I ordered a delivery order today for breakfast, I had noticed it got here very quickly. When I got the order I noticed it was missing our yogurt. Honestly we don't think anything of it because when we order through Uber Eats or DoorDash we get incomplete orders all the time and the credit just goes back on the account which is quite frustrating. However this time I got a call from a local number, Rodney the Chick-fil-A delivery driver, came all the way back to our apartment for 1 yogurt and apologized. I've been ordering food a long time but that's the first time someone has fixed my order on delivery ever. I've also been to that restaurant before and they've always gotten my order right or fixed it on the spot. Everything you need in a local Chick-fil-A. Also if you don't know there is no dining room at this location however their turn around is quick and there's still walk up windows at the front. This chick fil a is disgusting, from the workers to the food! I only ordered a kids meal of macaroni & cheese & nuggets which made my 1 year old extremely sick! So usually chic fil a is notorious for fast service and good food. I came in and got my orders replaced I ordered two large meals. Now Im almost positive these fries are not chic fil a standard. I maybe had 5 waffle fries in my large fries. Both the original and the replaced orders weren't fresh. The customer service was great. Both times everyone was friendly even replacing my order Jessica was nice enough to replace the orders for me. I want to preface this by saying I have never written a negative review for any business before. Ever. This Chick-fil-A is the least satisfying one that I've ever been to. I live down the road so it's very convenient location wise, but the standards here are incredibly low. I've been to this location for breakfast probably a hundred times in the last year. They never mess up my food order, but they NEVER add the condiments to my bag that I request via the app. You'll be lucky if they remember a straw. The food can be hit or miss, but the tea is rough. That's actually what sent me over the edge today. I ordered a large sweet tea, and instead I got a large unsweetened tea, with probably 1/3 of a cup of granulated sugar mixed in with the cold tea. It tasted crunchy when I sipped through my straw. I dumped it out, and sure enough, there's a thick layer of undissolved sugar stuck to the bottom of my cup. You can see the sugar still in the bottom of the cup in the photo attached. Again, I don't write bad reviews. But this is pretty low, especially for a business like Chick-fil-A that values their customer service at such a high level. I'm very, very disappointed. I am helping a friend move into the Sandy Springs area today and she mentioned she had never had chick fil a before so we went there before getting to her new place. We ordered some nuggets and chips and off we went to her new place. It took about an hour to park and then start moving things inside. Unfortunately when we went to eat there was no nugget sauce, napkins and no ketchup. We ate nuggets with mustard and mayonnaise because there was no chick fil a sauce or ranch dipping sauce. This Chick fil a is everything a Chick fil a should be. My order is 100% correct 97% of the time. And the issues are always minor anyway. I wanted to take the time to shout out to Cynthia, months back when it was cold and rainy Cynthia asked how I was doing and I told her I was pregnant with twins. Every time I saw her after that she greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing and how the pregnancy was going. On 5/27 I stopped by to get my breakfast before my ultrasound appointment. It made my day that Cynthia was taking payments. I told her I was heading to the doctor and the babies were scheduled to be born 6/22. She wished me luck and told me her birthday was Friday and she was excited. She put a smile on my face. Then Lamisha (spelling) I have seen taking orders, money and giving orders. She is always professional, efficient and pleasant. Well at my appointment that day I was told that the babies are coming out and they were born 5/28. I craved Chick-fil-A pretty much every day I was pregnant and this team has always exceeded my expectations. I wanted someone to know what an awesome job those two employees are doing and I will always remember how great they were during this magical time in my life. DO NOT EAT HERE. I was recently diagnosed with a life changing disease and cannot drive so I chose the option to have my chic Fila delivered. I used a 3rd party delivery service, Uber eats, and received none of my food. Just the two drinks. I tried to straighten things away with the delivery person and they said chicfila only handed them the drinks only and chic fila refused to to make me more food or help on their end with the refund process. When I came into drive up lane 1 the dude that took my order was laughing and it was a lot of playing around noises in the back ground. I ask for the club grilled with Colby with no lettuce and tomato which was made with lettuce and tomatoes and American cheese which the guy didn't listen to my order because he was to busy playing in the background which is very unprofessional especially from chick fil a which this is my home location that I always go to. The manager Paula shouldn't really be a manager this is not the first time that I had deal with her before. Our family eats at enough Chick-fil-As to know that not all of them are created equally. The sandwiches and nuggets are always hot and fresh. OK, I don't want to give them a one star, because that means worse ever. Also, the staff seems to be friendly enough. However, the location and setup of this restaurant makes me never want to come back. I've tried a few times in the past to get something here, but since I was in a hurry, I left without ordering. I had more time today, so figured why not. Well, I lost 20 minutes of my life, that's why! The biggest offender is the drive thru set up. Just to get in, you have to funnel through a narrow road, surrounded by parking spots for Chick-Fil-A and an adjacent auto shop. Good luck EVER getting out if you park in those spots, because the long drive thru line will never give you a chance. Next, you have access to 2 ordering booths, but they both converge back, so it just creates another bottleneck point. All in all, your food will be room temperature by the time it gets into your hands. The walk up counter isn't much better, as parking situation above means you need to someone to drop you off and circle around. That line also did not seem to be moving quickly. So if you don't want to add stress to your life around breakfast, lunch, and dinner time, please go to another location and save yourself the hassle of being stuck in a cramped parking lot. PRO TIP: For use at any other Chick-Fil-A, download their app. They seem to give away a free entree just about every month. This is in addition to any rewards you earn from buying food. read more

This my second disappointing review for Chick-fil-A. I go to Chick-fil-A several times per week. This is the location closet to my house. I was disappointed on 2 separate occasions with the quality of my food. The first one was when I ordered breakfast and my hash browns were smushed to pieces. Lol I had to eat them with a fork! Don't order delivery from them directly (use Doordash instead). Chick-fil-a has been a staple throughout the pandemic and we have had nothing but perfect orders. Most places will occasionally slip up and forget an item or two, causing lots of frustration combined with spending extra on the luxury of delivery. We usually avoid fast food because of the quality of food. However, Chick fila is a fast food option that we have grown to trust. The drive in line was very busy and seemed to be backed up. Just when I began to decide to go elsewhere a second lane was opened. We ordered a kids meal of 4pc nuggets and waffle fries with a lemonade, Polynesian sauce and honey mustard for our son and a large fry and lemonade for myself. We were in the line for less than five minutes, ultimately! The fries were extremely fresh and hot! The lemonade, unfortunately so good, I guzzled it down before I arrived home! What I'm mostly pleased with is my 9 year old son said the chicken tastes real unlike Macdonald's and he spoke of the deliciousness that is Polynesian sauce. In light of COVID-19, they have taken very precise precautions to protect their employees and patrons and I am greatly appreciative of this. This Chickfila is always busy, but they are very effective in getting their customers in-n-out. The most important aspect of any thriving establishment is the people on the ground working and every employee that I have encountered here is a shining example of the Chickfila standard. I was eagerly anticipating the grand re-opening of this location. I have been here 4 times since it has reopened & the food is standard tasty Chick-fil-A! BUT this is simply the slowest location I have ever visited. Each time whether in the drive thru or the walk up it takes 20-30 minutes!! This is not acceptable. Mr. Ben Rhodes needs to work on this with his staff as there are other locations in the area with much faster service.
