I ordered a milkshake and I received it without the top being completely on. The lid top was not on the container at all, and the milkshake was running did the sides. Shortly after I received it, I spilled it in my car because the lid was not on. At the time, I could not wait for a replacement milkshake. I returned to the same Chic-fi-A on Wynnton Road and they would not replace the milkshake. A black female with a ponytail with a light complexion kept asking what the person looked like who gave me the milkshake that did not have a top on it look like. She was totally focused on that and not replacing my milkshade. I now have spilled milkshake in the floor booard of my car and the scent of spoiled milk throughout my new car. The food was good and they got everything correct. However, the service was relatively slow. I ordered a drive thru order about 15 minutes in advance. I was waiting in line for a while so I decided to go in. There was a pretty short line, only about 3 people in front of me and it took a while to get my food. If you order online, order carry out and maybe you would be able to get your food faster. I would recommend this Chick Fil A because the food was good. read more

This Chick-fil-A has been a go to location for years. It is conveniently located and usually very fast when we use the drive-thru. In our most recent visit we decided to dine in. Customer service was on point as usual, but the inside of this Chick-fil-A was less than desirable. The floors were not clean and we had a hard time finding a clean table. Sauce packets and napkins were out. Trashcan was overflowing and the worst part was the amount of flies both dead and alive. They were all over the floor dead and while eating we had a fly fall onto our table dead. I'm not sure if they just had the place sprayed, but we were super grossed out. I have never seen a Chick-fil.A in such awful shape. They really need to focus on cleanliness. I know we were not the only customers to notice and we left shortly after starting our meal because we were so grossed out. read more

We used the app to place a large order for pickup. We've never been to this location but had good customer service via phone when we had to add more food to the order. We intended to eat at Bojangles near the airport since we don't have any where we live. We couldn't get into the dining room and were traveling with our travel trailer so we couldn't do drive through. Just as well since we were able to stop at this Chick fil-A location. Even if there's a long line, I always know that I'll get through fast -- which is awesome. Or, when I dine-in, I know that service will be great. And, there's free WIFI, which is nice. This doesn't impact me as much, but I hear from friends with children that the playground is "toddler" friendly. FOOD 5/5 - Of course, it's Chick-fil-A, so it's always good. But I've only ever had excellent experiences with the food at this Chick-fil-A in particular. SERVICE 5/5 - Chick-fil-A usually has great service, but this one in particular is great. When dining-in, the folks at the cash register offer to refill my drink or take my trash. Really quality experience. AMBIANCE 5/5 - Store is always clean. My mom ordered the pimento cheese chicken sandwich and stated it barely had a slither of cheese. I was really surprised because my mom lives in Columbus half of the time and the other with me in the Vinings, Atlanta. The sandwiches are always great, never a complaint. However, she decided to go to the one on Wynnton Road. I have not been there in years. She was not a happy camper with her sandwich. So I called and spoke to Phil and told him she was not pleased, and he held the phone for a minute and did not say a word. I asked him was he tired because he was rude and his customer service skills stunk. Then he told me he would give her another sandwich with the receipt. Unfortunately, we rarely keep our receipts, most food places stand by their product. In the Vinings, I live approximately 2 miles from four chick filas. I have never been treated so rudely as I did while speaking with Phil. The other comments sound similar. Perhaps it is a race thing, I don't know, but it needs to be corrected. read more

My favorite lemonade comes from Chick-fil-A on Wynnton Road in Columbus, Georgia. I wanted 2 gallons and they did not have any gallon containers at that moment. I asked did the other store on Manchester Expressway have any and they inquired and the answer was yes. I was going to the Chick filA on Manchester Expressway and the Manager , LEX stated I will go and get the gallon containers. She was so gracious and returned with the containers , filled them up with Sweet ,Full of pulp Lemonade. Gave me a delicious Brownie for having to wait. I love Chick-fil-A but I have 2 problems. 1) you close on Sunday so your employees can be with their family but the lawn guys work on Sunday. 2) mobile ordering should have curbside pickup or be able to go through the drive through. Other than those issues this location is clean, courteous, and quick. I did notice the biscuits taste different at this location. I'm not sure if they're better or worse, just different. read more

Let me start by saying I go to the location frequently and the staff is always nice and accommodating. Today while going through the drive thru I felt very rushed and un-welcomed. My personal favs are the chicken biscuit, with your choice of jelly/honey or really anything you want on it, and the chick-n-minis!! My favorite order for lunch and dinner is a simple #1 which is a chicken sandwich with pickles and (if you want) fries as a side option. I also enjoy a number one with out the pickles which is just as good if you're not a huge pickle fan like me! The service tops any place I have ever gone. That's no lie! I don't really review fast food chains, but I had such great service, I just have to leave a few words. I have heard about how baby/mom friendly chick fil a's are - but my experience exceeds any article i read. I walked in with a baby in arm - well, a toddler. They took my order, gave me my receipt, then proceeded to walk with me to my table. Grabbed a high chair, set up a placemat for my child, then brought me my food along with ketchup, napkins, straws, and sauce. They did this to many others - it wasn't just me with a child - with or without children, they served everyone. Thank you. We love your chicken AND your service. read more

I never thought I would say this but wynnton road chick fil a is the worst one. The food was great as usual but the Front counter staff get smart with customers. I felt like I was a hinderence. When going up to the counter for drink refills the staff would huff and get it. Was horrible. They don't have to worry about my business anymore. Update: they brought over the sweet girl from the Bradley park location, and things are starting to get better there. Theres hope for Wynnton road after all. read more

Went through drive through... On road trip... ordered spicy chicken sandwich meal. Received meal... luckily i checked before I got back on the highway... All that was in my bag were two orders of fries and ketchup... no sandwich... no sauces i ordered except lots of ketchup... and my drink had no ice. Very strange.... lady taking orders at drive through was not helpful.... People inside fixed my order but did nothing to help and were slightly rude. Major inconvenience... I'd just say if you do choose to go here, check your order. I've been a loyal chick fil a customer for years. I even have the app. First bad experience I have ever had at these restaurants. Every once in a while you have to satisfy that urge for a chik-fil-a chicken sandwich. This is a very clean location with a friendly staff. The only thing I do not like it the parking lot situation, can be difficult to get in and out at a high traffic area. Not much they can do about that though. It is efficient as much as it can be. My hand brushed the cool metal door frame as me and my dad, (code name Percy) walked into the establishment known as Chick-f1L-@. Our informant (code name Minotaur) stood at the register, he was dressed in the standard issue Chick-f1L-@ uniform, black trousers with a velvet wool t-shirt. Me and Percy walked to the counter, nodding at the camera so our tech-guy A.K.A Hugo could disable them. (Great security at the lord's chicken by the way.) "What can I get for you today?" Minotaur asks as we reach the counter. I give Percy the go-ahead. "We would like the number 1, extra Polynesian sauce." "Number one," Minotaur says, "it'll be on the house." "How kind..." I say. Minotaur smiles. "My pleasure..." As quick as lightning our number one is out, warm and fresh. (Amazing service from Minotaur and his crew.) I take the lid off of the quality styrofoam cup, and share enough, the recipe for the 10 out of 10, outstanding, mouthwatering, Chick-fil-A nuggets. "Have a nice day." I say, but before Minotaur can respond we get a distress signal from Hugo, all he says in the recording is that we are comprised, then the gunfire of an ak-47, trademark of mc.Donald's... I scan the room to find that everyone is wielding a ak-47 with clown face paint lathering their disgusting skin. "Get to cover!" Minotaur yells. Me and Percy dive over the counter to find that Minotaur is holding a WW2 era tommy sub machine gun, the clowns didn't stand a chance. When the carnage was over, Minotaur lifted us to our feet. We bid our farewells and drove off into the sunset... In summary, Chick-fil-A has amazing service, superb food, and amazing staff. I recommend that you eat there. read more

Excellent service. The food came out within 4 minutes of my order. The spicy chicken deluxe was fantastic although the waffle fries were slightly stale (which is the reason for 4/5 stars). I would high recommend chick fil a to anyone. The fries are usually fresh, too. read more

I absolutely love Chik-fil-a but I will not be back to this one. Ordered a regular Chik-fil-a sandwich for lunch and the chicken breast was literally cut in half. Did not even come close to being the size of the bun. Took it back to the counter and got another one but it was just as small. Didn't return it but was very disappointed. Apparently they skimp on their portion sizes there. I eat a LOT of Chik-fil-a and it was very obvious that these were not the normal size sandwiches. This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A, and while the chicken nuggets were really good, and the customer service was amazing, I was upset when I got home and the sauces I had ordered were not in the bag. Chick Fil-A is good no matter what. I just wanted to review this specific location because I've been a couple times at the lunch rush hour and they are so efficient! Their parking lot is small and the drive thru line will be wrapped around the building twice, but you still get through fast and the food is fresh. Friendly staff and I'm pretty sure it was the manager directing traffic the last time I was there. This company knows how to do things right no matter which location you go to! I'm from Houston and I swear every other business in Columbus moves like molasses so this CFA is a refreshing change of pace!! read more
