    Salt with a fry

My love affair with Chick-fil-A began many, many, many years ago in Little Rock, Arkansas. I was asked to pick up food from there on my way back to my cousins house and decided to order me something. It was love at first bite and at that moment I knew I would be hooked. Sadly they didn't have any locations in the state that I lived in at the time so I would only be able to indulge when I went to Atlanta, Little Rock or some where in the South. Well this Chick-fil-A location has got to be the absolute worst location of all of the Chick-fil-a's in the US. I have been to a lot of Chick-fil-a restaurants in many different states and this location has got to be the worst. Last time I was here I said I would never come back but today just confirmed that I never should have returned to this location. I asked that they not put any salt on my fries because the last time I came here they gave me salted potatoes. Like they put so much salt on their fries it would give the healthiest person hypertension. It's ridiculous! I mean these fries had so much salt on them you would have thought they had extra salt on them. These fries look like I ordered salt with some fries. When I asked for no salt they had the audacity to tell me they don't do modifications to the orders at this location when I had ordered a salad with no bacon and they honored that and all I am asking is for no salt. Like I'm saving y'all an extra step!! To make matters worse as I was eating my salt infused fry I felt a piece of hair on my lip!!! This totally ruined my appetite. I just threw the whole bag of food in the trash as soon as I got home. This place is not like any other Chick-fil-a and I'm pretty disappointed that all the people inside handing out the food don't have hairnets on. Go here at your own risk. I will add that most of the times when I would go here the customer service is impeccable but they need some major improvements on the food.

All you could ask for in a chik fil a. Fast service and the food was good Get some chik fil a sauce with your order, you won't regret it The curbside pick up was also very fast

This is what passes for large fries at this location.

The "large fries" to go were not even full when we opened the bag. It was 10:50am and only a few cars in line. There's no excuse for this. I took a photo of the two "large fries" without sampling before the photo was taken. It's ridiculous. They don't even cut off the bad spots of the potatoes (see photo). And for some reason most of the partly filled containers contained these bitter, dry fries. We won't be coming back; we will continue to go to the Bee Cafe location where the containers are so stuffed with fries, we find them in the bottom of the bag and often can't finish them all.

Really dissatisfied with my order today. Food was fine but the drink? I ordered the White Peach SunJoy with my meal wanting to try it out especially in this hot Texas heat only to be met with a kid sized drink. Apparently this is the size it comes in even for an adult meal. Not to mentioned it wasn't even full. Of course you don't want to fill it to the top for spilling reasons but I'm talking skimped. I asked if I could just get a regular cup with a splash or two of tea so I can mix them as was told I'd have to pay for that? I didn't realize less than 3 oz of tea had a cost. Just honestly annoyed considering I paid extra for a drink that was super small. I should've just gotten a regular drink if I knew chick-fil-a would be so stingy lol

Chick-Fil-A never ceases to hit the nail on the head with amazing customer service, hot and delicious and juicy and tender and moist chicken, and most of all, that good ol' southern christian lovin. As I walked through the double glass doors, I was greeted with the soft and gentle smiles of each and every employee, which set the precedent for the remainder of my experience. Ordering was nice and easy, and the food came out quick and hot, just how God intended. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with the white bun instead of the wheat, and my associate (not my boyfriend, I am a heterosexual) had the spicy fried chicken sandwich, lunch was on me of course (I'm loaded btw). While chowing down on this heaven-sent grub, I saw what seemed to be the familiar face of Michael Cera (he was in Wet Hot American Summer I think) but it was actually none other than Collin, a Chick-Fil-A Team Member as seen in photo 1. My excited self rushed to snap a quick flick of this doppelganger, and he was definitely was a leading factor in this five-star review. Thank god for Collin. On my way out, I requested a refill of my half tea, half lemonade beverage, and to my surprise they had the goated-with-the-sauce Cherry Coke on tap in their soda fountain. I quickly asked for a cup of that liquid instead, and Team Member Matthew, as seen in photo 2, was just as quick to help me out. I left this establishment with a full tummy and quenched thirst. This experience was unforgettable, mostly due to hiring manager who shook Matthew and Collin's hands when putting them on this amazing team. Definitely going to church on Sunday after this!

So far so great! Love Chick Fila, and this location is no exception. I had wondered if they would be able to open as expected, because construction had not finished yet when the covid19 lockdown went into effect. As a business, Chick Fila was already well positioned to deal with the crisis (good app, mobile ordering, curbside pickup) so everything has seemed to go off without a hitch. Good food, convenient, and the service you expect. Five stars!

Great food. Great service. Despite being short staffed from what I've heard, their team still gives it their all.

Too much ice in the drinks, and not enough fries in my large fry. Don't be so stingy.

I love this chick fil-a. No idea why it's rating is so low. Those spicy chicken sandwiches are divine.

A very cool place. *…read more* * Four Points has developed multiple food court locations around the intersection of 620 and 2222. One of them is the heavily Colombian food court where Ninja Chicken is located. One Colombian group seems to own multiple food trucks in the court - even though the truck names are different and the menus are different. Cooks go back and forth between the related trucks bringing supplies. All of the relevant personnel are Colombian. If they are as good as Ninja Chicken, they are fine fine trucks. * * * How Colombian is Colombian here? a) This is a Spanish only location. The truck signs are in English and that is where the English stops. When I ordered in English, it was clear nobody was understanding me. (They were trying hard). I got the wrong thing. Fortunately the wrong thing was wonderful. (Fried cheese pastries with strawberry dip.) I was happy to have the pastries. b) There are many many Colombians here eating. I only saw one other Anglo person - a middleaged Texas lady linked to the relevant church. (More on the church later). c) ON SATURDAY AFTERNOONS, THERE IS A COLOMBIAN BAND PLAYING TROPICALE. Keep in mind that food trucks in South America often come with entertainment. Entertainment is often a guy with an electric console and a ton of loops playing whatever instruments he knows how to play with synthesized backup. That's what this guy was doing. He was good on all of his instruments. I could have listened all day. d) Some of the trucks are associated with El Camino, a Spanish language church on 620. There was a giant pavilion with El Camino signs on the pavilion. There were people wearing El Camino badges in case you wanted to have a dedicated conversation about Christianity. Most of the El Camino people were Colombians. They had an Anglo lady in reserve in case you needed to talk about Christianity in English. El Camino has a very cool slogan " The perfect church for imperfect people." That slogan is right up there on the truck. * * * Good Colombian food. Good Colombian music. Colombian families everywhere. This could have been Queens New York - the epicenter of American Colombian food. Except everything else was Texan. Check the place out. Bring your Spanish dictionary to help with the ordering.

We came on a friday night around 6:45 pm and ordered their garlic parmesan fries, a margarita, and 3 lbs of happy style sauce crawfish mild that came with 1 potato and 1 corn. Total came out to be $65 with tip. There were no tables available, as the restaurant is quite small, so we were offered to sit at the bar. -The parmesan garlic fries came with the garlic on the side in a little container containing mostly oil and garlic crunches on the bottom. The flavor was good, but it was too oily. I wish they poured the garlic onto the fries vs having us dip it in the oil. Not sure how much these were, as the price wasn't on the menu I took snapshots of. -The margarita was on the smaller side, but my husband enjoyed it. $8 -3lbs crawfish was ehhh. It was definitely frozen so it was harder to peel and honestly, nothing special, which was disappointing. It was also kinda mushy?? which is definitely a first.. The only thing I liked was the happy style sauce. We ordered mild, but can definitely go hotter since the mild wasn't spicy at all. Portions were kinda small, tbh and so we left unsatisfied. The crawfish came out to be $41 with tax, which was kinda expensive.. esp being frozen. Thoughts: -very tiny restaurant with only 8 tables, including 1 large table for 6-7 people -you can't order 1 or 2 lbs of crawfish, the minimum is 3 lbs which I feel is a bit odd.. -kinda expensive with the 3lbs crawfish esp it being frozen cuz you can get fresh crawfish for less than what they're charging at other places Honestly, pretty disappointed with what we ordered. Guess we'll have to keep looking for other seafood boils. I saw that they had crawfish etouffee, which I am looking forward to trying next time I come. Also, come earlier if you want to get a table. **It's kinda a weird setup. Although there are tables, you actually order first at the front and then you sit. There are no table service just fyi!
