I frequent this location a lot. It's seems to be always packed but I think they do a great job of handling the volume of customers they receive in a day. I never have to wait long for my food. The drive though line is always moving. The people who take my order down to the people who hand me my food are always nice and respectable. read more

Black (Franchisee) Owned. Whenever I'm in this area checking on the Matriarch, I stop by here to get her favorite - the Cobb Salad. Something so simple makes her so happy. The dual lines are never backed up, as the younger set of employees are happily waiting to take your order. + the usage of the hand held devices speeds up the ordering process. I salute the yungin's who are not only working while going to high school, yet have some positive light about themselves while serving their customers. Got totally lost coming through Atlanta and ended up stopping here for breakfast with 2 screaming kids. Honestly, I live in this area and I've only had great experiences at this Chick-fil-A. I've been for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is always good and fresh. The Cascade location is the only Chic-Fil location that is close to me.. On several occasions my order has not been right. On today the 30th I placed my order, the young lady read everything back to me as to what I order. When I got to the window my order was incorrect. I got my order and left. Half way down the road I looked at my order which I should have done before I left and it was still wrong. I made a u-turn and went back. I went to the window and I told the staff that my order was still wrong. The staff looked at me very unconcerned and asked me what I order then I told to pull over to the side. The manager comes out and ask me was I okay. I told her no I am not because my order was still wrong but the manager had an attitude because I told her that my order was still incorrect...The Chick-Fil-A on Cascase Road has the worst customer service.. This Chick-fil-A is awesome. Charles is great very energetic manager. The customer service is great and everybody's very attentive.

The rating still stands. I have been coming here for a few years, the staff is always pleasant and of the over 100 visits to this location there have been issues less than 3% of the time. Since Covid it has been even more packed, so to keep the drive thru moving they won't offer curbside at heavily trafficked times, which although inconvenient for me is completely understandable. Overall, I will continue to support this location and the wonderful young people who staff it. read more

This location is closest and most convenient to my house, but it is now lost my business for good. I have had both good and bad interactions with this location, including being yelled at in the parking lot by their traffic attendant, but this most recent interaction was the straw that broke the camel's back. I waited about 30 mins in the drive-thru, which is pretty typical at this location to receive 2 combo meals and drinks. When I got back home, we realized that our entire 12 count nugget box was missing, and I received some sort of tea and juice combo drink instead of the sweet tea I ordered. I called the location to issue a refund, and when I spoke to the leader on duty, I was told that I could come back to the restaurant tomorrow with my receipt to receive the refund. She told me twice that they were closed, even though I had called right after 9pm (they don't close until 10pm). I stated that the Chick-Fil-A website stated to call for a refund, and she said "absolutely not, that is not how we do things." I stated that this was very poor customer service, and she actually had the audacity to hang up the phone on me. She didn't speak another word and just hung up the phone. I did put in a complaint with Chick-Fil-A corporate, received an email response, but I haven't heard back from anyone else regarding my refund or any further next steps, and it has been almost a week. This location has lost my business due to several poor interactions, but being hung up on by a manager was really just the icing on the cake. Poor customer service, slow to fill orders, and uncaring to any concerns you might raise. This store needs better management and training. read more

My carryout order was delivered promptly during lunch rush. Staff are courteous and welcoming. The fries were HOT and SALTY. YUM!

I went inside and ordered my meal and went home without checking the sandwich, because the reputation of chic-Fila always has meet the standards of good quality food. unfortunately do to the lack of consideration and poor food handling and unsanitary conditions I found long pieces of hair wrapped in my food and around my lettuce and bottom bun . It's clear that they don't follow procedures when it comes to wearing hair nets and I'm sure most the food is probably cross contaminated because if their this wreck-less I can only imagine how the foods being prepared in the back and temperature holding time and stored . I will be calling the health department in this location it's no excuse to have this type of inconvenience. I called and got hung up on and also left a message . Pros: The delicious Chick-fila food. The accuracy of my order. The politeness of the cashier at the window and the one that took my order. Cons: Speed of service in the drive thru. This location is extremely slow on weeknights around 8-9 PM. I have tried this location twice and it took about 20+ minutes to get in and out both times. I do not like the parking lot's layout. It requires you to make a complete circle around the building and then get into the drive thru line. I have not tried going in because I am always with my two year old, and need the convenience of the drive thru. However, the convenience factor diminishes , when I have to wait for 10 minutes just to order and then another 10 to 15 to pay and receive the food. I guess the good thing about that is, I will be encouraged to cook dinner. Overall, it is okay, but do not go if you are in a rush. I hope they work out the kinks because it is pretty cool to have a Chick-fil-A nearby rather than driving to the busy Camp Creek area. read more

I would love to give them a 4 star rating because I really do love the food, but their service leaves a lot to be desired. Since the pandemic, I've mostly ordered through Postmates or UberEats. I have NEVER had a correct order delivered. Either they've left off an item completely or I don't get the sauce I asked for for the nuggets, or the extra pickles. There has been something wrong with EVERY order delivered for the past 2 years. I'm sure UberEats/Postmates is tired of giving me a credit when I order from there.
