First things fist. I do understand it's McDonalds and Customer Service is not their strong suit. However, the employees tonight thru the drive thru for sure did not want to be there and you could feel it through the intercom when I gave my mobile order number. It did not improve when I got my food, the service was still terrible or I would say it got worse. On top of the bad service my fries were lukewarm and soggy and the one thing I knew they couldn't mess up they did. I got a diet Dr Pepper and it tasted like cleaner mixed with soda. The food took an extremely long time to come out, and it was very frustrating to sit there watching while every employee seemed to be gathered in the back talking instead of doing their jobs. No one acknowledged us or even checked on the orders that were clearly sitting there ready, and our food was left out for a full five minutes before anyone bothered to bring it over. By the time we finally received it, several of the items we had ordered were missing, and on top of that we were given multiple incorrect items, including the drinks. It was honestly shocking how careless everything felt, especially since this isn't a complicated process. I've worked in this kind of environment myself, and I know for a fact it does not take that much effort to press a button, check a ticket, and make sure an order is correct before handing it out. What made the experience even worse was that the food we did receive was already cold, which clearly showed it had been sitting there unattended instead of being brought to us promptly. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency, organization, or basic customer service, and no one apologized or tried to fix the situation once the mistakes were pointed out. The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish, and it really left a bad impression. This was, without a doubt, the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. I came in expecting a much higher standard and left extremely disappointed. Based on this experience alone, I can confidently say I will not be returning to this restaurant again. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at ANY fast food restaurant! My experiences at this location are usually very poor. I try not to go there but sometimes it's the most convenient so we gave it another chance today. It took 37 minutes, two trips inside to ask for my order (they had me pull up to a "waiting" stall) and they still got my order wrong! We are never going there again, I will go out of my way to avoid that location from now on. And you should too! read more

If I could I would burn down this place because it is a cesspool, when me and my wife ordered a large coke we got a diet instead and when we asked for a regular coke the lady walked away as she rolled her eyes at us and just straight up left so I don't recommend this establishment also p.s we didn't get the cheeseburger we ordered as well because apparently they don't know how to deliver. :) my wife is sick you never know when you might lose someone you love. Food is always fine but service not so much. There is always a guy with long finger nails at the drive through who is in a mood every time I have come in. Never says hello goodbye and you have to do the whole talking at the drive through to get what you want. He just won't answer half the time haha. Omg funny. They do have an attitude about the drinks. They give you wrong one frequently and then act put out if you tell them about it. I have frequently noticed mistakes but this MacDonalds is better than the one in Farmington for sure. I'd say half the time they get it right so just check before you go. On our way to Lagoon, we decided to stop by and grab some food. They have a nice outside patio area, but no table numbers. We always use app to order so we chose the curbside option instead of the table number. 10-15 mins later, I was called out by an employee when I refilled my soda. She talked in a rude and loud tone and saying that I need to pay for the refill. I explained to her that we just ordered the food and still eating outside, and I have never heard that eating at McDonald requires to pay for refills. I even offer to show my receipt. However, I still got pulled over to the cashier register and the cashier didn't even know how to charge it. I also asked to get a receipt if I pay for it. The lady suddenly changed her tone and said she was just teasing me. Do you know how rude and embarrassed to be called out in front of other customers like I did something wrong? I never know whether to expect hot food or cold. With the long wait inside and the drive thru, I hope it's hot every time, but it isnt. Pretty slow inside service. Kinda slow drive thru. Friendly employees. Dirty bathrooms. Messy floor. Dirty, messy ketchup-covered condiment bar. And the biggest sin of all....cold fries. Husband reports men's room is flithy, all 3 soap dispensers are empty and ice cold water from the faucets. Hands aren't being washed properly it seems. Women's bathroom cold water also. You know what kind of food you are getting when you go the McDonald's, so we'll leave that alone. Service is good, they are pretty fast and efficient. The things that makes this place stand out are the updated dining area and the sweet playland. My ankle biters love playing here. It's clean, bright and easily accessible for ages 2 and up. Another plus is that an adult can easily fit in the play structure to either assist or retrieve their children. No tubes to shimmy through. No areas where your child is hidden from view, a surprisingly important feature. Just give me a Diet Coke and I'll sit back and listen to the cacophony of crazy little ones screaming at the top of their lungs all day long. Oh, and free, fast Wi-fi! Nice! read more

The food was fresh and delicious, it's the best McDonald's I have ever had. And the timing was amazingly fast. I love that place!

This McDonald's is so random: the service and people providing it are half the time good and positive and the other half aren't. Can't really tell when it will be so take that into consideration when you do your night runs for the munchings. Apple Pay is there and the app works so great; except that the employees half the time don't know how to use it or at least that's what it seems like. The potential is there and my wife and I love the brand and food of McDonald's so we keep at it. PS guys get the curbside parking freed of those fools who park there and leave. read more

Ordered lunch online today. Arrived and waited for my food. When brought out she didn't have my drinks, when I told her about this she was confused as to why I wasn't given them at the window. I told her I ordered through the app and never went to the window. She seemed a bit confused, but said ok I'll be back. 4 minutes goes by, she isn't back so I go in searching for my drinks and she's taking orders from people who have gone inside to dine, so I have to wait longer because no one else is stepping up to help, she gets done and said "oh yeah,I'll go get those". So not only did I have to go in, which I ordered on the app and didn't want to go in, we had a cold lunch because no one could understand what happens when an order comes through on the app. I'm so disappointed in this location. Plus, They also have the most grumpy people who work in the morning, they never say anything to you, such as, hi, one moment, thank you, nothing, so I tell my self thanks and you're welcome as I leave, loud enough for them to hear me! Slowest McDonalds drive thru in Davis county. I always go to the one on 2600s in Bountiful. It's not a rare thing to see people leaving the drive thru before ordering (sometimes even after ordering, before paying) because it's taking soooooo looooooong. Doesn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch, mid afternoon, dinner, or late night, it's always a 15minute wait from the time you drive up. Food quality? It's McDonalds. Not sure why we keep going back, must be the addictive ingredients because I always regret it afterwards lolz. Everyone hates their job here too, not many smiles going around. read more

Not sure why they bother giving out table locators if they don't deliver your food to your table... We ordered our breakfast off the new touchscreen kiosk they have in the lobby. Grabbed a locator (#16), and paid with a credit card directly at the kiosk. Ten minutes later, I went to the counter to check on our order since my kiddo was getting hungry. To my chagrin, they called out our order number and slid me a tray across the counter before I had the chance to say a word much less ask about table service. So I went through the drive thru tonight ordered a drink 3 hot and spicys and a large fry I had to repeat myself 3 times trying to place my order and I asked for sweet and sour sauces and turns out she charged me for just 2 sauces! Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I can't have sweet tea as the drink for a Happy Meal?? When I ask why, I am told it is because of the size of the cup. I have never had that issue at any other location. Then when I got my order, there was no yogurt in either kids meal. Then I dared ask for ketchup, and I was given 3 packets for 4 orders of fries. I dared ask for more, and I rudely was handed about 15 packs. This was the rudest person I have come across, maybe a service job is not for her. The ironic thing is I saw the manager a blonde guy standing behind her and not doing anything. I will never go back. Chik fillet and in and out are next door. Okay I work here and i know this restaurant isn't perfect but everyone trashing it is downright hilarious. Keep in mind we are constantly understaffed, we have 15 year old equipment, we are yelled at consistently by unhappy customers, and most the employees we have are lazy and just want an easy job but we cant fire them because nobody wants to work there. At sixteen I was scheduled 30- 39 hours a week with full time school that's ludicrous. Keep in mind we try our best. PS no McDonalds is fresh if you eat fast food its all frozen or canned if you want fresh food don't eat at fast food resturants. We ordered two McGriddles today, and apparently you need to specify that you want an actual sandwich and not two pieces of bread injected with sugar, because that's what we got. Corporate indeed confirmed that you need to actually say you want a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle or else they'll assume you just want the sugar bread, which makes absolutely no sense.
