I'm giving this location a garbage review, which takes a lot for me to do when it comes to a restaurant. Having work in various types of food establishments I try to give the benefit of the doubt where possible. One of those many types was in fact a Chick-fil-A. So the line drive thru line wrapped around the restaurant twice (the entire traffic flow of the parking lot was ill-conceived, that's not their fault I know). It was lunch time on a Saturday and it had previously been raining. But there was no rain at all in the 40 minutes we were in the drive-thru line. And in that entire time they did not once send out order takers or food runners for the window. Either point could've sped up the drive thru. The purpose of order takers is to allow the kitchen to get ahead on the orders, particularly when lines are long. Absent order takers the orders basically come in 2 at a time every 1-3 minutes. Absent food runners outside the orders move slower and therefore the cars at the order box sit longer after giving their order. There is a method to the madness when you see those workers running all over the place to get you your food quicker. This establishment failed to even attempt to alleviate these issues. If they were the only issue the review wouldn't be 1-star. We eventually got to the window and we always check our food before pulling away. Which can feel a bit hectic considering you become the one holding up the line. We ordered on the app so only had to check in at the drive thru. Our order included 2 salads which they failed to give us the dressings for and we had to ask. They ask us which ones, and we were like " the standard ones that come with it". Guess they don't know menu cuz they were confused about which ones. They failed to give us any of the sauces we listed on our order. No forks for the salads. Not enough straws for the drinks. As I stated in the beginning I typically give the benefit of the doubt. But what I experienced on this visit was some combination of a lack of leadership and training. DO BETTER! read more

Brought the kids I'm babysitting here for lunch and for them to burn off some energy in the play area! The food is always fresh and tasty. I have no clue where they find their employees but they are SO FRIENDLY AND NICE! Legit, saw this one man rush over anytime someone was headed in direction of the trashcan JUST to take their trash from them and throw it away!!! It seems intimidating at lunch time bc of the crowd, but the staff is always cleaning tables and making sure nothings gross so it's an easy choice for lunch for the kids and after I'm finished I usually head to the play area to wait for the kids. read more

I have a hard time giving a fast food chain a 5 star rating... but this is as close as it gets for me. I stopped here after class on a Saturday afternoon with a crazy craving for my favorite fast food sandwich - the Chick-Fil-A grilled chicken sandwich. I was almost deterred by the long line of cars that literally spiraled around the building, but decided my hunger could handle the wait and took a chance on less wait time inside. Went in, placed my order and was out the door within 5 minutes and the place was PACKED. When I got outside, I was pleased to see the line of cars had diminished and at that point, I noticed a manager directing the flow of traffic. I was impressed by the efficiency here as well as the cleanliness and the foods "freshness". The produce on my sandwich truly seemed fresh - hard to get at fast food. This place is one of my guilty pleasures and this location seems to be top notch. read more

Seems like the fast food industry as a whole has started to have very poor service but Chic Fil A is an exception to this fall in service. This used to be our favorite CFA location but the last 3 times we have ordered from here have not been spectacular. They are rude and rush you. I order through the app and they have still gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. Your so rushed you feel guilty stopping and checking the order in the line so I'm too far away to do anything about it by the time we realize it's wrong. Today is the 2nd time in the last month we've had a less than okay experience at this Chick Fil A location. This morning, I waited in the drive through line 27 minutes to place an order and get food!!! 27 for the convenience of fast food?! Insanity. They need to come up with a better system if their speaker system is down. You can't leave the line once you're in it because you're trapped. It was so very inexcusable. 3 weeks ago, we got in line at 9:45pm and we're the only ones in line (they close at 10pm) - ordered 4 chicken sandwich meals and an 8 count meal. Asked for cheese on one sandwich and the other 3 sandwiches to be plain. When we got home to eat, there was cheese and pickles on every sandwich - I had 3 upset kids because they detest pickles. Stopped for 2 chic fila sandwiches and asked for 2 sandwiches with no pickles add american cheese. they got the entire order wrong. couldnt spell a name, not even that just to completely miss the entire name, and then in my drink was a BUG. I love this restaurant. I always order their #1 (chicken sandwich with pickles, waffle fries and a drink) and it's delicious. I also love that you can choose your own condiments. They also have delicious shakes. The best part about being this place is that even though they're really busy around lunchtime you still get your order quickly even at the drive thru. I'm sure it's the same about all their locations but this is the location I visit more often. Stop by for breakfast lunch or dinner. You'll enjoy it. One more thing, forget the ketchup. Typically the drive thru can be rather slow. However tonight they were fast and efficient. I always order the number 1 with no pickles and even though I emphasize "no pickles" they still put them on. Although tonight they didn't. My fries and chicken were both fresh and hot out of the grease! This place is sooo much better than Raising Cains. The only thing that makes Raising Cains good is their sauce. The chicken itself is waaay better at Chick Fil a s and you can eat it without sauce. If you didnt have sauce at Raising Cains it would be so bad.Chick Fil a's chicken actually tastes good without any sauce and they dont have any MSG in their food.There are also lots of really good sauces to pick from if you need some. read more

Iv gone to the location before COVID and it was just as bad as today. The sandwich is Luke warm. Not much meat, it almost taste like some kind of chicken jerky. And it is the same every single time ive been to this location. The only reason I've came back the few times I have, is in some hope that it will get better but it has not and I don't believe it will. Chick-fil-A knows how to make some good chicken at a fast food price. Located in a somewhat busy shopping center, this location tends to have long lines. But chick fil a knows how to keep the line moving. My mom tends to get the grilled chicken nuggets which I have to say are not too bad. They're nothing like breaded chicken nuggets but still not bad. I tend to get a grilled chicken club and of course with the waffle fries. Anytime you're in the area, or finishing your target run, stop by and you won't be disapppinted! read more

Oh man - this is one of my top spots for breakfast and dinner. The drive through is SO fast - I'm not sure how they do it. The staff is extremely friendly, and I love testing them with a "Thank You" - without fail, it's always followed with a response of "My Pleasure!" - Ha! The food is great. If you haven't tried the breakfast, you need to make a trip out there. I asked the staff why the biscuits are so great - they're actually hand made from scratch EVERY morning. My friends love the Chicken Mini's, but I'm a sucker for the old fashioned Chicken Biscuit. You really need to try both. As a regular, the entire staff knows who I am. I've recently seen their new commercials on TV - it typically includes a family with a Chick-fil-A employee telling a true story. I usually have no issues with Chick-Fil-A and rave about their outstanding customer service across the region, however today I was treated so poorly this afternoon by the manager of this particular location that I am completely horrified to even enter their establishment again. My order was taken by someone who apparently was new to the store and actually got into a disagreement with me while taking my order! I should have that point decided to eat at another restaurant....but I just couldn't believe that my experience would get any worse! Boy was I wrong, upon receiving my order it was NOT correct...when I attempted to speak with someone within the store to have my order corrected I was told that they could not let anyone within the store and would not open the door! Worst drive thru service ever. They take your order outdoors which I think is supposed to make it go faster. By the time I received my food it was cold. When I asked to see a manager regarding the situation he just said sorry for your wait and said there was nothing he could do.
