I'm visiting the area and my friend suggested Wild Mikes. We placed a to go order. We got the mushroom Swiss burger and a cheese burger. Both were cooked to perfection. The pickles were one of the best fried pickles I've had. We got the Caesar salad which my friend gets quite a bit and always loves. Plus cheese fries for each of us. We had a late night dinner at Wild Mike's on Saturday before leaving the next day. I am so glad we stopped here! The staff is so nice and the food is delicious. We also got a bang for our buck here, which is my favorite. We accidentally walked in the to-go portion of the restaurant, but it's good to know there's a whole separate part. We were able to seat ourselves and got our orders in quickly. Andrew decided to go with the Western Burger with a Garden Salad and Potato Wedges for an appetizer. I ordered the Small Boneless Wings with Mike's Mix Sauce at Medium heat with Pub Pickles for an appetizer. Our appetizers came quick and they were amazing! They were so good, I burned my mouth the whole time eating them instead of waiting for them to cool. Andrew said his potatoes and salad were tasty. I didn't count the amount of wings in a small, but it was a lot. I'd guesstimate at least 15. There was little to no kick in the medium. I was torn between the medium and hot, but was afraid hot was too much. Andrew loved his burger, but wasn't able to finish it. Their desserts looked so good, I had to order a brownie and white chocolate macadamia nut cookie home. Our bill came to about $56 for everything, and this included a tall Yuengling for Andrew. Ah, Wild Mike's. A west side institution! Not to be confused with Mad Mike's in Newport - Wild Mike may be a tad more chaotic, but he's clearly the nicer one. You can taste it in the food! There's nothing like walking into a restaurant and feeling like everyone knows everyone and you're the outsider. It's a bit intimidating, but they can tell you're there for the wings and cold beer and they're okay with it. The dining area is small; after all, their restaurants are made to look like small Levittown style houses. You're going to get cozy with your table neighbors while chowing down on some wings. Wild Mike is known for just that - flash fried, crispy wings in a variety of sauces. I typically start the table with some fried apps, because you know, health. There's always going to be at least one order of mozzarella sticks that are supplied by the same vendor that is used by Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrow's fish fries. After chowing down on some bacon and cheese curly fries, you'll be ready for the main event. I have a very specific wing order. All flats, well done, Parmesan garlic sauce and extra ranch on the side. I like to keep my hands as clean as possible because I'm *classy*. I have also been known to get a side of Mike's sauce because I have to partake in the local fare. But parm garlic sauce + some of the best wings in town? Win win! Getting to Delhi is a trek in itself, but if I find myself on the west side, 9 times out of 10 I will be craving some wings and visit. After all, it's an institution! read more

Wild Mikes is a Westside of Cincinnati staple and for good reason. They have delicious crispy wings DRENCHED in the sauce! What more could you want?! I ordered the regular buffalo sauce medium, and I like it but wished it was a little thicker of a sauce. The Mike's Way sauce was AMAZING! With sauces mixes together, it creates a unique sweet and spicy (ish) flavor, that is perfect for dunking curly fries in. The curly fries were just meh, we ordered the cajun ones, but honestly, that did nothing for me. The staff was super nice, and helpful. Their blue cheese is top notch and chunky and super tasty. Great prices for kids menu items, and just note that the kids fries are such as big as the regular side, so maybe think about splitting with your kid before ordering your own. read more

This has been our go-to neighborhood restaurant but we were greatly disappointed today. We ordered two salads which came out quickly. The salads were warm, the amount of salad would have fit on a saucer and the toppings were negligible . We ordered fried chicken and got grilled and the croutons were missing. This was a place that someone at work suggested to me so here I am. The environment was really cool as it was a very traditional, down to earth joint. The staff was cool and the place was clean. Now then onto my food... 16 Traditional Buffalo Wings with the second hottest sauce on it (sorry I can't remember the name of it right now.) Onion Rings What Is It: The wings come with bleu cheese and celery. The onion rings come with well onion rings. Presentation: Everything looked as it should. No frills but no extra window dressing either. 6 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: Simply put this was delicious. The wings had a lot of meat on them and the sauce was tremendous with lots of kick but great flavour to match. Their bleu cheese was house made and was chunky like all the best bleu cheese dressings. The onion rings were ok and were really in need of a good dipping sauce to help elevate them. Finally everything was very affordable which given how good it was is a huge bonus. Placed an online order for pickup an hour later. Got to the restaurant at the pickup time and had to wait 35 mins for the order. It was lunch for 8 people at work, so time was a crunch. Then on top of the waaaaaaay too long of a wait. They missed one of the sandwiches, so someone didn't get lunch. Food was good, but that kind of service is a "non-return" for me. Oh yeah...also left a %15 tip when I placed the order. I guess I shouldnt complain. They did offer me a fountain drink while I waited...pitiful. read more

Wild Mike's used to be one of the best wings places in town. However, when we went there the weekend of Halloween, we were greeted with an empty but filthy restaurant, overcooked and burned wings, and exceptionally slow service. I am not sure what has happened to Wild Mike's -- maybe it's the woeful staffing problems that have affected all restaurants -- but there was no excuse for how filthy it was, especially considering how there were very few customers there were that night. I will not go back to Wild Mike's ever again. It felt like a biohazard and the food was just not good. If the owners read this... please take a moment to visit your restaurant on a Saturday and take note of the poop smeared bathrooms, unbussed tables, sticky floors, and appalling carpets. Maybe you can't fix the food problems, but you can fix the filth. I'm nauseated just remembering it. read more

Went here for lunch recently for the first time, and it will definitely not be the last time I stop in. Staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. We were seated quickly and after ordering our food we didn't have too long of a wait. I went with the grilled chicken salad in an effort to start the year on a healthy note, and was very pleased. The food here is delicious, and there is a great atmosphere. I can't wait to go back. It looks like there's a lot more than just chicken wings on this menu! read more

Update: been here quite a few more times and I've grown to really like this place. The burgers are really great, and have that amazing chargrilled taste. The wings are great too, especially Mikes Mix, it's definitely a unique and delicious sauce. One of truly standout items on the menu though is the blue cheese. It is AMAZING. Definitely the best I've had anywhere. It's good enough to eat with a spoon. This place is good and isn't worth taking a long trip out of your way for, but you won't have a bad meal here, and it won't break the bank. read more

Wild Mike's has very crispy well seasoned wings. The onion rings are beer battered and the curly fries are crispy even with cheese on them. The beer is cold and there are really good happy hour specials. We live downtown but drive all the way over to get the wings here sometimes. read more

I realize, that restaurant is no longer in the Cincinnati area. Too bad! My family ate a lot of Boston Market's food! And, I'm sure it was a BIG HIT with many other people. Ordered food online and when I arrived at the carry out area I rang the doorbell. One of the girls, working, opened the window and stated that my food would be a few minutes and she closed the window. You can see through the window and I could see the other girl, working, bag up the food and set the bag in front of the window. Then both girls got on their phones, then one girl put her foot up on the counter and played on her phone. Then another order came up and was bagged so I was thinking maybe the first bag was not mine and that second bag was set in front on the window next to the first bag. One girl left and the other girl continued to play on her phone. A third order was bagged up and set next to the other two. Ten minutes has passed since the first bag was placed in front of the window. I again rang the doorbell and I could see the freak out look on the one girl's face because she had forgotten about me. She opened the window and just stared at me. I told her my name, again, and she picked up the very first bag. I asked her why I was standing for 10 minutes while they both played on their phones. She said she was sorry that she forgot I was waiting. The other girl offered me a large container of bleu cheese. Not everyone enjoys your bleu cheese. I asked for a manager and they brought over a gentleman by the name of Pat. Pat asked what happened, after telling him that both girls were playing on their phones and they "forgot" about me, he asked what I would like him to do. I said, I guess nothing. He offered to remake my food and I did refuse because I was not going to wait. I knew better than to go to the Delhi Wild Mike's but it was my husband's pick for his birthday dinner. Lesson learned. I am really upset that I left them a tip when I paid online. Not deserved! read more

I really wanted this place to be good, but it sadly wasn't at all. Waited a little over 30 minutes for the food to come out, when it did come out. It was all cold the fries were stale and the wings tasted like they were microwaved in a bag. Everything tasted old. If I could I wouldn't even give this place a star. read more
