This was my second time at this particular Arby's, I used to be a big fan of theirs in Calif. I stopped by for a late lunch. The store was clean, the staff was quick and polite. The Jamoca shake was, as usual, wonderful. The potato cakes were very fresh, but very bland. Definitely needed salt. The roast beef sandwiches were tasty but MUCH smaller than the pics in the store and online, but that was expected. I had coupons for everything so I got away with a really nice lunch for $10. read more

The employees were very prompt and courteous and the food was decent, although not as hot as I would have liked. I ordered a Fish 'n Cheddar sandwich, which had no cheese on it. I had already started to drive away and didn't have time to turn back, but that's something they could have fixed easily. Next time, I will check my bag before leaving the store. read more

I had really hoped the Arby's on smoky park would be better than the one in Waynesville NC which is completely inedible. I gave it another try on smoky park hwy and it was cold and noticeably sub standard. I don't understand as Arby's used to be awesome. It has totally gone downhill. When you receive your order it should be fresh and piping hot. This was such a disappointment. Not that anyone will notice or care but Arby's will never again get my business. Such a shame. I like this Arby's location a lot. It's the newest of all of the Arby's in Asheville. Nice. Clean. The service staff here seems happy and proud of their offering. Yes. It's just Arby's, but as far as Arby's goes, this is one of the nicer ones. So when you're craving a jamocha shake, those gosh darn curly fries, or you're ready to take on the challenge of facing a "meat mounain" this is the one you should check out. ---- I should note that I haven't tried ordering a meat mountain yet. From what I understand they DO exist, but I don't know if they're available at all locations, or if this location in particular offers them. However, if I myself were ever taken by the whim to order one of these fabled sandwiches, this location would be the one I would head to in order to do so. read more

Even though they were short staffed, I found the experience tantalizing. I started my journey with the mozzarella sticks. The perfectly crispy, yet gooey cheese had my taste buds on overload. The country style pork rib meal, cooked to perfection, brought me back to the days when I was a young buckaroo! Chasing it all down with a frosty Cola completed the journey. I've tried multiple times to like this location, but the service is absolutely terrible. Long waits for food, and when you get it your order is rarely correct. Gave it another shot tonight; pulled in to the drive-thru with 3 cars in front of me. 10 minutes later only 1 car had ordered, and the car behind them was immediately told "one moment please" as soon as they reached the speaker. This is the worst Arby's I've ever visited. I've seen the commercials for the new chicken cheddar ranch sandwich on TV and was excited to try it. My husband and I went through the drive thru to order, and my sandwich came out without the cheddar. After waiting for 6 minutes to go back around in the drive thru, we were handed a bag with a small tray containing two slices of cold cheddar. I wanted a fresh sandwich, so the worker at the window got another girl standing by to come speak with us. She said "There's nothing wrong with your sandwich, just something missing. Why would I give you a new sandwich?" When I asked to speak with her manager, she indicated she was the manager. 10/10 will not return here. I went to this Arby's on Mother's Day. It was peaceful and you had your pick of more private tables. My husband brought us because he said this location is great- hot, delicious food is what you get. And that is what I want. And that is what I got. It is clean, and I love the decorator: it feels fancy and cozy at the same time. There is ample light, but not too much. The employees are very sweet. Workers were absolutely rude and didn't take our order for 10 minuets which is terrible considering we were the only customers there. There was food all over the dining and cooking area. The drink machine was half broken. My $9 sandwich was terrible! I was missing most of the ingredients. My fries were cold and hard. The bathroom was disgusting, and to make matters worse, there were employees wearing flip-flops. That is a health code violation. Will definitely not be back! read more

Didn't get to eat. 3 people working a slammed lunch at 12 o'clock. Cars wrapped around building. Lobby had 5 people waiting on food. I went to order. No cashier. I think she was expediting orders. Congratulations on keeping down payroll. That entire lunch cost about $50 in payroll. Not sure how much business it cost them other than my $10. read more

Dropped by to grab a bite to eat before going out of town Wednesday 14th of Sept. Pulled into parking lot and drove into a large paint spill on the ground not knowing. That had to have been there for several hours. It was still wet underneath top layer. White paint all over passenger front tire wheel and well and with paint all the way back to my second door. I informed employee of what had happened after I could get there attention about a personal conversation. I asked them if they would put something out there so someone else doesn't do more damage to there car. By the end of our meal we were approached by same employee. Saying she called there manager and he said to take my information and I would be contacted the next day. No one ever went out side in the 20 or so minutes we were there to cover or block parking spot. Didn't hear anything till Monday the 19 from their insurance company. Today is Sepy 26 received a call from Insurance company who spoke to manager of Arbys and said Arbys checks there parking lot ever hour on the hour and would not be responsible for damage done to my car. Have to say I'm a bit disappointed in the whole thing. I wasn't looking for a new paint job maybe just the acknowledgment that someone didn't do there job. Never even heard from manager at Arbys with any apology or for any inconvenience on my part. What ever happened to doing the right thing or just some basic customer service. read more

I usually I think people are crazy to write a review for fast food restaurants... however the food here was really good... had a very good brisket sandwich and onion rings, the dining room is very clean and the people were very friendly. I'll be back. read more
