Are usually order always takeout at this restaurant. I always get the same thing usually which is the grilled chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce and macaroni and cheese. The nuggets taste processed, but they have a pretty good flavor, especially when they're smothered and barbecue sauce. The macaroni and cheese has a very bland taste. It's flat not too much salt but yet nothing other than salt as far as seasoning goes. I guess for fast food we would call this mediocre. read more

This Young Man called Brody was a Very Good young man, he had brilliant service and always had a smile, he is very pleasant and Kind. This was the Best Service I have seen in ages, whoever raised that young man did a brilliant job. The Food was brilliant as well, i got the chicken nuggets, fries and a coke, it was very delicious. So far this Chick-fil-A has been the worst with my orders. The team members are incredibly nice and helpful, but they always forget at least one thing in my order. Recently it's been the sauces to my chicken wraps. I order from the drive thru, since it's always busy I hate to hold up the line to check my order. Last time I checked my order in the parking lot and the layout of the parking lot made it such a hassle to turn around and reorder the sauce. Today I checked my receipt and saw the sauce on the ticket, instead of sifting through my bag, I headed home. I got home and they're was no sauce. Now, I have to eat my chicken wrap without it. There's no question about it, Chick Fil A is in a league on it's own when it comes to quality and service. My last recent visit, however, fell short of that. I was with my wife and sister in law at the drive through, my SIL complimented the employee that handed us our food on her nails, and as the employee walked away [I guess they thought we had taken off] another employee started to mock my SIL's compliment. Oh, Chick-fil-A, how I love thee! The food is fantastic! The staff is genuinely happy to see you. They have a super-efficient drive-thru if you need it. This was my first visit to this particular location. All those things you come to expect from Chick-fil-A were true here as well: the food, the people, the efficiency. Our food was actually ready before we left the register, so the person who was tasked with bringing it to our table met us at the register. I was trying to use my Chick-fil-A app for the first time, so I took a little longer than I should have leaving the register. I couldn't get my app to pay for my order even though I had linked it to my debit card. The girl who waited on me wasn't sure why it wasn't working either. Finally, a manager asked me if I added funds to my account. Huh? No. I hadn't. I didn't realize it didn't come out of my bank account. So, next time I'll know to add funds before I go. Since we don't have a Chick-fil-A yet in Buffalo, I don't want to leave a bunch of money just sitting there. My husband and I were talking, enjoying our meal, when a Chick-fil-A worker came by to check on us. We told her we were doing great and the food was perfect. Then she got really chatty with us. I mean, over-the-top chatty. She began asking personal questions about our work and where we live, and then she started telling us about her college major, her mom, her mom's job, her dad, her dad's job, etc. I left there knowing a lot about this girl. I think it's great that workers stop by to check on you, but when it gets to the point that you can't have a conversation with your table mates because the worker is dominating the conversation, it's a bit much. If I lived in Beaumont, I'd be searching out a different location in case this girl were working again, or I'd hit the drive-thru instead of dining in. But since I'm just here for a short time, I won't let that stop me from a delicious chicken sandwich and those unbeatable waffle fries. read more

As is common with CFA, this store does a good job and hires people who seem to really try. They aren't perfect, but they care when something is wrong. They fix it and they're polite and it makes all the difference. I've been here a number of times, usually with no problem but never with a bad experience. Chick-fil-A once again demonstrating a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the customer experience. I previously mentioned having issues with various locations across the footprint. Again tonight my mother placed an order at this location. As you can clearly see the order tag says there should be two Cobb salads, but in the bag was a Cobb salad and a market salad. It's lost on me how something as simple as checking and rechecking an order for accuracy could go undone. Of course by the time I noticed the error the location was closed. What can I say? Every amazing thing you've head about this location is true. My go to place to food when I'm working. The drive through lines can be past two parking lots and I still get my food fast without wasting my whole lunch break in the car. On mornings when my mood isn't where I need it to be, stopping in here always puts me in a good mood. The cynic in me says that it's their job to be that cheerful but lets face it, no one can fake that level cheer. I've seen these people go above and beyond the normal parameters of customer service. This is the second time our office has sent one of our employees from Lumberton to Beaumont in the last two weeks and placed an order. Everything is all written out and what they fail to give us any sauces after even listing them on the receipt. My old stand by is the regular chicken sandwich with a touch of mayo. Always hot and always consistant. The staff is always accommodating, polite and personable. Warm nuggets, waffle fries, and some tasty lemonade always are ready to grease me up on the inside. I often wake up on Sundays cursing the sky because the only thing that will truly help me forget my hangover, is closed. This makes me very sad to write. My family loves CFA. However, something very horrible is slowly happening here, at both Beaumont locations. The last 5 times we have been this change has become very evident. The people working are not as polite. In the last 5 visits I have not once heard "my pleasure" as used to be custom. In each of our last 5 to-go visits, our order has been missing something each time. Even when we get to the window we ask for something, such as ranch dressing and they don't include it. They have been throwing in the fruit in a to go bag and it spills out on everything else. The last time they forgot 1 of the 2 drinks. I asked for it. They looked at me walked off, came back with a drink and said "here". I said, "thank you". No response. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Again, this makes me sad. Most of the problem is hiring. They are simply not hiring quality employees anymore. Also, there is no oversight on employees. I had an employee here once overcharge me by $5. At no point did anyone apologize or anything. I still really like CFA. But at some point they need to get back on track or else they are going to be like all the other mediocre places to get food. read more

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted. When we were waited on we were greeted again. The food was delicious.
