This is the worst Chic-fil-a experience I have ever witnessed. Employees were on there phones, gathering/slacking around in the lobby, and running around like children. I couldnt even eat in peace due to the unprofessional environment. I could also over-hear the employees complaining about management at the table next to me. This location needs a lot of work and training. Keeping a staff that upholds the chic-fil-a standards will result in a very positive manner toward the public. I am through with Chick Fila! And I never thought I'd feel this way. Always, always crowed since the inside restaurant is closed! Lately I have been getting my order wrong! Today thought I order online thinking the wait time will be better but oh no. Looks like they had one guy waiting on all the curbside orders and he was moving like a turtle!!! All I ordered was one chick fila sandwich, I waited over 20 mins to get my order... but get this I was done with waiting and yes I went inside to complain. Some guy who was sitting down in a booth come running up to me shouting you can't be here. I told him how long I waited and I wouldn't t have to come in if they were doing there job. I'm shocked to say that this is the least organized restaurant I've been to. I'm traveling and decided to stop here for breakfast since it's a familiar franchise and I was in a rush. When I got in line I waited for 15 minutes with only 2 customers ahead of me. I received my order shortly after but the kitchen and manager seemed to be in a frenzy. The initiative was there, but the organization I'm accustomed to wasn't. The most effective member there was the trainee, Cameron. Hopefully, this was just a bad day for them because I've seen the volume this franchise moves in what seems to be an instant. This was probably one of the cleanest Chick Fil A's I've ate at, and that's saying something for it to look that good during thier lunch rush at 12:30. After 20 years of patronizing chick-fil-a, the Whitehall commons chick-fil-a has soured me against the entire franchise. I am a senior citizen who purchased an order costing $14.42, consisting of 2 chicken sandwiches with French fries and lemonade on 1/27/2018 at 12:04 :55 p.m. My order number was 4436502. I called 866-232-2040 to inform them of the soggy French fries and rubbery flaky chicken that was sold to me. I contacted the store operated by Mr. Peter Cestrone, I contacted the human resource person Jenna Walker. I wanted compensation for the sandwiches and fries which were unfit for consumption. I asked and was ignored. The 800 chick fil-a response was there was nothing that could be done if the owner/operator did not rectify the matter. I feel abused, disrespected and literally robbed. I received probably my worst meal ever from a Chick-fil-a tonight. The nuggets were cold, dark and dried out. They were out of kids bags so they put the kid meal with the adult meal and what do you know the fry trays were the same size and half filled ‍ The food was definitely not fresh despite their famous line "served fresh daily". It's very unfortunate that this is the closest chick fil a to me. I've never, not once, eaten here without something in my order being forgotten or wrong, and the employees just don't seem to have any sense of urgency in taking care of guests. I feel like I have to give this location a low rating due to customer service. Obviously, Chick fil a has good quick food options although still disappointed the slaw was removed from the menu. This morning stopped by for a quick breakfast and found the car line was literally wrapped around the building so I decided to go in to order. Saw a lot of people standing around and appeared to be waiting on food. After placing my order, I stood with the others waiting on my food. When food finally starting appearing, a gentleman expressed his displeasure at the long wait time and said he would not be back to this location. Returned to get the sandwich and requested fries be replaced to the "Team Leader". She gave us a few strange looks and spoke to manager (who was avoiding us) and eventually replaced 4 of the 5 fries?! We requested the # of fries (5) we ordered. An occasional stop on my way into work in the Whitehall Business park area. It's good to know that this is a part of the south Tyron area if you work their often. The line goes by very quickly, and the service ( like most Chik-fil-a's) is very friendly . If I'm not mistaken, you can pre-order with an Chik-fil-a app, but I have not tried this yet. I came in the drive thru. I don't know why but they were very slow and it's not the first time I've seen it this slow. I ordered a chicken burrito, just the burrito. Just a chicken biscuit, and a bottled water. The gentlemen at the window handed me my bag, which I assumed is all I ordered. Since I only ordered 2 items. I pulled off and noticed that I only had a chicken burrito and hash browns. I didn't drive back since I wasted 10-15 mins waiting for my food and I was en route for an interview. I'm not sure who gave this store all these rave reviews, but it was terrible this morning. I don't know if it's because they're workers are new or just young, but it was horrible service, it took forever to place my order, and I had a long wait to get it. Then once I did receive my chicken burrito, it was half the normal size. Even though they did remake it. Then one of the workers (Marcus) had a meltdown on the manager after she told him he had to stay at the register. It was horrible. If I wasn't a regular Chick Fil A eater, I wouldn't be back.
