If their tone in the phone seems a little bland or short, then that's just how they sound on the phone. Go in and talk to them, they are the greatest ladies! New owners out there that don't even buy their chicken from the old suppliers. Pick 3 does, and you can taste the difference. Last couple times at pic on 206 were blah on the ears and tails and now I know why. Nice new renovation, but cheaping out on quality. Age old problem with ( once ) good food joints. Best wings, or anything buffalo related. I've been going here for years. Buffalo roll is super good. The staff can sometimes be rude and the hours are made up on the fly. 50% of the time I try to go they are closed. Don't go off the hours on Yelp or the website. Chicken tenders were good but the chicken wings were clipped. Most of the meaty part of the wings were cut off with a siscors. I returned my wings and showed them to the owner but she didn't seem to care. She said they boiled off the bone. Hard to believe that when the bone was sliced in half. I placed an order Wednesday night (5/15). I have to say we were not impressed at all. The tails were soggy and barely warm. Ordered a large side of hot sauce, it was ice cold and had clumps of seasoning in it. Turkey wrap was soggy. Was told by the girl on the phone they didn't have celery but could give us carrots and blue cheese instead. We were given a bunch of baby carrots with 3 containers of caesar dressing, no blue cheese. Next time I will drive to the 206 location! read more

We ordered wings for the Super Bowl on the Wednesday before the game, for a 4:00 pick up. We got a call at 2:00 telling us that they were having "problems with their fryers". They asked if we could come at 6. We told them 6:00 would be too late - could we get them at 5:30. The girl said yes and thanks for being understanding. We were getting ready to leave at 4:40 to pick them up but called first to make sure they were ready. The girl who answered said they were still having problems and they'd call us when they were ready. We didn't get a call from them until 7:07 to ask us if we still wanted them. Fortunately we were able to order wings from another wing restaurant in the meantime, who were able to accommodate us. We will NEVER order food from Donnie Russels's again. How can a restaurant which specializes in wings not be prepared for the biggest event of the year? They should have plan A, B and C. The wings are such a hit at all of our parties. They are perfectly sweet and spicy and tangy and the blue cheese dressing is seriously the best. The she-crab bisque is a must have everytime we order and don't forget the buffalo roll, a fried roll stuffed with shredded chicken and blue cheese with the buffalo sauce on the side for dipping. You won't be disappointed with these 3 items. read more

We have been eating at Pic III since it was Pic II at the larger location up the street. Try as I may I can't think of a single bad experience the crew are always on top of it pleasant and friendly. I can't remember her name, perhaps Donny's wife, is there from time to time and although she doesn't remember my name(not required) I always get a smile and a hello no matter how busy she is it just feels like going home to grab a snack. I am a strict tails man my wife and daughter love them as well but will branch out on occasion. As I prepare to go grab some lunch I am starting to get anxious there is really nothing else like them their wings are full wings not a wing tip and separate drum stick that pizza places consider 2 wings at Pic III that one wing..and the sauce is sent from the heavens I stick with mild which still has a kick and the sweet and hot combo is spot on. ALWAYS ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCE ON THE SIDE you can't have enough and the chicken in the tails is top notch white meat chicken battered and fried to perfection. Eating in is recommended fresh from the oil is best BUT although I am not usually a fan of left overs tails never go to waste so very little is lost in the ride from Pic to home. Plan ahead if your wanting wings on game day they are always packed and I have never been in a line at a restaurant and heard a customer told it will be at least an hour wait for a take out order and the person doesn't even bat an eye this place is worth the wait my whole family loves Pic III My sister and her kids are all the way over in Sicklerville and it's a 30 or possibly 40 minute ride and they still make the trip. I live in cape May and whenever work brings me into Medford I'm taking home wings. It is a offshoot of the pic on route 206 but these wings I think are much better. The only problem is is they aren't open all the time and that has only been recently but I can't wIt to get back there and hopefully they will be open. read more

We ordered 50 wings from here today for the first time. I thought the wings were fantastic and my family did as well! I got 25 mild and 25 hot wings. The hot wings were a little too spicy for my family, but perfect for me. They had a nice kick to them, but not overly spicy. I could probably go for the next level up and be fine. For the price you can't beat it. We spent $31 for the 50 wings!! What a deal! I'm a big wing fan and have ordered wings from a bunch of other spots and have never got wings this cheap. I wasn't expecting the greatest wings when I saw the price, but I can say that these wings are legit. I have had better, but this place will now be my go to spot since I feel these are the best to go wings in the area for the price. They sell their wings as full wings and I thought they were a little small, but I personally don't mind that as I don't like a huge chicken wing. Good wings, good taste and good price!! read more

I was amazed by all the buffalo food choices...so I had to try several - the hot wings, the Buffalo - Os (onion rings with hot sauce) and the Buffalo Blaster (a taquito like roll with chicken and cheese and Buffalo dipping sauce ). The sauce is a blend of butter and hot sauce that sticks well and tastes great. It's a great local place run by very nice people. Nothing fancy, just good food. My kids and I stopped by for a Friday night dinner. We sat right down. For a small place it was busy but the waitress/hostess was rocking the town!! I had ribs, my son had the scooby-doo balls and the vegas burger, one daughter had chix soup and the other had a BLT. All the food was top notch!! The cute server deserved employee of the month because she didn't stop moving and took excellent care of us!!! The only drawback was is small so every time somebody came or went we got a brisk shot of cold air. I plan on going back again and again. Great option for take out !! read more

I was introduced to this place by my boyfriend's mother. She came home with these wings for dinner one day, and the sauce was literally the best buffalo sauce I've tasted in my life. We always get the mild, and it has a nice kick with a citrusy taste. It's a unique sauce, and I'm pretty sure it's unparalleled, at least around here! I tell many people how AWESOME this sauce is. I've also had the chicken tails, broccoli bites, and breaded mushrooms, all of which have been excellent. The salads aren't bad, either. My only complaint is that they are closed on certain days, like today, but it's good for the employees. I will definitely be returning soon. ;) read more
