pissed enough to ask for a manager because I waited there and everyone ignored me and never said a thing to me. When I asked the young lady I wanted to speak to a manager. Jose came over and I explained what happen then he looks at my order on my phone twice and the only brought me just 1/3 of my order I had to read him my WHOLE order just to get it right. This was our first visit to an actual Chick-fil-A. We've had it at Vegas, but not the full-blown restaurant. The grilled chicken club sandwich was delicious. The chicken tortilla soup was delicious as well. The chocolate shake very yummy. They did not have the mac & cheese ready, so they offered a credit instead, which was wonderful. Went through drive thru and ordered a wrap. The young man at the drive through stated I could not just order a wrap and charged me $9.00 for a meal. I questioned this and he said his manager told him that was the only way to order a wrap and he immediately walked away. He obviously, was confused. I also ordered dressing, which I did not get. I pulled over and went inside to ask if that was correct and was told it is not correct. You can order "just a wrap" not a meal. Teach your people taking orders their job. This location needs to get it together.My order is wrong every time and every time I have to either go back and wait 20m to get my stuff or go inside. Neither is convenient with 4 kids and shouldn't happen regularly after spending $60. The staff that I've dealt with at drive through order aren't very friendly and the ones who I have to tell my order was wrong to, again, at the pick up window are extremely condescending. Arrived around 8:30 to doors locked with a sign that said dining room and pick up closed at 9. Only option was to get in the looooooong double line.
