When traveling from Nashville to Maryland or vice versa this particular CFA is always our main stop, especially in bad weather. This place runs like a well oiled machine every time we stop in. Very clean, efficient & safe environment for a Mom of three traveling solo. As a parent I'm so grateful their playground is open. Also the food is always delicious, hot and they're very generous with the dipping options. Chikfila sauce reigns KING! The staff is absolutely wonderful and kind as well! My husband and I stopped in your Chic FIL a at the Pinnacle in Bristol TN. We had driven several hours and we're only a little hungry so we just ordered the 30 nuggets to go . We were staying at hotel there close. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the order. It looked the leftovers and crumbs were just throwed in the box. Recently I had placed a catering order with the closest Chick-fil-A to my residence, Exit 7 Bristol VA. I placed the order online, paid, had an email with the confirmation and a pick-up time of 9 pm. Called that evening at 8:35 pm to see if ready because I was in the area. I was told by the young lady that answered that the store closed at 8 pm, and they did not have my catering order, then the shift manager also told me that they must have overlooked my order, and there was nothing she could do. So at 8:45 I called the Pinnacle Chick-fil-A, and Megan and Cassie were so kind & helpful! Megan agreed to quickly get a nugget tray ready for me to pick up by the time I drove out there. They went above and beyond, and even gave us free cookies - the best ever! - because of the trouble I had experienced with the other Chick-fil-A. So it's veterans and I take my boy to chick fil a and they have a free sandwich advertised for veterans today. Being a veteran I walked in and asked for the sandwich. They proceed to tell me that they opted out of the free food for veterans. Well then my son says they must not like people who fought for their freedoms. I couldn't agree more. I hardly ever write reviews for major fast food chains, but this one stood out in my mind. I recently moved to VA and have family down in western NC so I pass this little shopping center on the way down the highway and always stop somewhere in here for food and a stretch. The last trip that i took down here I had my little dog with me so I couldnt take too much time to get out and eat. I went through the drive in at this location and was greeted by the friendliest fast food employees I have ever met in my life. They loved my little dog smiling at them she even handed me a handful of milkbones to give to my dog (hilo) . Lovely service and oh so consistant delish. waffle fries. I even oped to get a milkshake. I want to thank the Chick-fil-a crew at the Pinnacle location for being so good to our volleyball team. We pulled in on a bus and the crew was able to quickly and effectively take care of 14 players and 4 coaches. We are so thankful for them being so nice and understanding. Being a coach, I've witnessed some restaurants that haven't been so pleasant to work with. Came to this Chick-fil-A while traveling 16 hours home, and expect my usual from Chick-fil-A. When I ordered I received an old, hard sandwich and old sweet tea. I requested a new sandwich and the cashier was very nice. While biting into my sandwich, it was also cold and has pickles on it, although I ordered no pickles. $7 is becoming a lot of money to spend on a meal I drove an hour trying to find along my route. read more

I made a mobile order and arrived at 7:24am. After waiting for 30 minutes I walked up to see if they had forgotten about my order. The response from the "manager on duty" was that they were busy and hadn't got to my order yet. I was shocked! He told me that my mobile order was put behind all the others because they were busy. I asked him why I should make a mobile order of I was penalized if people were in line. He said it didn't work that way, but that's was exactly what he just told me and exactly what just happened. First, Why make a mobile order if I could have just gotten in line and got my food quicker? Second, I have never had a bad experience with a chick-fil-a or a chick-fil-a associate, but this manager trying to make excuses just for the sake of excuses mad me upset and just kept talking to me through the kitchen window.
