If you check my reviews I rarely if ever leave bad reviews. If I have a bad experience I usually assume it was a bad day and will try again. I would never leave a bad review for a one time bad experience. Things happen. This review is for this location only. Chick-fil-a is always an outstanding experience. I have never been to one that I would say was less than a four star experience. Most of the time a five. In fact this location is great with the exception of my issue. If not for my issue and lack of response this review would be a four star. I won't be going back to this location unless I hear a reply. I communicated three times with the location to resolve my issue. The issue might seem trite. But it ruins the entire experience. What is my concern? I go to Chick-fil-a for lunch and breakfast and I aways get a coffee. The folks that prepare the coffee have massive amounts of hand cream on their hands. This transfers to the lid and when you take a drink, BAM! pungent fragrance. Not only does it ruin the coffee but if you think about it, it is unhealthy on a number of levels. Tried three times, being very polite about it. I mean Chick-fil-a polite at a minimum. No change. Please do not wear hand cream while working and please use food preparation gloves. Bummer. This review is because this chick-fil-a sets a whole net standard for fast food. I really don't like fast food but chick-fil-a has really good chicken. I came here after I got off work one morning and it was already 1045am. I missed breakfast so I asked if there were any breakfast sandwiches left and the manager said breakfast is closed but if I was okay with it, there's some biscuit chicken sandwiches that were 15 minutes old and he'll just give them for to me comp'ed. What? FREE 15 minute old biscuit chicken sandwiches?? Sure! Not only that, the place is SUPERRRRRRRRR CLEAN. There were hand sanitizers everywhere, they even had an abundance of plastic one-time use place mats for kids! So many condiments and neatly stacked as if they rearrange them every hour. (I think they do) They just leave them out and you can take whatever you want (unlike McDonalds that will nickle and dime you for an extra sweet and sour sauce). Great manager, great fast food service. I could see him doing whatever void needed to be filled. Thumbs up :) read more

Had a very disappointing experience with this chick-fil-a yesterday. My wife pre ordered and paid for a platter of nuggets and Mac n cheese from the catering section. The pick up time was set for 4:30. My wife called when she was 15 mins away like she was instructed to do. Both calls were not answered. By the time she arrived at the location 4:40 she was told that the nuggets were ready but she would have to wait 25 mins for the Mac n cheese. The cashier and other staff immediately used the lack of a call as an excuse for not having the Mac n cheese ready. My wife informed them she called twice and neither time the phone was answered. Just for a note, the place was empty at the time. My wife was not apologized to at any point or offered any sort of remediation she simply was told if you want to wait and get them or leave and be refunded for the Mac n cheese. She chose to leave and be refunded because she did not have time to wait 25 mins because this was for a party at our house and she was picking it up on her way home from work. As she was walking out she realized the extra large dipping sauce container we paid for was not included. She returned to the cashier to show her receipt and inform them and when they gave her the sauce it came with eye rolls and attitude. My question is why is the food simply not prepared for the assigned pick up time. The call should be made if there is an anticipated delay. Especially since your staff can't seem to figure out how to pick up the phone. Also if the call was the reason the Mac n cheese wasn't ready then why were the nuggets ready? Doesn't make any sense. Terrible service overall. This is so very disappointing and matched with constant long lines I don't think we will return to this location since there is one in Clarksville now. Hopefully we will hear back from someone in management. read more

Well, my wife and I rarely get a chance to eat breakfast together. We had to collect a package at UPS center. So on the way back, why not stop at Chic-fil-A? Oops, the breakfast cook leaves at 10 (a clear sign would help, and the menu stays up). I spent fifteen years in a variety of restaurants cooking. I never was in a situation when I could not make an item--especially breakfast--at any time. I know the excuses (they are all bogus), but the only reason they stop is because of a schedule. We left. No employees outside to assist as all other stores do during rush hour- no direction as to which car to follow - the food as usual was good but the entire time to get something in my hand took 22 minutes - not what I would call quality efficient fast food drive thru service. I've never been to a chick Fil a where I had to REQUEST my food be hot only to be told there is a 6 minute wait on hot food! WHAT?!? So after I learned I must request my food to be hot I was faced with another issue- EXTRA HARD fries! So now I request for my fries not to be hard and the cashier asks would you like them soft?!? This has got to be the worse chick-fil-a that I've ever been to other than Ingleside on Rte 40. It's consistently BAD. Placed my order through the drive thru...Grilled Chicken Club meal. Guys, no lie, I could not find one piece of heat coming from this sandwich. Now I absolutely hate sending stuff back but I had already left and was basically at rte 29 and decided to double back. That's how bad it was. When I got back I waited FORever for a new sandwich. Got the sandwich and although still far from warm, I just kept it because now I just want to be home....until I get to the car and...no bacon. Go back inside like, "what's up, there isn't any bacon" so they took my original sandwich which I've never seen a CFA do EVER and added cold bacon between the lettuce and tomatoes. REALLY!!!! Who does that? Who puts supposedly warm bacon on the side with the cold lettuce and tomato? I finally just asked for my money back because...well...I'm not even hungry anymore. He didn't even get that right. He refunds me for my sandwich only. Dude....I've been in this store with you 25 of the last 30 minutes as shown by the time on this receipt, what am I going to do with cold fries?! So needless to say, I give up on this location. This is Chick-Fil-A STORE #03678, located on Reisterstown rd , in Reisterstown ,Maryland.. is the most unorganized CHIK-FIL-A, I have ever been to. They have two lanes but always have one lane open and the line Is ALWAYS wrapped around the building. I asked the cashier after waiting in line for 8 minutes, why was only one lane open. She stated," she was sorry and that her manager feels that the business runs better with just the one lane"..... SMH. I asked for the owners information and she stated that the store was opened by a Brian Kellner, unfortunately I have not been ale to reach him about my concerns. The customer service at this location is abhorrent, which is rare for the chain. They constantly struggle with getting orders correct. One time i placed an order at the drive through, and they started to give me incorrect items at the window so i clarified the order, but when I got home they were STILL missing items. I drove all the way back to the restaurant once I got home and instead of apologizing they tried to make me pay for the missing items. I had to get the manager involved. read more
