A great staff really made this a great experience. I stopped in to pick up breakfast for a training and had to bring in chicken biscuits (both regular and spicy). Absolutely horrendous parking. Even to the level someone needs to face repercussions professionally for allowing this to even occur. There is one exit that causes drive thru customers to go through the entire parking lot twice. This effects dine in customers even worse, backing out of a parking spot at peak lunch hours is harder than filing taxes for a trillionaire. It's completely unsafe and irrational when they had a functional situation beforehand. I have eaten all over the country and been to many different places yet this blows any other establishment out of the water when it comes to inconvenience and ill-safety measures. Can't believe in 2026 we haven't figured out how a drive thru works. Sad stuff. read more

Slowest Chick fil A I've ever experienced. Lots of employees, but they were clearly not trained to typical Chick fil A standards. The line started at the menu, so should have been a very quick stop, but took almost 15 minutes. Cars behind me were getting food first, but couldn't go anywhere. Brandon, MS location: Spicy chicken sandwiches are extremely over seasoned and bitter. Parking lot and drive-thru lanes are total chaos. Don't be surprised if your vehicle gets damaged or if you get run over if you get out of your car. Whoever designed that deserves to be sued. read more

Manager Ryan is the GOAT. I ordered my food at the location near Dogwood in error. I didn't realize it until I pulled up to the window. I always love coming to Chick-Fil-A, especially when I visit Brandon,Pearl area. This was one the largest locations I have visited, compared to the one where I live in Olive Branch. This location was the first I that had seen that has double drive-thru(Similar to McDonalds). Everything flowed smoothly and my order was taken care of with a quickness. The door dasher's name changed to a different girl's name AFTER they were 10 minutes late; dipping sauce was left out and the tiny chicken nuggets were cold. Depends on which crew you get if service is good. I get in line watch one cashier get ice after slowly taking an order from the one in front of me. Apparently a 1/2 and 1/2 sweet tea completely throws this restaurant off its game. They were sending food and drinks orders all around me in the drive thru line but none of the employees seems to know anything about my simple drink order. And to top it off they completely block you in with their double line drive thru so you can not even leave because you are tired of what on them to get their act together. read more

Best customer service in the fast food industry. They consistently have the friendliest staff and most professional management. Going above and beyond is just a normal day for them. They've turned on the oven to make chicken minis in the evening when my son didn't feel well and had to get a shot. They've told us to come back and pay for our meal after my wife couldn't find her debit card in her purse. I have never had a bad experience here (or at an Chick-fil-a for that matter). The service here is so good that I can understand why there aren't many reviews. You just leave happy and don't even think anything of it. Also, I came here once on a Saturday as soon as lunch started for a chicken sandwich and they gave me a breakfast entree for FREE, i guess to clear the inventory. Not sure if this is a secret thing or just depends on who is at the window, but I was so surprised and it made my day. Always so busy, but unlike other businesses in the area EXCELLENT customer service! So many places completely lack customer service skills. Great customer service! Good food too! I was passing through town and lost a set of car keys in their parking lot. Several miles later I realized that they were missing and called the restaurant not expecting much. To my surprise they not only had recovered my keys (thanks to another customer I guess); but they also volunteered to ship them back to me at their cost.
