What can I say they never disappoint but the funny thing is I always crave chick fila the most when it's Sunday

So I love chick-fil-a. I decided to stop for a Cobb salad today. I ordered it as I saw it. Grilled Cobb salad with no tomatoes or corn. She asked me "you mean like cold grilled?" I don't know. I am ordering what your menu says. So what I got was a salad with cheese and chicken. It was not a Cobb salad. No eggs or bacon. Nothing. It was still good, but not what I wanted. I'm not sure why ordering a Cobb salad with no tomatoes ended up to lettuce and chicken. While the salad was still good. I feel like I needed to walk in the kitchen and tell them how to make a salad. In this world of Keto and low carb, salad eating peoples. Get it together. It's a salad on the menu. I asked for no tomatoes or corn, and I got nothing. I may have been happier picking off the corn and tomatoes. I may need to check out a different location. But it's Cedar Hills. And it doesn't matter that you are a big chain, they just won't come if you have this kind of service. read more

This is definitely the worst chick fil a location I've been to. I've been to this location 3-4 times and it's consistently poor. Even when there are only two cars in the drive-thru, you still have to wait at least 8-10 minutes. People end up leaving the drive thru line without getting their food because it takes soo long. They're very skimpy when you ask for sauce. Their fries are always stale and taste like cardboard. I asked for extra pickles and there was only 1 on my sandwich. I really love chick fil a, but this location is a huge disappointment. Save yourself the heartbreak and go to Raleigh Hills or the Hillsboro location, I know I will. read more

First time at this one. We got home and the chicken was overcooked, tough and not fresh at all. The tomato slices were the ends and one still had part of the core in it. It cost more for deluxe sandwich and pic below is what we got. Large fries were not even filled. Avoid this place. And don't expect the normal pleasant cheerful staff that greet u like they are proud to help u. Not one "my pleasure" or "thank you". read more

Improved from my last visit. The staff said my pleasure and were very attentive in the dining room. The two at the cash register were really helpful and explained to me some features about the rewards program I was previously unaware of. Might come back to this location more as it is less busy than others. read more

I went through the drive-thru today and ordered the nugget combo with two honey mustard sauces. I was crystal clear about that, too: "Two honey mustard sauces, please." So I drive 15 minutes home, open the bag...and no sauce. Just some overcooked, dry nuggets that ESPECIALLY needed some sauce. I wound up just throwing the entire inedible meal away. Hey dumb drive-thru employee: you had ONE job! Put the correct order in the correct bag. I suppose that's asking too much, yeah? I should have known better, because the first and only other time I went to this location it was super slow and the nuggets were overcooked that time, too. Go to one of the other Chick-Fil-A locations in Raleigh Hills or Hillsboro instead. This particular location is poorly managed and poorly run. read more

Almost every Chick-Fil-A restaurant I've ever been to has been the exact same, but this one was a little disappointing. I always order my fries extra crispy, but I was told that they are unable to accommodate that request at this location. So the fries were soggy. But the food came out fast and everything else tasted fine. This location is also the only one I've been to where someone doesn't come around and ask to refill my drink. This location is more convenient for us, but it's probably worth the longer drive to go to another location. read more

This review is coming from a southern-born, Virginia native who has been eating Chick-Fil-A for YEARS now and it has been perfectly fine until I went to the Cedar Hills location this morning. Chick-Fil-A has always been delicious everywhere I go and you can expect whatever food you order to be the same as it always has been. This review is more about the experience at Cedar Hills that has left me a little bitter. After ordering from the drive-thru we waited at the window for a solid 10 minutes, even though the restaurant was completely empty. I don't work inside so who knows why the wait was so long. While waiting, we could hear one of the employees inside trashing one of the customers who had ordered something out of the ordinary for their child-but the employee made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience even though it took them 2 seconds to do. If you're going to trash a person, I would suggest closing the window first so no one can hear you. Also the biscuit wasn't that good so it was kind of a blah Chick-Fil-A experience. This is my first review which says a lot for the people that work at CFA. I can't express enough how personable and friendly the staff is. There are several people that stand out and should be applauded. Alyse, Emma, Jillian. There are more but I'm still learning names. They go above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The make an extra effort to check that the order is correct. The service is fast. And they always have a smile. They address me by name and make a point to make a connection on a personal level. The managers should know how well the staff ensures a positive experience. The food is one of my favorite and I frequent CFA most days. The people never disappoint!!! Thanks to all. read more
