Service was friendly. It's an airport chick fil a so expectations are lowered. I have never had chick fil a breakfast but am a huge chick fil a fan. The spicy biscuit - grade: D. Not spicy. Not close. Bland. Biscuit had no flavor. Even w healthy dose of chick fil a sauce couldn't save it. Hash browns - grade: C. Again, pretty bland. Coffee - grade: D. Who drinks this? Awful. Went through the drive thru on 05/13/2026 and the woman who took my order was agitated because I was placing two separate orders and proceeded to "huff and puff" because of this. Stopped for a quick breakfast before my flight. I ordered a chicken biscuit and hash browns. It was very quick, I had barely paid and they handed me my order. Chicken tasted good, breading wasn't crisp because it was wrapped up though. The hash browns tasted good and were fairly crispy. One thing I didn't think about was how oily it all would be because it was all fried. Service was average, nothing comparable to your normal chick fil an experience in terms of friendliness. What I felt was odd and honestly disappointing was their restricted menu. They sell regular and spicy chicken sandwiches, meaning they have both spicy and regular breaded filets, however you cannot order a southwest salad with anything but the regular grilled cold spicy chicken. When I asked I was simply told "we can't modify that item". I get trying to be efficient by trying to keep a limited menu but there's really no reason not to allow substitutions like this for a salad, you're already making the filets anyways and if it takes extra time well that's on the customer so as long as it's mentioned I don't see a reason this can't be changed. read more

This place has always been one of my favorite growing up in Ga! Finally got to introduce my family to this fast food chain. Kids enjoyed it to the point we had to get it every day we were in Georgia lol! Even when we got to the airport in Cleveland. This location at the Cleveland Airport had a cheese dipping sauce that none of the other restaurants have. This is very disappointing, because this cheese sauce is awesome. I've had Chick-fil-A at many different locations before, and never had a bad experience. This one is outstanding, I ordered and got my ordered with less than 10 minutes even though there were lots of customers there. The employees here were super nice and friendly; they were really young too, they were either high school or college kids. I came around 6pm on Wednesday (08/09/17), they all deserved a raise including the kids that were cooking in the back. I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and an 8pcs of chicken nuggets. Everything was so good and fresh. The nuggets were so hot that I almost burned my tongue. Best restaurant at an airport that I've been too. I would recommend this place to everybody. read more

As much as I knock the CLE airport for everything they do wrong, this CFA location was really good. The staff were friendly, the food was fast and good (for Chick-Fil-A) and there was plenty of seating in the newer airport food court. My son was at the Cleveland airport awaiting his flight to Navy boot camp. He was instructed to bring little and was given a voucher for food before his flight. However he and his fellow recruits had no pens to fill out the voucher. A simple request to borrow a pen was rejected by both the airline agent and the Subway at the airport location. This left our recruits with no options for food until morning. My son looked around and knowing the reputation of Chick-Fil-A and their employees, he sought and received help there. They gladly handed him a pen "with pleasure" and a few of our military members were cared for. read more

I have been to this ChickFilA multiple times and honestly, I won't be back. I'm a frequent ChickFilA customer in general so I have many comparable experiences. The last TWO TIMES I have been to this airport, my (#1) chicken sandwich has not been cooked through all the way. Now, you would think after realizing this the first time, I wouldn't go back but I figured.... It's chickfila. That just had to be a bad day -__- Tell my stomach that was I had an upset stomach and felt nauseous my entire flight. I have to say that I love Chick-fil-A nuggets and a lot of time on the way home from work I pick them up to take them home for dinner. What a gripe I have that really pisses me off is three times now they haven't put all the nugget in the box you pay a healthy amount for a dozen of nugget and when you come up short a couple nuggets that's not right. When I call to complain the Manager said we just grab a handful and put them in the box so why The hell do they call them a dozen if they're a handful.
