So I've never eaten Chick-Fil-A's food before. It never really struck me to try it but I was driving by this location yesterday and for some reason there was a huge line out the door and cars lined up to its drive through backed up down a good portion of Glenway so I thought, "Tomorrow I'm hitting that place. It's so popular it must be good." My only knowledge of this restaurant was it served chicken, that it was closed on Sunday and my sister worked there in high school and they gave her a college scholarship when she graduated. So I went in and there was another long line. Maybe this is a passing fad. I finally got to the counter and a nice woman took my order for a Chick-Fil-A Deluxe Meal that came with a drink and waffle fries. I liked that I had my choice of cheese. Not just American (which is always disgusting) but I could get Pepper Jack and Provolone. I went with Provolone. It was a tasty fried chicken sandwich without too much breading. Flavorful without being too spicy. The waffle fries were nicely cooked. A really great thing is the ketchup packet. Those filthy little disgusting ketchup packs that have been around for decades that are incredibly hard to open. Nope. A nice little package that's clean and easy to use. It comes with a tear-off that allows you to squeeze the ketchup out. The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite but looked tired out from taking in a whole lot of money over the last couple days. I was getting take-away so this didn't concern me but they don't offer free refills on drinks. I like free refills on drinks. read more

The staff is so friendly from the moment you walk in until your walking out when they thank you for stopping in. Food is hot-fast-exact-good price everything you want when your in a hurry. Ordered breakfast through the app well before 10:30. By the time I got there and waited through the ridiculous 20/30 minute line to the speaker, it was near 11:00 and was told I couldn't get breakfast because I wasn't there prior to 10:30. Had to then spend another good 10 minutes through the line knowing the entire trip was a giant waste. The representative was about as uncaring as you could get. What's the purpose of providing my payment info and ordering ahead of time if you're not actually going to make the order until I show up? Last time I come here. The food is obviously fantastic but not worth almost an hour wait each morning just for the chance of getting breakfast. read more

It's Chick-fil-a, nothing fancy but this location is great! The good is always good and the service is friendly. This location and very clean and my kids enjoy going here to play after eating. I love that they have healthy food options for kids too! Grilled chicken nuggets, fresh fruit and milk or juice. My kids love it and I do too! I love that they have plastic, adhesive placemats for my little one who prefers to eat off a table and lots of complementary sanitizing wipes! I have always been a fan of the chick-fil-a sauce and my cashier mentioned to me the Polynesian sauce and how it's her favorite so I said I would try it. Man, it was good! I am not one to write reviews, but this place was so unprofessional today. The floors looked dirty, the staff was not very polite or friendly. I totally understand being short staffed and stressed out, but there were some people not really helping out at all and the wait for the food was longer than normal. One of the staff members complained that I "had their finger" repeatedly when they handed me my drinks and it was rude and unprofessional. There is no way my grip was that strong. I feel like there isn't really any way that someone could dislike chick-fil-a. They are ALWAYS pleasant to deal with and now their "my pleasure" thing is being picked up by other businesses. What's not to love about consistently delicious chicken and amazing service? I love the evolving menu. The new superfoods salad is oh so refreshing. I'd love for them to offer a larger size, but it's a nice option for someone seeking a healthier alternative. Although I miss the coleslaw, I appreciate that Chick fil A is always trying to find the next amazing addition to their already diverse menu. Tonight I went classic with the traditional sandwich, waffle fries and the most delicious lemonade I've ever had. It did not disappoint. Great location, product and service! I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for quality food, accurate order and hot fresh food. I love going to Chik Fil A but tend to want it on Sundays when you're closed. I respect your wishes to remain closed on Sundays though. read more

The "mocha iced coffee " you cannot taste any coffee more like a mocha shake. It's a shame because they have good coffee.

I hate to wait for a long time in the drive thru, who doesn't. But this location kills it in the drive thru. I'm only doing this review because I'm so sure,10 plus cars deep,that I'm getting thru quickly. I can't write fast enough,halfway in like 3 minutes. This is the best chic fil a I have ever been to. My kids love it, and so do my husband and I. I have always known the employees at this franchise are nice, but at this location they are overly kind, helpful, and caring. We recently had an employee help us with our order. Because we just moved to Ohio, we had a lot of questions. She was very patient and helpful. While we were eating she checked on us. Even when she was leaving work for the evening, with her coat on, off the clock she stopped and chatted with us and sincerely expressed her gratitude to us for eating there. She not only helped us, but she made us feel like friends. We will definitely be eating here often! read more

Very slow!!!! Every chick fil a we've ever been to we get in and out. The first few times I waited in line for over ten minutes I figured it was because they were new but today we went and sat in line for over 15 minutes. The drive thru people are always very nice and try to have a conversation with you but I don't understand what they do differently here than every where else that they take so long. read more

I know that COVID is making things hard on restaurants, but there's no excuse for the terrible service and the dismissive attitude of the employees and management. I preordered and prepaid online six hours before my scheduled pickup time. My daughter arrived five minutes early, parked in a designated pickup spot and called the phone number to check in. After waiting 45 minutes she got out of the car and flagged down an employee inside the restaurant to check on the order. The employee replied that she was busy, but would check. It took almost another hour to receive our order. By this time the dinner I ordered the food for was over. I called the restaurant and spoke to someone who said she was the manager who would not refund my money because I did receive my order. I had to return the food to get a credit, but not my payment returned to me. They were rude, dismissive and thought it was perfectly acceptable to make a customer wait almost two hours for their order. I definitely will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A. read more

My daughter and I stopped in this morning to have breakfast before she had to start her day at grandmas and I had to go work a 12 hour shift. It was pouring down the rain and we were both kind of aggravated. We came to the counter ordered our breakfast and a very nice man from the home office paid for our breakfast. This started a new attitude for our day. It made me realize that I needed to look at the brighter side. My daughter and I were arguing and after this happened I decided I needed to call her and apologize to her for my bad attitude that I had this morning. So I would like to say thank you to the very nice people at Chick-fil-A in Western Hills one good deed definitely turned into a whole lot more. Later that day at work I met a man who needed a haircut for a job interview but I could tell he didn't have the money so I paid for it. I hope that his good deed was also pass along as mine was! Thank you again for the awesome deeds and the change in my attitude. My seven-year-old daughter and I will have breakfast there again tomorrow! read more

Worst online ordering experience. Don't bother using the app here because one, the app says they will delver it to your car. They won't. They don't have carry out parking signs like other chick fila stores I've been too. The app specially says "sit tight..". With this store you will need to inside to pick it up. And they will tell you if the order goes bad they won't replace it. Really. Your app says sit tight. You don't practice what all the other stores do, have dedicated parking spots to deliver the food but you won't remake it. Excellent customer service.. they need a zero for service. This is my go to place. Even when the line is out the door, or the drive thru line is to the street, they are faster than any other fast food restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious. Register service was fast and friendly enough. While I was waiting in line, I watched a guy wait for 4 minutes for a refill. People just walked past him. Asked for my food for here, it was given to me to go. A minor annoyance. Then, I needed a refill and lo and behold I stood there for minutes. There was one person ordering and no one else in like and a solid 8 people walked past me. I finally had to stop someone and ask and then she seemed bothered by it. Very poor these days. They have not had what I ordered or have been out of something seven of my last ten visits. Problems from not having the peach shake three different days while it was on the sign out front, once was told they were out of eggs until the manager got back and twice was given something different from what I ordered. Was craving Chic-fil-A all day. Finally found one close to Downtown- on the westside off of Glenway. The rest room was descent and the seating area was clean and quiet. I ordered the #2 combo- the flavor was good and the temp was ok not as hot as I would have liked. While eating my meal it was quite relaxing. Before I left I stood in line to get a refill for the road. There was no one in line behind me. I noticed a woman walk up to the counter with two cups for a refill, she was acknowledged twice... Then a server preceded to refill her beverages; hhmmmm. The cashier finished with the ladies in front of me and then offered to refill my drink. I asked her if I should have stood over in the other area for a refill and she said yes, what?! Who knew!! All that time I was feeling slighted and I was standing in the wrong line. On my way out I looked for something to direct me to that area- nothing, nada, zilch. I should have driven to the Tri-county location or Kenwood Mall instead. read more
