As expected with most Chick-fil-As, the drive-thru line was backed up. I decided to take my chance inside and luckily the line was very short. Staff was friendly and the food came out quickly but my chicken minis were lacking the honey butter which made them a bit dry. It won't deter me from visiting again, just a bit disappointed. read more

Nothing with the food itself have changed but the prices have drastically now for a 4 count chicken strip it is $6 while this raise in price is understandable with the changing economy but there is a reason gas stations post the prices on the sign and Chick-fil-A does too but there are people that ask you what you want from Chick-fil-A before u get the chance to see the menu which means you can't consider price as you just are expected to know this would be solved by putting up signs so you can actually see the menu when you order rather than after and you are surprised by the news. Again this is not the employees fault but the design of how they take your order without a menu or prices is a flawed system that needs to be addressed. read more

I love coming to this Chick Fil-A because they're always courteous and they have great customer service. I love Chick Fil-A in general, they are my go to fast food chain. I like they have added additional sides beside yogurt and a fruit cup to their menu. Their new super foods side (kale, broccolini, craisins with a side of pecans, walnut and sliced almond mixture) is very delicious. It comes with some type of vinegarette already on it, so if you have allergies, you may want to ask what's in the vinegarette since it's pre-mixed, I'm assuming. read more

Twice in a row I have gotten wrong orders. And I mean completely wrong. Even when the receipt on the bag shows correct the food is still wrong. I don't know what happened here in the past couple of months but it has really tanked. Service is good but QC is starting to slack. read more

Chicfila always has great food, and this location is no exception. But, the thing that really sets this restaurant apart is the employees. When our order was being taken and while we were eating, the manager made sure we had everything we needed, asked how we were doing, and someone even came around to refill our drinks (even though they don't work for a tip). We also noticed that the manager kept up with peoples' lives. Almost every person that walked in, he had something kind to say and asked about how things were at home. Such a great place... Too expensive but delicious most of the time- a couple times we've had DRY biscuits during the breakfast- but the 3 stars is for one huge reason right now... why in the world do you not have mobile order pickups separate from drive-thru all the time? There is no point ordering online if I'm going to have to wait in a long drive-thru while my already paid for food gets cold. The other day I drove up to what has been the mobile order pickup previously and waited for someone 5 minutes before realizing I was going to have to sit in the drive-thru anyways ‍ not worth it- there is no reason you can't have someone running mobile orders out to cars- make it worth their while, ensure their food isn't having to sit an extra 10minutes for nothing, and shortens your drive-thru linebecause I know when I want drive-thru when I haven't ordered online I will drive to the restaurant with the shortest line if I don't have a bunch of time to waste read more

Just tried the newly renovated Chick-fil-A in Belmont today. Had plenty of time to check the dining area, seeing as how they forgot my order. Had to go back to the counter and ask about my order in which they took my receipt and then gave me my food. The three tenders I had were barely above room temperature and the awful fries, excuse me waffle fries, were under done. Definitely was not "MY PLEASURE" dining there today. Did curbside. People were getting orders before people waiting way before we pulled up so no order to carrying our orders. Brought order and I checked it. Missing Mac n cheese. Got out to go to the door and two young folks were carrying one order out and I said I was missing something and they both looked at me and kept walking. No one moment and we will be right back or nothing. So I went to the door and asked for my Mac n cheese and when the young man saw me he started yelling across the parking lot and came running asking me what I wanted but another young man was already helping me. I didn't answer either of them that had ignored me. I just waited for my food. The young man that had come running brought out my food so he walked really slow with a smirk and said here. I again didn't say anything or it would have been ugly. As I am walking away with attitude he said have a nice day. To be smart. Chick-fil-A is my absolute favorite fast food spot. I frequent this location often and was heartbroken when I tried to go and saw they were closed for renovations. So you can imagine my joy when I realized they were back open a few weeks ago. Too bad they haven't quite nailed down an efficient way to get folks through the drive through. I think it's because they now have two ordering systems but haven't thought through how to make the entire process more efficient. Some other locations have some how worked out a system where, no matter how many cars are in line, they manage to take your order, take your money, hand you a receipt, and hand you your food without you barely even having to stop your car. (That's kind of an exaggeration, but you get my point.) Smh not this location! It took me almost fifteen minutes to get to through the last time I went. Then they had me pull around and wait at the front door for my food. FOR A SALAD. Utterly annoyed. I'll be back though, because the food. I just really need them to hammer out these kinks with the newly upgraded drive through. read more

THIS Chick-fil-A. The new double drive-thru is almost always backed to the entrance, but they move it quickly. The food is always good and I think I've only had an incorrect order once. The only bummer on occasion is the fries. Even when they are busy, I get soggy fries. No biggie, I just get fruit instead 90% of the time. Anyone that gives this Chick-fil-A less than 5 stars has never been to Gastonia. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes every single time and honestly, will probably make that up in how long I would have been in the Gastonia drive-thru to get a wrong order. But for the customer service, this is a regular Chick-fil-A. A "regular Chick-fil-A" is a compliment! It means that the food is addictive (I've switched from the regular Chick-fil-A sandwich to the chicken nuggets, which are amazing, and much better than McDonald's or the like) and the restaurant itself is nice, with attractive furnishings, and very clean. This location, though, seems to have among the friendliest employees of any location I've been to--and I've been to at least dozens of locations. CFA usually has very nice and very polite people, but this one is just a cut above. (Sidenote: this location is always PACKED- the parking lot can be totally full even at 3pm. Where all those people come from, I have no idea, but I'm always still in and out in just a few minutes; there's little to no wait once you're inside, so don't let the packed parking lot run you off. If you're driving down I-85, just turn off and head south at exit 27; you'll be back on the road really quickly.) read more

Chick-fil-as are good wherever you go, but this one is the top of all of them! My family goes here so much they know us! Everyone is friendly and helpful. When I have my hands full with my kids, even if there is a line behind, I will be helped with my tray. Table refills, like at a full service sit down restaurant. I've never had a wrong order here like other fast food places. Community involvement abounds. Family nights and other special events. One time, my son had been in the hospital for almost a week, the morning after we got home, I ran out to cfa for breakfast as we all were still tired from the hospital stay, the employee, asked how my son was (they knew he'd been sick)and after telling her what all was going on with surgery and days at the hospital, our meal was comped and she told me sincerely to let her know if there was anything she could help with anytime. I am a lover of Chick-fil-A being from the Atlanta area. Where I lived in Suwanee, Georgia we had the BEST MANAGED Chick-fil-A. This review is less of a negative review of the restaurant and more of something I hope the management will read and use for improvement. When I arrived at this Chick-fil-A I immediately noticed they were VERY busy. The drive-thru and parking lot are enormous and this place is pushing out food like crazy. I always take that into consideration when something goes wrong with my food! After I placed my order I saw down and waited for nearly 20 minutes before I realized my order had been forgotten. However I am a very patient person and instead of being a jerk about it I went kindly up to the counter with my receipt and mentioned that I had been waiting for a whole and I thought my food had been misplaced. All I got was a very insincere "I'm sorry" and then I was left standing there instead of them telling me to go sit down while they got it ready. Eventually I asked if I could sit and they said yes. What happened next was the most disappointing for me. One of the employees brought me my food and failed to apologize for the delay (he was one of the employees tracking down the order earlier so he definitely knew it was late) and I received no complementary gift card for my troubles. At any other Chick-fil-A I have been to when there is a delay they are very apologetic and give you a coupon card for the smallest inconvenience. It's what keeps me coming back to Chick-fil-A! Just a little disappointed in how unapologetic they were, though I know they were busy! read more
