I've patronized Golden Chick quite a few times, but this visit was very disturbing. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I just kept my composure. I'm deeply disappointed in the staff. If the manager who was on duty doesn't like their job the best thing to do is quit and find something else because there are plenty of people looking for employment. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. two-star rating and that's being generous.

I marked mine down to 3 star because I had multigrain bread, and the strange grain taste overwhelmed everything else, and I've had better meatballs. The Hunny liked hers, and was pleasantly surprised to see bacon in there. For the less important things: Decor didn't really stand out. Service was with a smile. I joked about getting multigrain bread ("can you tell I'm from California?"), and the girl said "so's my boyfriend. He loved this one sandwich shop where he came from, and he said that Potbelly is better!" I doubt that anything can beat Capriotti's, but maybe there are selections at Potbelly that do. When I pulled up to the window, I was not greeted and I just sat there watching everyone inside the building for close to 10 minutes. They were a regular amount of busy, nothing too crazy but the gentleman that was running orders and the other few workers near the windows didn't say anything to me about the weight or a good morning or anything at all. Which is normal for any other fast food restaurant, but not the service I would expect from Chick-fil-A. All in all, if I was driving through and needed to stop again, I definitely would.
