This chick-fil-a has messed up my order SO many times and i've held back with empathy as i myself work in the food industry. But when my kids are missing there whole meal i will say something. (That was the last time) This time i went back today and i got 11 sauces There were 0 in the bag. A-swell as no straws. The straws isn't that big of an issue we can always drink from the cup. Drive thru is slow and we waited 20 mins for mobile order pickup. Unacceptable.used to be much better but has gone down.

Waited 10 min inside while one manager worked with one family trying to get the order correct. I know it's only 10 min but not opening another line or at least acknowledging anything was unfortunate. Had to leave because I ran out of time. read more

Hands down, worst managed Chick Fil-a in the world has to be the one in Clemmons. We put our order in at 945am on the app, got to the drive-thru line at 1010am, and waited in line (only about 7-8 cars ahead of us) until 1030. We pulled up, checked in for our breakfast order and paid, waited another 10 minutes in line just to get to the window and they tell us they were out of the items we ordered. I wish there was a closer option, the one is Clemmons is slow and just not that good - which is a shame. Truly horrible customer service from a restaurant chain that allegedly prides themselves on service. Oh well, other options to spend my money. You canNOT (usually) beat the swift customer service given from Chick-Fil-A. From the brilliantly arranged drive-thru method of ordering where actual, LIVE people are waiting outside to take your order vs. a machine with an intercom that you can barely - if at all - hear the employee talk through, I have ALWAYS been a fan of how Chick-Fil-A expedites your service before sending you on your way, ultimately satisfied. The ONLY thing I miss about Chick-Fil-A is dining indoors so that I could receive endless refills on their beloved lemonade, which NO ONE makes as good as Chick-Fil-A. This location has one drive thru lane for regular customers and one lane for mobile orders. The mobile one was totally empty and the other one was backed up into the road. It took me my whole lunch break to sit through the line which you cannot get out of once your in it! They never opened the other lane to alleviate the backup. So so slow. Chick- fil- a lost my business because I don't do mobile apps after being hacked 5 times in 2 years. What an annoying idea to force people to use the app if they want great service and speed. read more

Poor management!! Ordered dinner on the app for my 3 teenagers Monday when I was sick and diagnosed with Covid and just could not cook. Got home and was missing an entire meal. Called the store and had to leave a voicemail? It was 5:30 in the evening!! But I left a detailed message thinking it's dinner time and they are busy and I respect that. Needless to say no one called me back. I lost my voice over the next 2 days and went 4 more days without being able to make a sound and thought I will follow up when I can talk. Called them the following Monday around 10:00 AM and had to leave another message?? Needless to say it's now Thursday and no one has called me!! Seriously!?! Horrible. I went to grab lunch to take to work since I work 3rd shift, I didn't eat until 11pm just to realize that half of my salad was non-existent and my name as BW Chatrity next to guest on my bag. Considering I'm a black woman and could easily be identified by my name and car color I want to know how this inappropriate gesture can be explained? Stopped by here for a snack before a long day of things! Grabbed some nuggets and some fries to share. The food was hot and fried and just like every other Chick-fil-A. Which we love! The fries did need salt, which we didn't think to add to our curbside order. We do find that sometimes this is an issue. They were very crowded. Very friendly service, as per usual for Chick-fil-A. We won't stop going to Chick-fil-A, but will add salt to our to go order from now on at this location. read more

Hi, my name is Sophia Burnette and I just moved to Winston Salem and needed a place to work. I thought Chick-fil-A would we a great place with a positive work place environment and I was wrong. Not only was the place dirty and unsanitary the managers treated the employees terribly. Nothing ever got thoroughly cleaned, food was touched with their hands, orders were constantly wrong and guests would get upset with me when it was not my fault and managers never took accountability for it. When I was hired they said it was "a zero drama" work place but mangers talked about me constantly and I had to hear it from other employees. The manager AJ confronted me multiple times threatening to fire me when I had only been there a week. I thought me talking to him was a safe person I could talk to about people treating me poorly and instead do talking to them privately he assumed I had problems in my home life and told others that as well, when In fact and I am completely happy at home. Another manager Kayla hit me on the shoulder for having my phone in my pocket when their "excellent trainers" told me I could have it and all had theirs on them at all times. I do not recommend eating here or working(Chick-fil-A Clemmons Nc) here unless you like dirty food and being talked to like you're less-than. ...all the machines that are being used everyday(ice cream, soda...) do not get cleaned and have mold. read more

This Chick-fil-a is right off of interstate 40 in Clemmons, NC. It is very convenient and the service is always amazing and consistent! Order at the counter and then have a seat as your food is brought out to you. From there, many smiling faces roam looking to fill your drink and help you with anything else you may need during your visit. You cannot beat Chick-fil-a and this location is just another great example. read more

This is the only Chick-fil-A I've ever been to that will literally not sell you what you want. My mom typically orders a side salad with extra toppings on it. I stopped to get us some food (while she was with my grandma in the ER, no less) and first they gave me the totally wrong item and I had to drive back to try to get the right thing, only to be told that they will not put extra toppings on the salads (every other Chick-fil-A we've been to has done it). I don't even mind paying extra, in fact that's reasonable since we want extra, but they literally will not even take your money for extra toppings. Not only that, but the side salad actually came with *less* than usual- no carrots or cabbage anywhere! Just leaves and cheese. Not to mention my grilled sandwich was made incorrectly and didn't have any lettuce on it, which I didn't notice until I got home after dropping my mom's food off. I'll stick to literally any other Chick-fil-A in the area. read more

This Chick-fil-a location has to be one of the best in the area. The employees are incredibly friendly and very accomodating. I typically just go through the drive through but there is always a hustle and bustle of people inside and out. The employees are exceptionally polite. I really like the fact that they ask for your name at the drive thru, so that they can make sure tit receive the correct order at the window. Whenever it's busier they have an employee outside taking orders at a small podium. Their chicken minis are my favorite and they're only served at breakfast. I've often arrived a couple minutes past the breakfast cut off but have been lucky enough that they still have some breakfast items still available. They've also got the best lemonade ever! Even the diet version of it is really good. In one instance, they were out of something I ordered. So, the young lady from the drive thru came all the way outside to give me two cards for free breakfast items. I felt she went above and beyond her job and really appreciated the kindness and generosity. I'd have to say that I'm very partial to this location because it's conveniently located near other places I frequent and the great employees! read more

I usually love this chick fil a, but I ordered food from there this morning, got all the way to work and realized they forgot all of the sauces I requested and gave me a Coke Zero instead of a regular coke. Sugar substitutes give me migraines, so I couldn't drink the soda and I NEED sauce for my sandwiches and hashbrowns. Now I know to check the bag and drink before I drive away. read more

Wow. Amazing spot. Perfect for all ages. For families with young kids this is an extremely family friendly spot. We stumbled here on the way between Charlotte and Greensboro and found it to be the perfect break. The place is well staffed so service is quick and they are kind as usual. There is not only soap in the bathroom but hand sanitizer as well. Diaper changer was clean and plenty of room. The kids play room was also clean and fun. There was a dispenser with hand sanitizer wipes outside which was a nice addition. There were even baby table mats for the little ones to keep the tables clean. Really a great spot!! read more

I am so incredibly disappointed. My friend and I stopped here on the way home from a business trip. My friend got to the end of her fries and there was a dead fly sitting in the bottom of the carton. Of course, we were horrified and grossed out, but things happen. One thing you can always expect from Chick-fil-A is great customer service. She took the fry container with the fly carcass up to the manager and he took $2 out of the cash register and shoved it at her. This is one of those situations, where a sincere apology would have gone a really long way. I always love myself some Chick-fil-a. It's the only chicken nuggets that I like to eat without sauce because they are SO good. The chicken-minis are worth just waking up in the morning for. The customer service comes second to no one-I mean no one. They are the friendliest business (and I mean all of them) I have ever encountered. It seems like I always have a craving for them on Sunday when they are closed. Always love Chick-Fil-A. This once is new and the staff is still in training so some things may get missed. The parking lot is tight - but you can pack in the nearby parking lots of other businesses. Bathrooms are clean and the play area is great for kids. There is seating outside and yes, they have attendants in the drive through. I think that's a corporate thing... not sure how that helps traffic move along and yes, that would be REALLY hot some days for those employees. But the food is always good and the staff always friendly. We finally don't have to drive all the way to STUPID and CROWDED Hanes Mall Blvd for Chick-Fil-A. read more

my sister just went in a hour ago to get food and her card declined (Bc she forgot she had a new card coming in the mail) and so the manager there said they had to take it and my sister understood (she works in retail) but my sister showed her ID and the manager didn't even bother to look at it to see if the card name matched... My sister went to her car and called the bank and told the manager she'd be back. When my sister came back inside to get her card, the manager handed it to her IN PEICES, she cut it up.
