The ice cream treats here are still great! I also find the seating inside to be comfortable on both sides of the restaurant. I've found the wait times to receive food to be very reasonable. A new feature the store offers is ordering from a QR code at your table to skip the line. This may seem useful; however, the code takes you to your app store to download their app. Um, sorry. I don't need another app on my phone that I'll use maybe once every six months. So I skipped that option and joined the line. Parking is plentiful. read more

MANOR Texas. As someone who recently moved to Manor, I wanted to share both a concern and a compliment about my experiences at the Dairy Queen Manor Texas location. I have visited this restaurant several times, and unfortunately, the young morning manager is often rude and disrespectful to both employees and customers. The atmosphere can feel uncomfortable, and it has made me think twice about returning during those hours. However, I also want to recognize an outstanding employee who works the night shift. I don't know his name, but he is a tall MUSLIM African American gentleman {KUFI HE WEARS}who consistently provides exceptional customer service. He is always friendly, professional, and respectful. He treats both his coworkers and customers with kindness, and he takes pride in making sure every meal is prepared fresh and correctly. My family, friends, and co-workers specifically look for him because we know we'll receive excellent service, The food is outstanding whenever he is working. In fact, if he isn't there, we've even chosen to leave and come back another time. {I think he's name is Anthony pray that it is? On Sunday night, I watched him manage both the front counter and the drive-thru while ensuring orders were fresh and delivered as quickly as possible. Another cook was supposed to be helping him, but it was obvious he wasn't receiving much assistance. Even so, he handled the workload without complaining, remained positive, and continued providing excellent service. This young man deserves to be recognized for his hard work, professionalism, and dedication. If he isn't already the night manager, I truly believe he would make an excellent one. Employees like him are the reason customers return, and I believe Dairy Queen would benefit greatly from recognizing and supporting team members who consistently go above and beyond. As much as I love, i'm going to dairy queen when I go today was not one of those days. i really do I hate the fact that I have to leave a negative review about my customer experience today. i normally order inside of the location but today I was in a rush. So I decided to order do the drive through. i requested and paid for four tacos and a medium blizzard with snickers and reese's. I'm not sure what team was working today, but it appears to I bet it was the b team.Now what's working today. The reason I say that is because, from ordering to trying to pay and trying to leave was all an event, along with communication. When the lady handed me my blizzard, which normally I wouldn't complain about it overflowing, but since I was doing a drive through order and having to drive home, one would automatically think that she should put a lid on it. well, she did not, and after I requested one, that's when the communication issue came into play, because she can fully understand what I was saying. And she had to ask someone else for assistance, by that time. I was irritated and said, never mind. Let me get my receipt, my credit card. so as the snowball effect, it gradually got bigger as I made it home. Ice cream cone is pretty good! Got the chocolate dipped vanilla cone and it wasn't too sweet with is good! The velvet blizzard is skippable. Cheese curds are good (cut up bite size fried mozzarella pieces). Kids meal is a good deal! with a drink and fries. Unlimited drink refill too which is nice. read more

They are given the same lack-luster products to cook as the other locations. 15+ years ago the burgers and chicken fingers were amazing, now they are standard fare. Aside from the brain dead new employee that took about 20 tries to enter our order of just a single Blizzard and a Sundae, the experience here was great. The Blizzards really are excellent. When they hand it over to you, they turn the entire cup upside down, to show you how thick they are and to prove that they really don't budge, which was actually pretty impressive.
