Staff is always cheerful. Food is always amazing. Only reason I gave it 4 and almost 3 is because the unreasonable waiting time consistently. Today I was in line at breakfast at 8:30 and compared to the normal Line that is all the way around the store.. the line was 2 cars in each line away from the old menu/ordering kiosk. They took my order quick but I was there until 9:10! 9:10! 40 minutes to get a $10/2 biscuit & 2 drink meal.It's tough. I was here this last Thursday 1Hr & 15 min getting lunch. It's getting to where It'd be faster to go in and sit down alone and eat somewhere rather than sit an unreasonable amount of time and wait on a $5 meal.. The food is always great. Service is also too notch.. but it's getting tough to frequent this location when every visit is breaking an hour.. the location on Brainerd is 2-3 times faster as of the last 3-4 months (I frequent both through the week/weekend). I really hate writing bad reviews but i feel this one is a must. I quit eating at this Chick-fil-A location about 6months ago when i caught salmonella poisoning. Tonight i was like well i'll just get something small and give it another chance because i L O V E chick fil a. I ordered a 6ct kids chicken nuggets and fry's, i wanted to upgrade my drink to a medium as well as my fry, instead of a toy i wanted ice cream in a cup.. I got my food and usually never check the bag but i glanced for a straw and the girl left that out, also left my ice cream out i had to remind her. When i get home to eat they gave me a S M A L L fry and not 6 nuggets... but F I V E. Like W O W. I will not to be back to that Chick-fil-A. Terrible customer service. Kids working here do not know what they are doing. Poor management. I had a large order and one of the items was chicken noodle soup. They put it at the bottom of the bad and on the way home it spilled everywhere. When I picked the bag up the bottom fell out and my food was all over the place. I've been very unimpressed with this Chick-Fil-A recently. I used to go here all of the time when the dining room was open and everything ran smoothly, but now it takes about 15 minutes to get through the line (so don't go through it unless you have time). The last couple of times they have also gotten something with my order wrong: one time a side of fries and the other all of my sauces. I love Chick-Fil-A, but this one could step up their game a little bit to keep up with the others. read more

September 2, 2017 Breakfast at the Chuck-fil-A on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga. Had the chicken biscuit and a cup of coffee. The restaurant was very busy with a full dining room and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. This place is clean and the staff works at keeping it that way. Friendly service with a smile. Had the chicken biscuit, which has that one of a kind Chick-fil-A taste. The coffee is served hot and taste smooth. Good food and good service. read more

The service here is always nice. The staff are polite and kind. I've never been disappointed beside the lines! There is so much demand that it can sometimes take quite a while to place an order even (considering it's fast food). But they do a decent job of getting orders out quickly and correctly. This is by far the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. We sat down and there was throw up at the end of the booth. We didn't see it till we were halfway thru eating our meal. I ran into this Chickfila for a restroom break and quick lunch. Bathroom was spotless, restaurant was clean and well stocked, and the young man who took my order was so pleasant and cheerful. My order was quick, fresh, and correct. I was just traveling through town, so I have never visited this location, but well done. Clean restaurant, great quality food, and outstanding service. Staff frequently visits tables to refill drinks and they offer to bring your food out to you. I just watched a 17 year old boy play Rock Paper Scissors with a 65 year old woman, both on staff, to divvy up job responsibilities. And they were both laughing. It's like Mayberry. I moved here from Atlanta where Chick-fil-a is king and the customer is always right. I've been very disappointed with the Chick-fil-a on Gunbarrel in Chattanooga. Twice when I've gone through the drive through part of my order has been missing. The first time I didn't realize it till I was all the way home, so I never recouped that loss. This time I specifically asked if the bags they had given me were all my food because I didn't think the bags were big enough to hold our order for a family of 5. Sure enough 1/2 way home one of my kids told me we didn't have any of our sandwiches. I went back in to the store and told them I was missing food and this wasn't the first time it had happened. While the staff were gracious and did give me the missing items there was nothing offered as an apology. I've very rarely had a Chick-fil-a screw up my order, but on the rare occasion it has happened they've always offered me something for my inconvenience, a free sandwich or a fries would have been nice. Not to mention it seems this location is skimping on their portions also. Their nuggets are extremely small and their chicken for the sandwich doesn't even fill up the bun. Very sad! Wish I didn't like Chick-fil-a so much or wish there were more locations in our area. read more

Not the worst Chick-fil-A I've experienced, but definitely not up to the usual CFA experience that I get in most other CFA's. Went in on 5/18/17 around 815am. It wasn't even packed, indeed there wasn't even anyone in line but me, and yet I inexplicably had to wait at the counter for a couple minutes before anyone ever acknowledged, welcomed, or asked how they could help me. Finally, someone walked up, (never apologized for the unusual wait despite me being the only person in line AND having been seen by multiple people) and took my order. Simple order: spicy chicken biscuit, hash rounds, and a drink. Wait time for my simple order: 4 minutes....and no, "sorry for the wait" or any explanation. And it wasn't waiting for cooking food either as both food items, while tasting fine as most CFA food does, weren't steaming hot when I finally got them. I can totally understand waiting when there's a big crowd, but when I'm the only person in line, and only one person waiting on their order in front of me, that kind of service and wait is ridiculous. Maybe CFA's regular gold-star service has spoiled me, but this CFA's staff most certainly didn't perform up to that gold-star service level that morning. read more
