After we place our order at the pick up window, we were told to go park on the side of the building where we waited almost 30 mins! We went inside to check on our order status and learned that no one had fixed our order at all??? Once we did finally get our food, yes it was freshly made and hot, but I had no appetite for it at all anymore. Service was HORRIBLE! My overall rate of experience : 0/10
