I have frequent this place. Many of times and never, nor once have I encountered such rude service. Whoever made Wilmer, I think that's his name, shiff lead. Needs to be questioned. We came in and weren't greeted. We kind of just stood in front of her for a few minutes while she tried to figure out some online orders. The shift lead had to come tell her to help us first. We didn't mind the wait but it would have been nice to be acknowledged first. Without protein, you can get out for about $10, which is truly great value. Adding a protein is three dollars or four dollars.
