When it came to the beverage, I explained that I can't drink pop, would like a glass of water instead. They then charged me for a bottled water, I told her that I was not going to pay for water. She called a manager, the manager told me that I could have another beverage. She suggested orange juice, I said Ok. When I got to the window to pay I was charged for the orange juice. I left without the order. Whenever I go inside, when I order a glass of water they give it to me without an argument. What is the problem???? I have gone to other McDonalds and order a glass of water I don't have a problem, sometimes they have given me bottled water without charging me.
