I went after an appointment in the area. I see the spot all the time and never go in. There is plenty of parking in the lot. When I went there were a few people in. I got a turkey with provolone with mayo, pickles, and oregano. I am a simple sandwich eater. I got it to go although there were some eating in. I did enjoy the sandwich I got it heated which was good. I will be back. Location is convenient. Consumer service was fine. Food was tasty. Parking no an issue. By far my favorite Sub / Sandwich place. Meat is always cut fresh, the staff isn't stingy on the toppings, and the sandwich ALWAYS tastes great. I visited this sub shop on 04/22/2023 and was very pleased. They weren't too busy and serviced me right away. The place was clean and the servers were nice! Great subs! Grew up with the one in Rock Hill and found out there's one in Belmont! Highly recommend if you want a great sub.

My goodness this is worth the 28 min drive from Charlotte. Service was swift and very pleasant. The best cold subs in "Charlotte." The true deli/bodega style where your meat and cheese is sliced right in front of you. My only complaint is I couldn't tip my with my card. This Sub Station 11 takes pride in their customers providing options from hot/cold subs to a well made full salad. What I also like everyone wears hair nets/hats and gloves. It is definitely a break from the regular chain sandwich shop. Great staff and excellent tasting food. When we lived in Belmont we would visit at least once a week. We moved a little bit away but we still take any chance we get to venture back to this location for our favorite sandwiches. read more

The place is new and clean Staff is extra friendly Hot subs are so below average it was difficult to finish the cheese steak. I wouldnt get it again. The hot sandwich take a LONG very LONG extra LONG time to cook and prepare. I was shocked at how long it took to make a sandwich and i was the only customer. They use a panini maker style grill to cook the steak then they toast the bread, then the add the cold ingredients then put cheese top and run back through thr toaster. In thr end thr cheese was not fully melted a did not get thr satisfaction i was looking for. If it yourlunch hour you will be highly disappointed and probably late for you if u order a hot sandwich. Stick with thr cold cuts. Also if u have eaten at the order franchise they use a better quality steak and cheese and also cook on a grill like at the waffle house. So much better. The only pne i know like this is in Greensboro nc . I wont be back to this location ever!!!!! But kudos foe being clean and friendly. read more

Not my first trip to this place but could be close to my last. I stood at the counter about 3 minutes before anyone bothered to show up and take my order. I had to get their attention before they finally came. She stood in the back and kept looking at me expecting me to shout my order across the restaurant. I politely said I would wait till she came to the counter so I would not have to yell. The lack of courtesy was disappointing. I had to repeat parts of my order because she was not listening the first time. When they finished my sandwich, they practically threw it at me. Overall bad vibes from these two. I also reported that the door to the men's room was broken and they gave me a "Yeah, whatever" type of response. Instead of changing her gloves the lady that took my money just removed a glove to push buttons. Then she put the same glove back on and went back to the food. Maybe it was the crew because this was my first bad experience here. If next time is not better, I won't go back. read more

Location is clean and staff is relatively friendly. However, the menu is pretty limited. No pastrami, no onion rolls, no cheeseburger sub, etc. Go to the other Sub Station II in Gastonia 6 minutes up the road. Far better selection there. Additionally, prices seemed slightly higher here than in Gastonia. Almost $10 for a 6" cold sub and a drink. Food itself is decent. Typical for a fast food style sub shop. read more

Food is great, but when a person preparing your food doesn't wear their mask with the Covid and rules in place. . . not happy. Seems like the manager would make sure this doesn't happen. Usually go here often, but rethinking. . . I may give it one more try, but no mask, no me. read more

they care so little that they have not even turned the menu board on in a week.but looking over that i order a large sub toasted,the young man asked how would i like it,i said first i asked for a large and i wanted it toasted.he looks at me and says no you did not.i looked back at him and said which part.he says you said regular.i said ok but did i not say toasted .he looks back and says what ever.i then told him to eat it his self and left. thanks but not thanks,to many other places that need the business to put up with that. read more
