The locations closer to me have converted their play areas into storage rooms frustrating my kids who see don't understand why they can't play. This locations play area is not only open but pretty nice. The food & service were on par with my expectations. My only issue was that the staff couldn't substitute egg for sausage on a breakfast burrito a customization I get without issue at other locations. It only cost me an extra $1.45. It was explained to me that egg didn't count as a protein and it's actually considered a condiment. Lol. Not worth fighting over but probably wrong. I was here for breakfast and it was not busy. 3.5 stars. This is one of the better fast food chain restaurants I've been too. Just minutes from my office, I welcomed this new addition to the neighborhood. A huge upgrade from the Burger King next door. The service here is definitely above average for a fast food restaurant and the staff are always friendly. Line-ups to order are not bad. The restaurant is always very clean, as soon as you leave your seat, someone is cleaning up after you. Funny, the staff here are almost too helpful / friendly. The average meal probably takes only 10 -15 minutes to eat but you will have someone asking how the food is, can they get you anything, do you want a refill 3-4 times during the quick meal. You try to have a conversation and your interrupted so many times. I know the staff mean no harm but too much of a good thing can also be a bad thing. One lady in particular is bad for this. I had ordered 2 meals with 5 ranch packets, and 2 buffalo packets in total. When I got to the window I asked the lady if i could get extra sauces and she told me "they already put 5 and 2 in the bag how much more do you need." I found this to be a little rude, why are you asking me how much sauce I need? She then proceeded to put some in the bag. Once I get to where I was going I open up the bag and realize they didn't put the original 5 ranch and 2 buffalo packets in the bag, had I not asked for extra I wasn't going to get any sauce at all. On top of that they didn't include a fork for my mac & cheese, so I had to drive all the way back just to get a fork. This place is always so stingy with their sauce as if it comes out of their paychecks! Please triple check your bags before handing them to your customers. Service has really gone downhill lately. They used to be 100% accurate on their order fulfillment, but now you're just as likely to have some missing items. Worst of all, they did away with curbside and the dining room remains closed, so if you order and pay on the app, you have to get in a long line with people who haven't ordered, don't know what they want and haven't paid. With curbside, you might have had to wait 5 minutes. Getting in the drive-through now means a 40 minute wait and there's now way to bail. Thinking this was a one-time problem, I checked their app/website for an update and it makes no sense - the web says only open for delivery, use the app and the app says delivery closed. Your typical fast food place. It's great to dine in or order to go. The place is very clean and fast and great service. They didn't forget to leave out extra sauces, napkins, and straws. My son and I went there a few days ago but didn't realize it would be so crowded...I mean SUPER crowded. Anyway, we were in the line so long just to get a parking spot to park for phone app orders that by the time we got to a parking spot, it was time to get him to work. I let the lot attendants know I had to go and would call inside, so they hoped us a good day. I called inside and explained what happened bc he had prepaid through the app, and the employee assured me I'd be able to retrieve the food later or get a refund. I went back the next day and gave the employee's name who handled me that day and explained what happened. They looked it up and gave me the order. I just didn't like how I still had to go through the drive thru when they could've just brought the order out to me, but whatever. At least they were all very polite. read more
