These are clearly marked so there are no surprises. They are generous with whatever toppings are requested. Ask for more of what you like. They do not weigh the salads they combine for you. They sell by container. Fill it as you will. I've seen people take advantage to the point where the container will barely close but the server just smiles. It must even out. The restaurant is spacious and well lit. Plenty of natural light during the day. The minimalistic design just feels right. Value is great. You really can't go wrong.

Restrooms were spotless. The atmosphere felt authentic with the assorted Persian rugs on display on the wall. You could tell they take great pride in their food and it shows. I have been raving about Sabou and telling friends it's a must go. I'll return with more people so we can sample more dishes.
