SLIMY CHICKEN!! What in the world ! In the past they're having issues with this particular restaurant but today was the kicker 4 or 5 nights ago I ordered a market salad when I got home from the drive-through it was a southwest.. I called them and they told me that they would rectified it on my account So when I went by two days ago and talked with one of the managers(Spanish speaking) he said he would take care of it took my name and that was pretty much it it still hasn't been taken care of. Please know that what I'm telling you is not because of the order mixup it's now an issue of politeness and rudeness or customer service So today I went up there to pick up hopefully a market salad I went to the drive-through I showed them it's not showing up on my app it's never come up the way the person told me it would she told me to drive around so I drove around and picked up the salad brought it home opened it up tried to eat it the chicken was slimy. When I then talk to one of the managers she her name is Natalie Made the excuse or excuses We have new people It's a busy restaurant A lot of training I was never given the opportunity to then speak she continued telling me this. I'm up for this kind of stuff happens and yeah you're right training, new people I get it. When I asked her to stop because she continually talk she would not let me say anything EXCUSE ME!! So in order to not have these kind of mistakes I said shouldn't you have somebody check to make sure it's correct before it goes out. And then I got another spiel about new training. This Chick-fil-A is a super convenient establishment. It is located in Overstreet Mall and is a SUPER busy location for the Uptown working crowd. Although in Overstreet Mall and not your normal sized Chick-fil-A establishment, it's a good sized restaurant and accomplishes the purpose...good food. There is seating inside the restaurant if you want to dine in and the line forms outside of the restaurant in front of the registers. Staff does a really good job of keeping the line organized and getting everyone moved through in a timely manner. The staff is SUPER friendly and great at this location! However, that is truly a mark of Chick-fil-A stores in general. As mentioned, it is located in Overstreet Mall and only open during business hours (7am-4pm). So unless you are working or visiting/walking around Uptown, driving in to this location probably wouldn't work. There are parking garages around, but if you are not already parked or Uptown in general, probably better to visit another location. It's definitely a great option! read more

2 of the Biggest Problems with this Location. #1) They don't do online order's for Pickup #2) Because they don't have a Online Pickup Area. The line at lunch time is all the way out in the lobby of the building and it takes your entire Lunch just to order and pickup your food. read more

What an amazing establishment. In my opinion, Chick-fil-A is usually a high caliber fast food restaurant, but this is one of the best I have ever been to. This has been my third visit or so and every experience has been flawless. As you walk up to the restaurant during a busy lunch time, you may very well be dissuaded to try and grab some delicious nuggets and crispy waffle fries, however the long line evaporates quicker than a cold beer on a hot day. The quality they put out in the timely manner they bring it to you is top-notch. Have you ever ordered a chicken sandwich from your favorite chicken shop that closes on Sundays, and been like, this breast must have come from the runt of the litter? Well, you certainly don't have to worry about that thought creeping into your head as you tell the overly-polite cashier you want a #1 combo with American cheese. This Chick-fil-A is in the Bank of America Corporate Center in Uptown Charlotte. It is almost always busy as it is in the center of one of the busiest parts of the "downtown" area. Here the service is a little less personal and the staff seem stressed out. A few times my order has been messed up and they forgot to include some items. It's not an ideal location but it is also one of the only locations in uptown. It's just okay I'd rather go to a location in other neighborhoods of CLT. read more

This is by far my most favorite Chick Fil A to go to.Maybe because it's right across the street from work or maybe because the staff is so friendly (seriously, how can you not smile when someone says "My pleasure" in a sincere way?) There's always a line however it moves fast even with the lunch time rush. They take expired coupons so if you have one from a couple years ago, take it in and they will honor it! Around Christmas time, if you buy a $20 or $25 gift card, you get a free Chick Fil A calendar for the next year with coupons for each month. It's becoming a running joke in my family that I always ask for this for Christmas because it's such a great deal. They sometimes hand out samples of their milkshakes while you wait in line which is a nice gesture while you wait. Everything at Chick Fil A is bomb from their waffles fries to spicy chicken sandwich and they offer healthier alternatives such as their salads, wraps, fruit cups, etc. Be sure to check your receipt when you go because it may have a survey that you can do online in a minute or two and you get free code for one of their sandwiches or a drink. I'm conflicted about this Chick-fil-A location in the overstreet mall. On one hand, if you are working and need a quick fix for breakfast/lunch/snack or whatever... it's pretty convenient. But on the other hand, I kind of wish this space was occupied by a small mom & pop place unique to the overstreet mall. A lot of times I walk by and the line during lunch is ridiculous....probably due to the influx of folks during lunch hour and a shortage of "fast" lunch places that are within a reasonable walking radius to his/her office buildings. All of the above, being said. The ladies and gentlemen that work behind the counters are super nice and you can see some of them have a good report with the "regulars." The food is standard Chick-fil-A and its comforting to know it is there when you need it. There is limited seating if you aren't grabbing lunch on the go, but there are a decent amount of tables and booths in the limited space they have. The staff always keeps it pretty clean and has fresh flowers in the vases on the tables. read more

The ice cream there seems to be more ice than cream, it's almost like you can taste little ice cubes in it. I wouldn't order that again. One of the best locations! I have been going to this location for over 10 years now. Not only is it a fast experience, but the people there are awesome! Even with a very long line, you never feel like you are waiting long and the line is in constant flow. My order has been messed up maybe 1 time in the hundreds of times I've been there. They are always quick to make sure things are correct, even when they are correct. Someone is always stopping by your table to check on you and see if you need a refill. Things you don't expect from a fast food place. It still amazes me how fast this place is during the rush lunch hours. Other places could have a 1/3 of the line and you'd wait twice as long, if not longer. This was my first Chick-Fil-A after hearing so many good things about it. The nearest one back in California is 30 miles away. While I was in Charlotte, I knew I had to try it before I left. The one I went to was inside a corporate building. The speed at which the workforce moved was so fast, reminded me of an auto manufacturer. I ended up getting: - The Ultimate Sandwich - Chicken Nuggets - Waffle Fries It was ready in about 1 min. This place probably has the best fast food chicken sandwiches, but I'm not too big of a fan of their chicken nuggets. I still prefer McDonald's with the golden crispy outside. However, their waffle fries def are one of the better fries I've had compared to other fast food places. This place was super cheap and super fast. Great if you're in a hurry or want a quick snack. I got to add that the customer service was fantastic. There was someone walking around who personally asked me if I would like a refill on my drink or if she can get me anything. Where can you find that at a fast food joint? I hope someone opens one up near San Francisco. I would definitely be a regular customer there. read more
