These guys were super clean and the staff was nice, too. Only downside is they were out of three different things we were looking for. They did make it for us when we requested them but it took a while. It wasn't a busy time and it wasn't the weekend either. Upsetting coming from a fellow restaurant worker and the one thing I'm looking forward to when I get off isn't available. Long story short, Judith was yelling at her cook because she was frustrated that he could not hear her when she was speaking to him. This Arboretum location NEVER has product ready to go. It's always, "but it can be ready in 5 minutes". How does the front line not see something is running low and not have the cook replenish? They finally had my 2 entrees in stock but there were hardly any noodles in the Chow Mein....."but it can be ready....."! Come on...get your act together. Do a 1/2 restocking if not too busy. I have used this location 2 times now for catering an office lunch. Both times the staff was well prepared and organized. My order was ready on time, it was hot and they helped carry it to my car.
