The wait in line after 8pm, over 30-45min for fast food is not "fast food". This tells me that either there's a lack in communication, lack in being able to move a line, and inexperienced employees with little to no training. Chick-fil-A long line, narrows down ten min or less, because they've narrowed it down to a science. The runner explained to me the reason the wait was so long, was because they're stocking while attempting to take orders. To hire / schedule someone to work to do that while your cookers and preparer's are moving the line would've been smart. So now you have cross contamination, and a slow moving line. I hope the GM of this location sees this review and makes several changes or will lose quality customers. This is unacceptable. read more

Size burger, it's more of a 1/4 pounder size which is more than enough. The burgers aren't as good as the chicken in my opinion. The fries are really good! Onion rings are good too, a little greasy, depending on the day, get extra napkins in case you need to blot them off. All in all, decent for very late night fast food. read more

Whataburger in my opinion is the best fast food burger joint in Baton Rouge. I'm not from Texas but I grew up eating Whataburger in North Louisiana, never disappointed with the burgers. They are big and full of flavor, it's always reassuring seeing your burger cooked on a grill to assure it's flavor. The fries are fantastic as well, I never have to worry about soggy fries or stale considering how great Whataburger is at providing fresh food often. It's not so nostalgic as I always crave a burger from here since they never let me down. Of the several locations around Baton Rouge, this location is my favorite. I hate to call myself a "regular" at any establishment with a drive thru, but since I work nearby, it's quite convenient to hit this place up on my way into work. He'd tell the workers in the back to start working and they'd completely ignore him (firstly as someone who's in food service that's extremely disrespectful to their manager who was honestly working by himself nearly to get food out.) Not to mention there was no one at the drive though so it wasn't a back up caused from the drive though. We waited about 15 minutes at the counter. No one greeted us.
