I frequent the Chick Fil A often, and Bella was not only rude, but inattentive. She was trying to rush me out of the line and got my order incorrect which caused the manager on shift to help me. A nice woman with light colored hair and glasses. Thanks to her I was able to complete my order and enjoy my food. Bella also did not smile until the very enjoy which was very clearly forced. We had this Chick-fil-A catered to our office for lunch this week and it was absolutely perfect. The presentation was nice and very thoughtful. They provided more than enough plates, silverware sets, chick-fil-a sauce and salad dressing packets for everyone. We got a large green salad, a huge fried nuggets platter, a fruit salad, and a Mac and cheese platter. Everything was SOOOO delicious. I like that fact that everyone is addressed by name. Staff is organized and courteous for the amount of business they have. I usually order a salad, sometimes the regular size and have even ordered the nuggets w a small side salad if I'm not extremely hungry. Waffle fries are good also. Sometimes order the macaroni n' cheese which is extremely good I might add. I've had the chicken sandwich as well both grilled and not. I really wish they would bring back the foil insert heated bun instead as I thought it tasted much better. Even trips to the mall I will stop by to order a Diet Dr. Pepper. They were following the Covid rules and were helpful. Though I did ask about their unsweetened iced tea and they didn't know if it had calories or not. My teen age daughter showed me on the menu that it says zero calories for an unsweetened and 120 for a sweetened. Hard to believe the employees didn't realize that. My kids love their chicken and fries. Me not so much. They are closed on Sundays so remember that. If you use the app you earn rewards, so that is what I suggest. read more

Did the curbside service order for my family of 5. Waited 16 minutes after arriving to my spot (luckily there was one since nobody enforces curbside spaces). Of course when I call the location to check on it, the server says that the order is "on the way". 3 minutes later it arrived. When we got home we noticed one of the orders was missing. I made everyone else in my family eat while I called the store again. I told them what happened, and I asked to have the missing item delivered to me. I really should not have needed to ask this. They had offered a free menu item at first. That did not help my situation since we just got back from Orlando and there was nothing really decent to eat. After waiting 45 minutes I called the store again. Was put on hold after explaining to Frank what happened. When he came back on, same response as earlier: "It's on the way! 5 minutes." Translation: "Crap. We forgot. We'll make it now and bring it over." 15min later the item arrived with fries added; they were cold and rubbery and the chicken strips were room temp. At this point I lost my appetite, and disposed of the food. I settled for a predictable bowl of Cheerios. Curbside should be removed as a service since it's obviously flawed. This was the third time an order came 20 min after we arrived to our spot. Used to be 5 minutes. I was surprised by this since Chick fil a is pretty on top of customer service. Grabbed lunch today at the boca mall and saw a young man by the name of Trent who was kindly helping a very blind man to his table after ordering. Went out of his way to make sure the man was set up and comfortable to eat his lunch. Trent I just wanna say how awesome it is that you are so kind and patient . Chick-Fil-a easily is my go-to, "healthy" lunch in the mall. While there are other health(ish) options available, they have the easiest menu to understand in terms of calories which makes adding up how bad your lunch is easy. With the app, I'd suggest ordering online because the line here at lunch-time is brutal at times. There have been times I've just gone into Forever21, which is right next to it to kill time while the line died down. They usually have a few kids on register, so it does move, but this is probably the most popular spot in the mall so it kills a chunk of your lunch hour. Quality and service is of any Chick-Fil-a in any other location. It's, "their pleasure" you know? Waiting for your meal is annoying here because people tend to congregate at the order pick up so the employee is screaming a person's name. It's like getting to the front row at a concert trying to get your lunch. And when you need/want a refill it's the same people. Pushing through these people just to get back up to the front to get some more Coca-Cola. They have employees who sift through the mall food court though occasionally getting you that refill or picking up your trash. It's that extra mile they go for their customers. They really cater to them, which is fantastic. It shows you why the line is so long at the register. People love this place, and I see why. read more

Chik Fil A at the mall? And they do mobile orders? Yes please! We decided to eat at the mall after an evening of holiday shopping and chose Maoz falafel for our meal. When that turned out to be a complete disappointment, we decided to trash that meal and go with our old favorite, Chik Fil A. And of course, they hit a huge home run with their food and service. It's no wonder that this Chik Fil A is the busiest food option in the food court. They keep it simple and do an outstanding job. Our food was perfect and it was all served very fast. I don't know what all the hype is about this place; to me, it's just another fast-food restaurant that capitalizes off on religious beliefs. I had a spicy chicken sandwich that was small compared to others, and it wasn't as crispy as I would like it in the spice level was barely adequate. Overall of the construction of the sandwich was nothing more than a bun, a pickle, and the meat. It isn't apparent to me, but it is what it is. The french fries were like waffle fries, they were fresh, and they were good. The chicken Caesar salad has lettuce and Kayle, and I found it to be a perfect combination, and the salad was a hit. I enjoyed the salad more than I did the meal. The first time I ate at this place was well over 20 years ago; I went back once since, and then again now, in my opinion, hasn't changed. I doubt I'll be going back to this place for another 20 years. I don't understand the hype! The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, and any other adjective to describe a positive experience. Always a good place to get a great chicken sandwich. I know the stores got a religious-based reason for being closed on a Sunday. However, Boca Raton enjoys a rather large Jewish community. Observant Jews will be in their home sundown Friday through Sunday on Saturday. Should they decide to enjoy a delicious chicken sandwich on Sunday don't have to go elsewhere. Perhaps Chick-fil-A would be better served if they cater to the community that they work in as opposed to having a one shoe fits all business model. This location is located at the very back of the food court, which is smart because you have to walk by all the other temptations of the samples of others, but none compare. Come at the wrong time, and expect to wait in line a very, very long time. Even then, they do their service pretty quickly and get out their food fast. Food quality is the same as any other Chick-Fil-A, great. I could just go down a checklist and say pretty much everything about Chick-Fil-A is fantastic, but I'll spare you. Their biggest negative by far is the price, it's just much higher than at most other fast food locations, and it seems to only be going up. Even charging extra for lemonade, not a good sign. But this is one of the best fast food restaurants of its kind in the South because the lines are always so long and the food is always fresh, made from scratch, and hot to order. Now, this location's menu selections are entirely different from other CFA locations. Having said that, they don't have the chicken wraps that I usually order, but I had their new Grilled Chicken Garden Salad that had fresh blueberries, strawberries, cucumbers and a side (in a bag) of honey roasted nuts. It was so fresh and very refreshing! I also had the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing to go with it, and it was creamy and interesting. As for service, placed my order.. paid my fare and uh, waited for a few minutes for my entree... and yes they do call it an entree... I had the spicy chicken sandwich and asked for tomatoes... Didn't realized they charged .15 cents for a tomato slice but I guess... The sandwich was delicious.. definitely has some kick to it for a spicy fast food sandwich! Ive never experienced an awful time at a Chick-fil-a like I did this Monday. I ordered my food at the counter and that part was fine. I was waiting for my food and a worker came out with two bags and called two names: mine and someone else. The other person got up the counter first, took the bag, and immediately left the food court. I finally grab my bag, and like any normal person, I check my bag to make sure that all my items were there. Well plot twist- none of my items were there! The lady before me took my bag of food! So I went back up to the counter and told the guy what happened. His suggestion? Oh, sorry, can you wait five minutes to see if she comes back with your food? UH NO?! So I told him they can make me a new order. I would never eat something that was in someone elses hands! So I give them my order AGAIN and they remake it. Finally, my food is ready so I bring it to my table. I handed my sister her sandwich, placed the fries on the table, and then took out my chicken sandwich. Instantly, I knew my sandwich was wrong based on the color packaging. I ordered a spicy deluxe but was given a regular sandwich with American on it. So I went back up and again said this isnt what I ordered and waited for a new sandwich. After all this frustration, not a single employee offered anything to make up for this fiasco.
