First, the setup is actually pretty great. There are self serve screens at the counter where you can place your order AND 2 manned registers. The person at the counter took my order. It's a good size dining room and there's outdoor/covered seating for when it's nice out. While I was waiting for food there was a 2 minute monsoon that hit and the ladies sitting outside didn't seemed bothered by it, so the cover must work pretty well and keeps the elements at bay. I didn't see if pets are allowed or not for outdoor seating. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken + Hummus Bowl, the Grinder as a wrap, the Strawberry, Ginger Lemonade and a Cool Down Juice. The food was great. I did ask for some customizations to the wrap such as "with spicy mustard" that didn't get taken care of, but not really a major thing. The bowl was missing items it's supposed to come with and I ordered everything to go so I didn't know this until later at home. The Cool Down was pretty good. It separates quite a bit though if you let it sit. The only thing I would recommend for the fresh pressed juices, is to include ice in your cup. I didn't realize they didn't come with ice. I think the ice would help with the stirring and recombining everything once it has separated. The Strawberry Ginger Lemonade appears to be a seasonal item. That was also very good. I do wish there was one of these closer to home. I would definitely eat here again. The food was fantastic and super quick. read more

They have a variety of cultural salad specials, including Thai, Korean, Mediterranean, Chinese salads, etc. I chose the Thai coconut chicken salad with a strawberry ginger lemonade and both were delicious and very fresh. My only concern was that it took 13 minutes to prepare and the restaurant wasn't busy so I would definitely recommend faster service for this type of establishment. The concept is a bit different in the sense that you cannot see your food being prepared upfront versus other shops. The service was excellent, upon arrival the young lady working assisted me with the various dishes and decided to try something new the hot honey chicken bowl which lived up to its name the heat was Strong but the cool bite of the hummus and cucumber was a great balance. I had the strawberry ginger lemonade which was refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. The location is accessible from Haynes Br Rd or the access road leaving North Point Mall. I would try again for one of their smoothie bowls or other items, which they have a variety of options to choose very healthy. read more

Healthy, fresh, great tasting bowl - one of the best places near North point mall in the chipotle complex. I was tired of eating chipotle and was looking for a change so decided to try this place. Best decision. Cute decor, very spacious. Clean and welcoming. Very good service and friendly staff. Ordered Hot Honey chicken and hummus bowl. This is another one of those place that has changed to ordering an a screen instead of having a person take your order as well. The side was nice.. the location is good... since you really don't interact with anyone accept the person who brings out your food I can't really rate the service. I mean it got made quickly, the person was fine when they gave me my food... but then I was on my own. I just was no particularly impressed. I certainly thought the price was way high for a salad! My introduction to Original ChopShop took me to the Alpharetta location on Haynes Bridge Road. It was a pleasant surprise & the GM, Siobhan, was exceptionally welcoming. Located in a plaza with other restaurants, so the parking situation can get a little crowded, though I was able to find a spot in front with ease (I think it was just luck). There are a couple kiosks to order yourself, or you can order with a worker in the front. The workers there are very nice and patient. They allowed me to sample some of the drinks before I chose to go with the regular lemonade. The teas sounded good but were honestly pretty bland and watery. You definitely don't feel guilty drinking it though. I ordered a Hot Harissa Chicken + Hummus bowl and a Chop-ritto bowl. I loved the hot harissa chicken, as it came PACKED with ingredients and flavor. The pita chips add a nice contrast in texture. The Chop-ritto was good, but not as satisfying, in my opinion. It was also filling with a lot of rice and black beans, and I really enjoyed the flavor from the jalapeno goat cheese spread. What a great place to grab healthy bite! I love how you can order online and pick it up. There's plenty of parking and the space is bright and welcoming. I love the red pepper hummus! So fresh and flavorful. My favorite bowl is the coconut chicken! The chicken is tender and the sauce is lovely. I also love the addition of crushed peanut for the crunch. I found my go to HEALTHY create your meal location! This has the clean white chicken, not the greasy stuff I normally find. That makes a HUGE difference to me when training to MAHA! I thought I went safe and ordered a rice bowl but found an unpleasant hidden truth - the sprinkle of rice lays upon a bed of lettuce. Kid options of food they will actually eat are limited, my picky eaters preferred to starve. The fruit cup was brown and sad looking, chicken teriyaki dried and damaged, and hummus plate came with 4 dried carrots and 4 slices of cucumber. No pita or bread of any sort. Overall, price point is just too high for this fast casual restaurant and our family of 4 where no one likes their meals. Even the "smoothies" are not true smoothies - it's blended juices or protein shakes. Of which I would not come back for. But, if salad bowls are your thing perhaps this place is a good choice. We came here for lunch on a weekday and it wasn't that crowded. We did see quite a few people getting their orders to go. They have a shelf and a side door you can enter to quickly grab your food and go for those orders. There is a lot on the menu, but I liked how it was organized. Very distinct sections and easy fonts and colors. You can order with a live person or there are 2 touchscreens. There was no one in line so we ordered with a human. Our food came out within 10 minutes and the presentation was great! I got the hot honey chicken and hummus bowl and it hit all the right notes. It came in a recyclable bowl even though we were dining in and the flavors really worked well together. There wa a good amount of chicken. They also had a few juices and smoothies on the menu. I had the Kale cleanse and it tasted good, even though I am not the biggest fan of kale. I also liked that water was self serve. You buss your own table and we were in and out easily within 45 minutes. It is hard to get in and out of this complex though, otherwise this is a 5-star review. read more

Fantastic!! We are definitely going to be regular customers. The food is fresh, healthy, and flavorful. We ordered lots of different items on our first visit so we could sample lots of things, and everything was great. Gluten-free items were clearly labeled on the menu, and there were so many options. We got the açaí bowl with GF granola, the Beach Burner protein shake, the shrimp bowl with sweet potatoes and roasted vegetables, the Thai coconut chicken bowl with rice and vegetables, regular lemonade, Stevia lemonade, and a GF toffee cookie. Everything was delicious and will be ordered again. I love when I have a restaurant that I can go to regularly and *know* that I'm going to be eating healthy. An overwhelmingly disappointing experience for sure. Extremely slow and unorganized service, they completely forgot about our orders while we overheard staff chatting about life for 15 minutes along with two other customers waiting. It was as if all of us didn't exist. I have never experienced anything like this before. After another customer reminded an employee about all of us, we were brushed off. Another five minutes went by and my husband went up to ask about the orders. The employee who originally took our order told us that it's still being worked on and then we waited another 10 minutes. We asked one more time after time passed and this time a different employee told us that there's no record of our order and they apologized as they rushed to make us our order. As we waited, one of the other customers waiting left angrily and another opted to eat-in instead of take out because they were too hungry to drive home with it. Once we finally got our food, we went home only to be extra disappointed by the lack of flavor, small portion size, and overall quality.
