Stopped in for dinner with friends. We were seated quickly, but had to wait a while for a server to come by and take our drink order. Having been in the car most of the day and having a late lunch, we weren't overly hungry, so my wife and I decided to split an entree. As we placed our order the waitress seemed annoyed that we were sharing an entree, she offered a second side salad which we got. The food don't take long to come out, we ordered the Pastitsio, which was flavorful. The food overall was good, but we were a bit shocked though by the price of the extra side salad being $6, for literally a small plate of lettuce with 3 tomatoes and a few crumbles of feta. Seemed a bit steep. The waitress wasn't the most personable, or maybe she was just having a bad day, I don't know. The lemon pasta meal was filled with very yellow (old) asparagus and overcooked pasta which was drowned in pesto. not the usual very delectable dish! This is a great spot for good times with some nice Greek food. I enjoyed nearly all of my food here with the exception of the avgolemono soup which was not being that good compared to many other versions I have had as it lacked chicken meat and also had no lemon flavor. They do have an amazing dessert selection so you want to make sure you save room for that. Greeks are famous for their delicious food for a good reason as it is some of the healthiest and most delicious food in the world. Greek restaurants are popular for a reason as they make amazing food. Chattanooga has some of the best places to eat I've experienced in Tennessee so I'm happy to have found this really great Greek restaurant as I'm a big fan of Greek food.
