Then, his strong work ethic meant he went right back to work, handling food and money, and giving everybody a chance to get whatever he had. No time to wash your hands, or even rinse them. But then he was on his phone, surfing things and showing other employees stuff on his phone. I caught a mistake on the cashier's ringing up that I corrected before paying but then I check the receipt and was charged for a random extra tomato on something I ask for no tomatoes on? I normally give five stars at chick fil a because typically they treat you better than family does. Which is nice lol. However this location I experienced a rare instance. The lady that took our order didn't smile or wasn't really friendly. Felt like I was at Wal mart. I refuse to shop there for that reason. So I was shocked when that lady greeted me with a scowl on her face lmao. That is very rare to encounter this a chil fil a. The food: got the brefuassss sandwich that comes with bacon egg and cheese. Had to add a piece of chicken to it to Make it official like a referee blows a whistle. Full of flavor and very tasty. The fried hash browns were just as good. Seeing all the recent bad reviews, our experience Friday evening now makes sense. We didn't expect such a poor service from chick fil an and down right rude employees! We ordered dine in. The young man brought our food, but not our drinks. Then he brought someone else's drink & asked for our receipt to see what our drinks even were. We finally got our drinks 5 minutes after our food. Makes no sense at all, but not a HUGE deal. The young man did apologize and if that had been the only issue I wouldn't leave this review. As we ate, I made a pickup order to take home to my daughter. My son & I went up to the counter to refill drinks & wait for the order. The cashier (same guy who brought our food) was very busy. So we waited (again understandable, no biggie). Then a man brought my to go order. I had my cup lid off in my hands and he just holds out the bag and drink to me seeing I have it in my hands. So I took the bag & set it down next to the unopened register in front of me & then take her drink from him and set it down, my empty cup still in hand. The man doesn't acknowledge me or the fact I was clearly trying to get a refill as well and just turns away. He goes to the register where I had set the food & proceeds to help the next person. So, I move my food/drink out of the way & waited for someone else to acknowledge me. Finally another man asks if I want a refill. Then he says I can only have lemonade bc they don't refill the summer special drinks. I pointed out that if he looks at my cup it was still almost COMPLETELY full to the top with ice. I maybe got 6 sips of the actual drink I paid extra for bc they put ice all the way to the top of the cup! He said that's just how we do those seasonal drinks, hands me lemonade, walks away AND ignores my son waiting for a refill as well. If you order a seasonal drink at this location expect to pay the extra price, but be ripped off when they fill the cup to the very top w/ice & don't acknowledge or care when you point it out! That's just "how they do it"! We interacted with 3 different employees and not one "my pleasure" was uttered. Not sure what's going on with this location, but it's gone way downhill. We made a complaint and got an email back from the manager. They didn't address anything I said just gave a canned answer "We appreciate the chance to continue to improve. We hope you'll see it making a difference on your next visit." We won't be making that "next visit" any time soon. I bought a Cobb salad from the Chick-Fil-a at Braker/183 on Thursday. I was about 3/4ths of the way through when I noticed something that looked like a pea with legs in my salad!!! I completely lost my appetite! I called the restaurant to let them know, and I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail with detailed information, including my order number and a number to reach me. I've been playing CodeMoo and getting the free weekly items. I went to pick them up and for some reason the items were not popping up in my rewards. I showed the drive thru worker that I had completed the game and had not redeemed the reward. She told me to pull forward and they would comp it. I got to the front and the window person would not honor this. I guess he thought I was lying about a free sunjoy (the worst drink on the menu). Needless to say, if I was going to pay for a drink, I was going to get something I actually wanted so I cancelled that and got a lemonade. As someone who worked at Chick-fil-A for 5 years, I can definitely say this was the worst service I've ever received at one. No more. I doubt one more review of Chick-fil-a makes a difference but if you're on the fence, my advice is don't go. At least not here. First problem, even in the middle of the afternoon place is so packed they need three drive-thru lanes to accommodate the traffic. Again, not sure why they're so busy, but its a bitch to get in and out of. The good? Multiple order takers roaming the lines, taking mobile payment to get you on your way quickly. The bad? the left two lines merge into one lane for food pickup at the window. Your order taker will not give you a number (like say What A Burger or P. Terry's), they will literally say, okay, you follow that black car over there. WTF? You kind of have to laugh: my guy literally had to tell me three times which car to follow, eg., the blue one? No, the black one. Over there? No, there. With the girl? Yeah. Okay... And of course, before I could even get to merge he came back and literally said, "Okay, change of plans: you follow the white car." Comical. Of course, you know people struggle to follow directions - as I got to the point where I could merge a nomad red car appeared and took my spot in the queue following the white car! Ha ha... Since I'm now out of sequence (Thanks Red...) I know the window will be screwed up and they'll try to give me the wrong order, but I take care of that easily by remembering what I had. No problem. The food? For eight bucks I could have done better. I had the spicy deluxe and some waffle fries. No drink and still, over $8.00. The fries? Sad. Not hot, warm. Not crispy, soft. Now, if you have three drive thru lanes full of cars how are you not making fries over and over continually so they are hot? I don't get it and I didn't eat them. Shitty. The deluxe? Okay; hotter than the fries but not hot, bun soft trending towards soggy and the lettuce and tomato greenhouse farmed tasteless filler. Chicken was okay but overcooked and the cheese had no flavor. First, the food is always great at this location. However, this location is hands down the worst in customer service in my opinion. The people working the drive-thru always look super annoyed to be taking your order as if it's an inconvenience for them. The last few times I've been here it's just a super off putting experience, and I feel like I'm going through the drive-thru at McDonalds. We ordered using Uber Delivery the other day and they forgot one of our fries...to me that wasn't the biggest deal! However today we ordered again and I ordered nuggets while my boyfriend ordered a sandwich and a cookie! We also both ordered fries! When the delivery was dropped off I was extremely disappointed to see 2 sandwiches, fries, and a cookie! I understand that Uber can't really check the food due to COVID however I worked in the restaurant business for 7 years and I was always told to double check the order before I sent it out! I was in the drive through at this Chick-Fil-A location. There were three lanes in the drive through. There were two people each working two of the lanes. One lane had no one working it. We were in the lane with no one working. We are sitting in the lane and I watch several cars in the other two lanes get their order taken and drive to the window. After waiting for so long and no movement, we place a drive thru pick up order while in the drive thru. I eventually get my food and leave. They got my order wrong and charged me for an extra wrap with chicken on it, I don't eat chicken and wanted a veggie so now I cannot do anything with my meal because I cannot eat it. I pulled up to the window and she was chatting away with one of her co workers about some assignment or spanish class or something. I go to the location at 10901 Research Blvd upwards of 5 times a week and never have had an issue. Today I was met with the most unpleasant worker I've ever experienced at this establishment. She lacked professionalism. Upon taking my order she rested her arms on my window, basically poking her head into my vehicle. No regard for personal space, but I didn't think too much of it. I previously was a frequent customer of this location as of today, no more. They don't care to pick up their phones (and their voicemail is full) and they don't get back to you when you call CFA Cares. They frequently drop the ball with simple requests (extra ice, butter my biscuit, etc.) and it is a quite infuriating. Whether I go there in person for carryout or order delivery, there is always an issue. While this location is approximately a 5 minute drive from my apartment, I'd rather go to the Westlake location. The owner and/or manager need to step up because not getting back to a customer is unacceptable. read more

This location is not typical of a Chick-fil-A and is in real need for a management change. In fact the owner needs to have his franchise license revoked. I've had many issues here, but today was the final insult and last time I will go to this location. You cannot call the location, you just get a vm and don't even bother leaving a message no one cares. You cannot contact them via the site or email either. If you go through the normal channels you wont get anything other than a generic response from a cookie cutter email saying they might get back to you in several days. Thats on Chic-fil-A corporate for having such a horrible site and is not the right way to do business. I have worked in restaurants and usually orphaned food is questioned. I love Chick-Fil-A but this location compromises accuracy in an effort to push you through the drive-thru. I ordered a southwest chicken salad and I received none of the toppings that come with it.
