Absolutely terrible experience. Our server Atlan, clearly had an issues with us. He did not introduce himself and was extremely rude and short with us. We had to ask multiple times for simple things like drink refills or more breadstick. We were clearly singled out and discriminated against. He was very friendly and polite with the other tables but not us. He would stand in a corner and be on his phone instead of helping us. Will most likely never come back. read more

As far as olive gardens go, or even chain sit-downs for that matter, there are no complaints here! Never had to wait long as they have plenty of servers and seating, and the staff is very friendly. Olive gardens food is always "good," however authentic it may or may not be... And I've always been pleased with the food here. I found out recently they have gluten free pasta! Score!! I love that they offer free samples of wine too. We always get a bit more than a sample size, which is nice lol. I'll probably be back! It is Bristol, after all;) read more

The lady that waited on us was training. Her and her supervisor were amazing, waited on us constantly, the food was amazing, and the best part? First time eating at Olive Garden today. I can say that I dig the cozy atmosphere. My experience would have been better had I not gorged myself on salad and breadsticks, but that's a part of the charm. (No points deducted, here. Breadsticks are good for you.) The food was okay, though it felt more "warm" than "fresh hot," the pasta moreso than the chicken. (I had the Chicken Alfredo.) The sauce was alright, though it felt like it was a little lacking. Pasta was okay. The wait staff was attentive. I never had a moment where my sweet tea was less than half-full. I will say that my experience here was good overall. Nothing out of the ordinary, though. I'd go back to this location, though there are other places I'd prefer. read more

Poor service! Waited entirely too long before we seen a server. Shrimp alfredo would been better from a microwave box. We interrupted the manager playing grab azz with the servers. Well, well, I had the pleasure of eating at the Olive Garden . As you can tell from the photo it's Stuffed chicken Marsella , the chicken was torched. Let's try the chicken scampi, P.S. Had good salad. Torched ( burned ) really burned! The waitress was awesome! Once I pointed out my chicken was burned, they replaced it free of charge. My issue is the Chef knew it was burnt and hid it under cheese. Again the waitress was excellent! read more

The braised beef with mushrooms and cheese stuffed tortellini is as good as you will find for 14.99. The salad was fresh but nothing to rave about. The server was polite and attentive. The food came out hot and quickly. All and all a decent meal at a fair price. The negative was I was brought a dirty salad plate. The server caught it as soon as she sat it down but it should have never made it to the table. My date had the same meal, so for two people to eat for under 50 including wine and tip I would say it was worth the trip to the garden. read more

Where to begin... I guess I can start by keeping this short. My wife had been here a few times while I was deployed and when we came in as a family for dinner a couple of the servers recognized her and chatted with her for a bit. That was the first plus. They were helpful in explaining the menu and a couple of drinks my wife inquired about. Our food took a little longer than we expected but when it arrived it was delicious. Everything was good. Our order was not hosed up (it has happened to me at numerous other Olive Gardens) and the food was delicious. All in all, great service and tasty food. I tried the short ribs with gorgonzola this time and they were funky and delicious, lol. Very good dinner. read more

Has to be the only time I ever had anything negative to say about olive garden. During curbside pickup because of Covid19 our meal for chicken alfredo was so small it looked like a kids meal. Went here last night for my birthday. They were pretty busy for a Thursday night, and it almost seemed chaotic inside. Thankfully, desire that we were seated immediately. Took a good 5-10 minutes before the hostess came back to get our drink order to assist our waitress as we hadn't seen her yet. She finally came with our drinks, introduced herself and asked for our order. She didn't ask if we would like bread at all, I had to ask for some as she was walking away. The food came out quickly, was fresh and hot. The evening flowed better once we put our order in despite the busy atmosphere. I would recommend this place. Only reason I didn't give a five star rating is because it started off rough, but definitely ended pleasant. read more

Always very good. Last night we had pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. A little more expensive than many pizza joints but here they include bottomless salad and bread sticks. We don't normally dine at national chain restaurants, but it was near our hotel and we were too tired to be choosy. Thankfully, this Olive Garden rose to the occasion! The food was surprisingly good, the specialty cocktails were far better than expected...not gastropub quality, mind you, but very good. And our server (we sat in the bar, 6:00 pm +/- on July 13), a very sweet young lady (wish I could remember her name) was absolutely outstanding!!! Very attentive, but not intrusive. I am a fan of the food here at Olive Garden, but the service really ruined the experience for me. I was with one other person and we had ordered two things that were the same price and asked to split the bill onto two cards. We were told we could, but my card was charged more than double what the person I was with was charged. My waitress did not offer me a box for my food, and was very snippy with us while we were eating. I do not ever plan on coming back to this Olive Garden again. read more

The Olive Garden has some good cheese stuffed tortellini and I always like the Lasagna. One of the things I like best is all the salad you want and bread sticks. I will have to say the bread sticks were very salty as if the butter had too much salt or garlic salt in it. The food was ready in a hurry and the price was very reasonable. I do eat at Olive Garden from time to time when traveling and although I am not a big fan of chains I find the OG's soup and salad deal to be of consistent quality and a fair price. This particular one in Bristol is located at Exit 7 of I-81 and is in a big strip mail complex with many other restaurants and a Walmart, I absolutely hate these kind of places to stop at but I needed to eat and it was there. Let me say that the food was fine and my waitress was very nice and attentive and I absolutely have no problem with food or service. My reason for leaving a pour review is that the parking lot had trash all over it and walking into the front entrance was gross, the cig butt ern in the front was over flowing with trash and cig butts and there where butts everywhere in their sidewalk and landscaping. Although very contrived the landscaping at OG is always done well and maintained and this location was no exception, well designed and trimmed and cut, just cig butts and trash all over. Even walking into the front door I had to step over a cig butt, just plain gross. As I went in I was greeted by a nice hostess, the music was playing Frank at just the right level and once seated I was quickly served, the only problem was the obvious stains on the carpet and trash I noticed under unoccupied, un bused tables as I walked by. My food was fine and again friendly service but as I finished my meal I was again disappointed by the filthy bathroom. As I left the restaurant I noticed the aforementioned cig ern outside had had the cups and other trash removed but still full or cig butts and still trash and cig butts all over the sidewalk and ground, even the one you have to step over to enter the place!!! This basically means that someone had the thought to get the over flowing trash picked up but not enough care for the butts and other trash all around. As with all OG's the managers name is on a plaque on the front entrance, this person is obviously committed to running this restaurant, they need to work on appearance issues ASAP. read more

Always reliable! Excellent service. Really good "Italian" food at reasonable rates. I would not call it authentic Italian food having lived in the SF Bay area for 20 years. I particularly like the endless salad. Cold plates and crisp lettuce is always a win in my book. I usually go with my folks, we almost always have some sort of coupon...Darden Chain is always great at marketing and Olive Garden is part of that group. We get 2 dishes to split among the 3 of us with salad and we get the alfredo sauce for the breadsticks. Now or maybe even before, you can get a bigger portion for a bit more money. We take the leftover sauce and cook our own pasta the next day and use the sauce for an extra meal! If they are packed out the door like they usually are...you CAN sit at the bar or at any tables in the bar area....it is open seating...just FYI. Also, they have always offered a free sample of wine...nice touch. read more
