Do not visit this terrible Chickfila! We ordered on the app for delivery, because this location is participating in their independent delivery program. After an hour of waiting, our order came. One of two drinks was missing. Both chicken sandwiches were also nasty. Brown, fatty meat and way too chewy to be considered edible. I tried to call the store to get a refund but they didn't answer the phone at all.

    Walk up ordering.

This location is a Drivethrough-only with a unique setup. There are two walk-up windows, a drive through, and two outdoor patios (one on each end of the building). There's no inside dining room but there are bathrooms inside for customers. Getting in and out of the parking lot might be a tight squeeze for SUVs.

So usually chic fil a is notorious for fast service and good food. I came in and got my orders replaced I ordered two large meals. Now Im almost positive these fries are not chic fil a standard. I maybe had 5 waffle fries in my large fries. Both the original and the replaced orders weren't fresh. The customer service was great. Both times everyone was friendly even replacing my order Jessica was nice enough to replace the orders for me. Spent $30 and honestly should have had went to the other chic fil a down the road maybe the food would have been better. Outstanding customer service just not chic fil a standard food.

I want to preface this by saying I have never written a negative review for any business before. Ever. This Chick-fil-A is the least satisfying one that I've ever been to. I live down the road so it's very convenient location wise, but the standards here are incredibly low. I've been to this location for breakfast probably a hundred times in the last year. They never mess up my food order, but they NEVER add the condiments to my bag that I request via the app. You'll be lucky if they remember a straw. The food can be hit or miss, but the tea is rough. That's actually what sent me over the edge today. I ordered a large sweet tea, and instead I got a large unsweetened tea, with probably 1/3 of a cup of granulated sugar mixed in with the cold tea. It tasted crunchy when I sipped through my straw. I dumped it out, and sure enough, there's a thick layer of undissolved sugar stuck to the bottom of my cup. You can see the sugar still in the bottom of the cup in the photo attached. Again, I don't write bad reviews. But this is pretty low, especially for a business like Chick-fil-A that values their customer service at such a high level. I'm very, very disappointed. I wish COVID could be used as an excuse, but this location struggled well before now.

The minis after I tried to put the bread back together. The smooshed one actually came like that.

As per usual, chick filas food is always good, but the service at this particular one is falling apart. Pulled up the the employee outside taking orders and before I could finish getting my "good morning" out, she said "what can I get you?" Polite phrasing, sure. But the entire time I was ordering, I could not finish a sentence. On top of that, I ordered the 10 piece chicken minis and was given a box full of bread pieces and nuggets that looked like that had been ripped in half.

I was immediately greeted by friendly Chop Shop associate Victoria. I ordered a sandwich to go for my wife. She wanted the Grinder sandwich. This came with ham, turkey, salami, provolone, mayo, house greens, tomato, onion, banana pepper, oregano, and red wine vinaigrette on multigrain-sliced bread. She also wanted the strawberry ginger lemonade. She said the sandwich was a really good size (meaning that she could only eat half) and shared it with our daughter. They both said it was delicious and both rated it 9 out of 10 for the same reason. They would have liked the sandwich on a hoagie roll instead of the bread. They said nothing was wrong with the bread, except that they both felt the sandwich would have been better on a hoagie roll if that had been an option. I was here for a Yelp event. I ordered one of the Made For You bowls, the Hot Honey Chicken bowl + Hummus. It came with brown rice, house greens tossed in red wine vinaigrette, cucumber, tomato, banana pepper, red pepper hummus, hot honey sauce, Greek yogurt sauce, and house-baked tortilla chips sprinkled with Parmesan. I had the chips on the side because I wanted my bowl gluten-free. The bowl was delicious. I would definitely get it again. I also had the strawberry ginger lemonade, which is freshly made as needed, since I saw Victoria juicing ginger for another batch of lemonade while I was eating. All of the other Make It Original options sounded delicious, too. I plan on returning to try more of their bowls. Overall, this was a great experience, and we definitely recommend the original Chop Shop.

It's in a shopping center so there's free parking. It's right off Roswell Road so you really can't miss it even though it is kinda off in the corner but it's still easy to find . They have a little outdoor area so you can actually sit outside if you wanted to be in the element and it's actually covered as well because it's right under the awning of the building so that's an option too. You come in and it's a large shop but it's not a lot. Most of the space there is going to be seating. You can look around and they have a little market area but the market area is very small. They do have particular specific items so you can check that out while you wait for your food. You can see the menus on the board and everybody there is super friendly and they'll explain anything to you. We had a pretty good short conversation while I waited. Love the customer service . Hummus - I tried the hummus and it was okay. Nothing crazy about it and it was just regular and not like it was roasted red pepper or garlic or anything like that but it was decent . Chicken shawarma wrap - the wrap was pretty good. It wasn't great but it was pretty good. It had a lot of color to it, meaning they were seasoning it for sure, but the flavor was only okay. The flavor was not popping out of your mouth but it was a decent but subtle flavor. It was super tender! Chicken kabob - the kebab plate came with two skewers and rice with a salad and it came with some garlic sauce as well. I think that the kebab was better than the shawarma to me. It had the same char flavor but mixed with the rice and the garlic sauce, it took it up another notch as well. You got a lot of it though so it wasn't like you only got two pieces of meat per skewer and a small handful of rice. You got a bed of rice so it was really good. The salad was low quality but I really didn't care about that because I didn't come for salad lol. Overall you paid maybe like $12 or $14 for this. It wasn't bad for a full plate . All in all it was a pretty decent experience. They're very customer-oriented and customer-friendly so you go in there, you will be fine. They'll take care of you

I have the rewards program, but if you're doing delivery and don't order here often its cheaper to go thru Uber Eats based on fees, at least in my experience. There's been a couple occasions where a few items are missing from the "create your own bowls" I've ordered but nothing major. Uber Eats has gotten sooo much better about refunding for little things like that, so it hasn't been an issue. They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places). I like their mushroom mix as well, probably even more than their steak. Their rosemary focaccia is a nice compliment to the bowls as well. I haven't had any bad items here so far. The portions are generous, which is not always the case with every salad place. I look forward to trying more things.

I didn't really get much and I think I just got some French fries and bought something but I wanted to see what the layout looked like. So this spot does get a little crowded depending on when you go. They do have parking but it's very scarce in the front and they have valet in the back. Just be aware that on a Saturday night you may have to work parking out somehow. Now they had some drink specials posted everywhere. This was actually a good spot to check that out because they have a lot of variation of it. You can see a couple of those in my pictures. The last time I was there they had live music so let me just back up for a little bit. They actually have a stage area where you may go and see some live entertainment and a crowd around them. What's nice is the stage part has its own bar so you don't have to keep running in and out of the food hall to get drinks. They have an outside play area for kids and it's kind of like a green turf situation so you can sit down and let them play. They have seats there and they have seats outside on a covered patio area as well so there are options for seating. Of course they're sitting on the inside and the seats there are not available. They are decent even if you don't count the bar itself. The bar is a pretty long bar so there's plenty of space to sit there. It has a lot of liquor options and it has a couple of TVs so you can actually watch a game or something along those lines. Overall if you're going to head to downtown Roswell, this will be a pretty decent spot to grab a bite to eat because there are a lot of options there. They have Italian, Mexican, cheese steaks, and other things that you can pick from. I do plan on actually going and trying all the things at some point in time but I just did an initial walkthrough. But this does look like it's worth my time to go back.

The only option is to order via a screen, which asks you to leave both a tip and a donation for no one to speak to you. We got the Cajun seafood dip from the creole location. It was delicious but almost $20 for 4oz of dip with chips out of a bag. You could make 10x the volume of this at home with some rotel and Velveeta for the same price. The loaded tots and chicken strips with fries from the tavern were ok. I wouldn't seek them out. The chocolate milk shake was actually a vanilla milk shake with one squirt of Hershey syrup. The only item of note that we ordered out of the almost $100 spent there was the green chili vodka Bloody Mary. It was good because it was vodka with ZingZang bloody Mary mix and fresh lime juice. It did not have any sort of horseradish or Worcestershire or any sort of fun garnish, including even celery for $17. If you're going to this venue for live music, eat before you arrive.
