This Chick-fil-A has the weirdest layout and is very inconvenient. As soon as we pulled in, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the parking lot, and the parking next to the front entrance was blocked off. So we immediately changed our drive-thru order to a carry out so we could go in. I have mobility issues, so I wasn't able to go in since we had to park so far away from the door. After my husband picked up our food, when trying to leave, we were blocked in by the cars waiting in the drive-thru line. It was such a pain! The nuggets and fries were good, and so was the kale salad, but my husband said his chicken sandwich was stringy. Not our typical Chick-fil-A experience! read more

Fresh food and fast service. This location is only doing drive through or curbside pickup. They have a long drive through area created in case of long lines. The employees were outside taking orders, getting customers though the drive through quickly. When I arrived at the window to pick up my food, employees were standing outside to hand me my food. I tired the new spicy grilled chicken sandwich and loved it. I ordered mine without cheese. I was skeptical the chicken would be rubbery since it was grilled but it was not. It had great texture and was juicy. You could taste the grilled flavor with the spicy sauce that was basted on it. The soft wheat bun was really good too. I would definitely order this again. I did notice that this location had its lights turned off 40 minutes before closing. I went through the drive through, but the sign was off already. Quite a few cars came through after I did too. My mom is elderly and while she couldn't read the sun-faded menu very easily from the passenger side of the car, her hearing is just fine. Stopped at the chick fil a drive through on our way to the airport in Farmington. Girl who took our order kept running back to check with someone else about what she was doing. At the window they told us to pull up out in front for order. When the employee came out with our order, there were no straws, no napkins and no condiments. No receipt was given or included in bag. Drive up window employees lacking in service. Food was good but one order incorrect number of nuggets. Not sure if we were charged wrong due to no receipt. Their drive thru is very quick and efficient and every time I've came through there have been employees outside on iPOS (Ipads taking orders!) and they are friendly! (Standard, of course!) I had to stop at Farmington Station to run into a store and when I came out after about 10 minutes I dug in. My fries were hot and fresh despite fries not traveling very good after a few minutes. Your girl at the drive in gives my sandwich to the person in front of me in line (probably because they cut the curb in front of me) then she gives the same bag to me. When I asked for a new sandwich she gives me an attitude. I ask to see the manager and I get more attitude. What is wrong with people? We just pulled in to Chick-fil-A in Centerville Utah. There were about eight cars in front of us at the drive-through. We were just following the cars in line them some old man manager came out and waved us to go around so we pulled out of line trying to follow his direction but there was nowhere for us to go. Were we supposed to park and go in and order? Or are we supposed to leave? There was no direction on why he was pulling us out of the drive-through line and 4-5 other cars followed us and we sat there for about 30 seconds not knowing what we were doing. So we finally left. My first impressions of this location came from an odd smell when I was ordering. It was early in the morning and there was an mix of chemicals, old milk and fried food. I was worried the rest of the restaurant would stink, but luckily it was just at the registers. The meal I received was great. I ordered from here today on the app for curbside pickup and was really disappointed on how long it took. It seemed as it took 10x longer than the drive thru. The worst part was when I got home to eat my meal with my family, a whole 12-piece nugget was missing from my order! I just couldn't understand how anything could be missing from my order when it took so long to make it! But when I called the restaurant, they had a couple of options to make it RIGHT for me. I have become addicted to their chicken strips and coleslaw (skip the fries). I also love that I can get grilled chicken nuggets for my daughter with a side other than fries.
